  I have never received the level of service I received during an evening call to Park Ave cameras. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and deals that could not be beaten by any competitor. The packing and shipping were superb. They did what they said, when they said they would do it. No delays. The camera speaks for itself. A full frame series camera for under $1,500. Still learning how to use its many features and option but have not yet had a chance to really use it to test its features.

  Excellent service, described camera as in excellent condition and when it arrived it was in mint condition. So far I'm only using it for photography as I explore different types of photography. Potentially thinking of getting into portraits and it has been good for that so far. I will certainly use Park Ave cameras again.

  Website was very easy to navigate and was all completed in minutes. My Nikon D610 camera was delivered in less than 24 hours. Paired with my 24-120mm f/4G Lens, all I can say is the pictures are incredible. Will certainly be using park Ave cameras again for more items when needed.

  I recently purchased a Sony a7 III camera from park Ave cameras online. Firstly because the price was competitive and they had been recommended by a friend.   Very good store. There are some negative reviews, but from other side I avoid stores with positive comments only, that might be a grey import. Here you see negative reviews, so it means real people come here. My order was executed very well, i ordered from local warehouse and even 1 week since payment didn't passed and I already received call from DHL. So my experience was flawless. I've been asked to write review about service to extend warranty for another 12 months, I think it's good deal.

  Yes I bought this lens at Park Ave Cameras' by ordering it even though it said coming soon. They shipped me my order when the lens arrived at their facility from the manufacturer. It would probably be more correct for them to say that it has been back ordered but if you will order it, I expect they will send it to you when it comes in. It appears to be a popular lens so I expect they ship first to those that have already ordered until they can get a supply on hand to meet the demand.

  Thankyou to Park Ave Cameras Excellent help & service from Park Ave Cameras staff.I wanted to replace the well worn body only of my Pentax DSLR (I have good lenses) so I searched on line but none were available/out of stock.I rang all the shops within 20 miles confirming this and none seemed interested except Park Ave cameras. They suggested I put an order in to them and they would do their best.They could not promise when, but said I could cancel if I managed to get one elsewhere.I was expecting to wait around a month but the body turned up by special delivery after only 17 days Brilliant.I shall now use them for any future needs

  I placed my order for a Sony a7R IIIA camera on Saturday for a photoshoot I have this Thursday. Came yesterday evening via FedEx.   I purchased a 1.4 Tel Converter for 70mm / 200mm; f=2.8 to militate against sharpness issues, lens is now fast and sharp. I had a short chat with Alex Kaufman who helped me select the product. I have taken humming bird shots and they are quite good. Larger animals are always very sharp as they give more time to frame. They are always helpful and efficient and have been a godsend when I’ve been in desperate need of a lens accessory for example.

  Bought a pre-owned Nikon D5300, teleconverter, and Nikon 200-500mm lens from these guys. Product arrive promptly but I did not get the accessory pack that they advertised on their website which was disappointing. Around the company how do you spoke to a customer representative who advertise that there were no more accessory packs. I queried why they were advertising this on the main website but she did not take liability for false advertising. If you could send the accessory pack to me that would be great as I’m still waiting for this

  Fast delivery and best price Camera was cheaper than other online retailers. First time ordering from Park Ave cameras, placed the order on Friday evening by standard delivery so expected it probably midweek, but to my surprise it was delivered on Tuesday, very impressed with this. So far I am happy with the camera. I intend to use it mostly for sports events and wildlife photography. I cannot praise Park Ave enough for their expert advice and fast service.

  I found their website after searching google shopping for the Canon Rebel T8i. They certainly had the cheapest price.   I'm a high schooler and adventurous teen who loves to play with my dad's cameras and take my own artistic images. I bought this Nikon SB 700 flash at this store. I used it for a few weeks and then it just stopped powering on, I to this day have no idea what happened. There is no physical damage, no rust, no corrosions. I wish that I had contact Park*Ave*Cameras back when the problem had happened but I'm young and worried about the cost. I did not have the money to pay for repairs.

  I've received it I'm very happy with the process but it was a worrying couple of weeks after reading some very negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money on the promised 3-5 day delivery option because it literally means nothing to them - save yourself the $139 but they did deliver and the item was first class without any issues

  I bought a Sigma 35mm f/1.4 lens for my Canon 80D & I am really happy with the results. When I purchased it the young man at Park Ave cameras asked me if I was going to use it for landscape or architecture; fortunately in Florida, I have opportunities for both. Admittedly I'm still on the upward leg of the learning curve but so far I'm very pleased with the landscape photos & I'm really looking forward to getting the architectural shots.
