  Totally recommended! I was a little skeptical as Park Ave Cameras were the only company that had my newly released camera in stock. I thought it would be a grey import or opened box. My concerns were totally unjustified, not only was it new Canon r10, they sent it to me using next day delivery at no extra charge and included a free SD card. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

  Ordered 2 GoPro Pro 3.5mm mic adapters on 2 JAN 2023 and have chased up the order twice since (email and telephone... both with no reply) On ordering I was informed that there would be a slight delay with the delivery. Still waiting. Very poor customer service.

  I recently bought a camera from Park Ave cameras and would as a result highly recommend them. I needed some advice so called their helpline and the young lady who helped me couldn't have been more helpful, she was excellent and offered to place the order for me but I needed a little more time to think and check/compare prices. After realizing that Park Ave cameras were by far the best value I ordered. The email confirmation said my order would take up to 3 days. In fact the order came the very next morning - amazing service! Thank you Park Ave cameras. I will return!

  I ordered a pair of binoculars from Park Ave cameras mid morning and they were delivered the following mid-day at exactly the time quoted, what a marvelous service. The Binoculars are superb, The glass is incredibly clear, it never fogs, and they perform extremely well in low light as well. They are near the quality of Swarovski for a fraction of the price. Can't ask for much more. Many thanks.

  Ordered one UV filter and the day after placing my order saw another different type of filter that I also wanted to purchase. Rang Park Ave cameras and asked if they could include the second item on my first order to save paying postage twice. They were able to oblige without any problem. would highly recommend.

  Camera Purchase Excellent service from beginning to end. Diana took all the time I needed over a three day time period to answer all of my questions regarding the subsequent purchase of a Sony a6600 Camera. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sony Alpha 6600 for beginners as well as PARK AVE CAMERAs. Both are winners in my book.

  Great customer service you can trust I was looking for a Nikon Z6 II at a good price from a reliable source. This camera is on wait list at many sites, but I fortunately found Park Ave cameras on the internet, and they had stock. After reading the great reviews, I decided to make the move and placed my order. The seller kept in close communication by email from the point of sale and through delivery. The camera was delivered very well packed, and I'm very pleased. I will definitely use this company again.

  I bought a camera, the camera arrived after the deadline with system problem. I sent back and they sent a new one. The new camera was lost in the carrier. Now I’m with no camera and they don’t send my money back also! The customer service by email takes days to answer. The worst experience with shopping. One week and I’m still waiting my money back.

  We went to Best Buy to purchase a Canon G7 X Mark II, but they didn't have it in stock, so we went to Park Ave cameras. For less than the cost of the camera, we were able to get the camera, a camera bag, an SD card, and a tripod, all with free next-day shipping to make sure it got here before the photoshoot! Great experience.

  Can I just say what a pleasure it has been dealing with Park ave cameras as a company. I was amazed that they had any stock of the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 as nobody else did and hadn't come across the company before. But everything was incredibly efficient, organized, incredibly speedy and superbly packaged, Haven't had the lens long but so far am very happy with how it operates and goes nice with my new Canon 90D.   This place is great. I purchased a Nikon D850 and the customer service has been great, i received email updates right away. They were able to get stock in when every other camera place I had contacted was out. I was hesitant to purchase such expensive equipment from a company I hadn't heard of but they have been reliable and would buy from them again.

  USED Nikkor 28-200 2.8 Images are super sharp. This 28-200mm is just like brand new with no marks anywhere. It works 100% and I’m so pleased with it. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants a refurbished lens for a fraction of the price of a new one 😁

  Good Startup Camera for DSLR I'm very pleased with the Nikon D3500 and really appreciate the fast shipment of the camera. I would not hesitate to order from Park Ave Cameras again. This is a superb camera and Park Ave Cameras did an incredibly efficient job sending it out in perfect condition. It is important that you buy your D3500 from an authorized Nikon dealer. Many features on the Nikon site and software improvements are not available to grey market purchasers. This is the most bang for your buck. Shipping was lightning fast. Everything was great!

  Misleading website. When queried the Manfrotto 200PL Quick Release Plate with 1/4"-20 Screw and 3/8" Bushing Adapter response was that is not supplied. Your advert shows a strap, advertising regulations require you to provide what you lead the customer to expect. Discussed but refused to supply strap. Case did arrive quickly however. Shall use alternative supplier in future.

  Very disappointed with the lens. I thought I'd paid for a DJI quick release propellers for Inspire 2. Instead I got the very first incantation which I thought was in a poor condition with a very different product from what I ordered. It's not worth the $25.99 I paid. I don't know why I haven't sent it back for a refund.

  Some issues with service The nikon 750d for sigma 150-600 sports lens that we bought was the one we wanted and everything came through smoothly. However, there was one guy at the sales/customer services who was quite rude, actually, and I didn't feel like my custom was appreciated. Although, I'm sure I'll be back.

  Sales team could have done better!! Disappointed that our order couldn't be taken over the telephone. The operator said he was 'too busy' to take the order. He offered to write it on a piece of paper, but couldn't guarantee when the order would be placed. The items were also required urgently. We wonder how potential customers with no access to the Internet would cope in this situation.

  Discount application redtape Whilst being very pleased with the camera and the packaging was excellent I have an issue with the on line discount redemption which somehow failed to clearly show the point at which the 20% discount I was entitled to applied resulting in me unexpectedly paying the full price. I reported this immediately but the promised 20% refund has failed to materialise. Hence the the 2 star reduction

  Quick delivery. These batteries are awful sorry. They are meant to last up to 8 hours? They only last 30 mins to an hour if that. I have 3 and they are all the same. For $1,150 seriously not worth it sorry. I wish I was writing a good review but in this case I can't.

  Misleading website I ordered a camera from their website as it said the camera was available in 2-3 days (in time for my Xmas present) and I like to use alternatives to the dominant online retailers. I rang to confirm delivery dates after 3 days and they said it would be delayed by an additional 1-4 days. After 5 days (Xmas now missed, and still no gift to hand over) I rang them again and was told that it would take another 3 weeks to be delivered. I decided to cancel the order and will purchase it elsewhere

  Lack of after sales service Purchased a Sony a6400 Mirrorless Camera with 16-50mm Lens in November it was delivered 22nd December. It was a christmas present so did not open the boxes. On opening on Christmas day all the items were present except the user and reference manuals.   Great company and great camera Have now purchased three PTZ Optics cameras from this firm and can recommend both the cameras and Park Ave Cameras without reservation. The cameras were delivered extremely quickly and the one we have had in operation for several months streaming church services has worked flawlessly. I had to return one of the more recently obtained cameras (my fault) to be replaced with one with a bigger zoom and Park ave cameras could not have been more helpful

The three star review isn't for the customer service (as this was very good) more that my $700 piece of lighting equipment got delivered in a re-purposed Amazon box that was way too large for the item and not sufficiently padded to protect the item. It arrived unscathed but I'm not convinced this would have survived the rough treatment that some post offices use on another occasion. It wasn't even marked fragile

I prefer to buy used items as it's good for the planet and there's a substantial saving to be had over new equipment.
