  Seamless customer experience I've had my fair share of bad experiences ordering electronics from New York companies, and it was extremely refreshing to have such a seamless experience in this occasion. The customer experience was excellent from beginning to end. The website is very easy to use and the additional accessory/bundle recommendations are welcomed and useful. I had a brief encounter with the customer service staff and they immediately responded to my query. The delivery was prompt and well packaged. I have had terrible experiences with other companies in the past with opened/ incompatible accessories arriving, but this experience was faultless. The main reason I would recommend ParkAveCameras is the value. It was much cheaper to order the camera domestically, I was able to upgrade my lense choice and still come out cheaper than it would have been to be it at home. I highly recommend ParkAveCameras and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

  Packaging concerns. The three star review isn't for the customer service (as this was very good) more that my $700 piece of lighting equipment got delivered in a re-purposed Amazon box that was way too large for the item and not sufficiently padded to protect the item. It arrived unscathed but I'm not convinced this would have survived the rough treatment that some post offices use on another occasion. It wasn't even marked fragile.

  I ordered an open box lens and it never arrived at my home. Park Ave cameras did refund my money, but only after FedEx concluded the lens was delivered to the wrong address. Maybe this was an isolated incident, but I have never had this happen before with any other company that used FedEx.

  I have been saving up for a Sigma 105mm f/2.8 lens for several months and when it was offered by Park Ave cameras at a lower price I purchased it that day. After all of my research into telephoto zoom lenses for wildlife and sports photography, I found this to be my best choice. Though not a light weight, it has the qualities that I wanted. Also the lens retains its value over years of use.

  It's been a couple of weeks since I got my refurbished Nikon D7500 from Park Ave cameras. So far so good. The camera is incredibly slick and quick. I haven't really put it through it's paces but I am happy with the pictures I have taken so far. I look forward to learning more and seeing my pictures come out better and better. It is an overall great experience with Park Ave cameras! Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I could not ignore the service and most importantly the price difference between Park Ave cameras and Amazon. After looking for the Sony a6400, I ordered with Park Ave cameras since they were cheaper by $200 and the camera came with the 18-135mm Lens lens. Park Ave cameras were the most helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I ended up purchasing several lenses, along with the camera and other utilities for my outdoor activities involving photography.

  Poor first experience. Bought a used camera that is faulty. The problem is one that should have been easily spotted during routine checking prior to sale. When I spoke to someone from Park Ave Cameras, I was told that the camera had undergone a full service prior to being offered for sale which adds to the disappointment that the fault wasn’t spotted. I’ll be sticking to my usual dealers in future.

  Could do better This order was placed on the 18th December, an intended Christmas present, but did not arrive until 29th December. The carrier you use - when the parcel was finally delivered there was a considerable hole in the carton. Only good luck that the box within hadn't actually fallen out.

  easy to deal with. I had to phone because free next day delivery option was not showing on web order page despite being heavily advertised by PARK AVE CAMERAs. Apparently, because I live in Maryland, PARK AVE CAMERAs cannot offer me next day delivery. Maybe FedEx is not the best delivery company to use then. PARK AVE CAMERAs offered me free delivery at earliest date though and in fairness, FedEx did deliver item next day.

  However the company they use for delivery, DHL are a shambles. Paid extra for next day delivery, then got a message on the day, Friday, from DHL to say there was a delay and the parcel would not be delivered until Monday. No mention of refund of the cost and no details of the 'delay'. That is just not acceptable these days. Thankfully PARK AVE CAMERAs were on the ball and reimbursed my delivery cost immediately.

  Superb service and quality I recently bought a refurbished Nikon D7500 from Park Ave cameras and couldn't be happier. Delivery was prompt with the camera very securely packaged. It is in immaculate condition - I can't find even the slightest cosmetic sign that it isn't brand new. Battery health reads at 100%, and everything is working perfectly.

  I ordered a product which cost over $1k, the delivery times said it would be 4 weeks, however its been 4 months and I get nothing but "unfortunately we still don't have a date, we'll be in touch later" 4 month is not acceptable. Neither is just hanging up a chat after enquiring about it. Rubbish service, not happy at all.

  Park Ave Cameras have been very good to deal with. My only problem was that the replacement rechargeable battery I bought for my camera, though having the same number/code as my original one, was different and too big to go into its chamber. This was really a fault of the manufacturer rather than Park Ave Cameras. Money was refunded with no problem.

  I was looking a buying a battery grip for my Canon EOS 90D. Unsure of one aspect, I used the 'chat' facility, and soon had my question answered - within a couple of minutes. I ordered the battery grip straight after closing the chat window, and was advised it would arrive in 4-6 working days (I think). The next morning, I had an e-mail telling me the grip had left the distribution depot of the courier. Fantastic service - as always from PARK- thank you all!

  Park Ave cameras never disappoints when I'm looking for specialized photo accessories, like a lens adapter to allow a Minolta lens to attach to a Canon DSLR, and their Customer Service people confirmed it would work with the particular lens I had. You can't beat that kind of service.

  I received no tracking info and was left with just the invoice for days, worrying whether or not I'd been conned for my money, so in the end it felt as if the package just came out of the blue.

  Delivery problems Our order delivered to the wrong customer - wrong order delivered to us - with the intervention of Alex Kaufmann the problem was eventually rectified - as a result of this problem I now understand that internal communications within Park have been improved to provide a better customer experience and hopefully prevent this error occurring again - as a result of Alex's conscientious work solving the problem and his follow up calls I would happily order from Park again

  Another great experience with Park Ave cameras. Ordered a lens to go with my new DSLR. Spoke with a very patient and knowledgeable salesperson for the camera and a few other items. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and I was totally satisfied. Two of the items are backordered. The other items came in 1-day free shipping. Everything in great shape and they always stand behind anything they sell. Now just ordered the lens online and again, very simple process and worked beautifully. Very professional from start to finish.

  I have been purchasing cameras, lens, printers, digital projectors and supplies from Park Ave cameras for decades and I have no complaints. My recent purchase was the Canon EOS R5 that they shipped the day it was released. Once they even took back a lens just because I did not like it at all. I highly recommend this company.

  The camera arrived on time and is working well. I would have given five stars except that the box it came in was beat up and in poor condition and looked as though it had been a return from someone else for the Nikon box was damaged in several locations on both ends. This in spite of the fact that the packing was good and the outer shipping box was not damaged at all. I can't help but believe I was sent a used product that had been returned by another customer. I have dealt with Park Ave cameras for nearly forty years and have never had a similar experience.

  Plenty of options for photography and very good prices. Only minor issue I had with my purchase of a D7500 Nikon few years ago was that I been advised that I definitely need to buy a second battery as the one the camera has does not lasts long. Not true, the one Nikon provides last long enough (up to a week) without charging on average use. I never used the second one till today. Other than that, definitely recommended e-shop for your photography needs.

  Excellent service, fast shipping, great prices and good quality. I bought a Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 lens for a casual outdoor wedding. Park Ave cameras' overnight shipping got here to this small town in the NC mountains in 23 hours! The lens is absolutely perfect for most situations, and the lens makes it possible to take many shots without a tripod. I photographed the wedding candid and formal shots with this lens on the Nikon D5500, and they were all sharp. I have since photographed wildflowers and scenic shots with it and am very pleased with the results. Can't ask for more than that!
