  Had a first class order experience, love the customer service, try them out!! Firstly I was very reluctant to order anything from Park Ave Cameras but that's just me... then thought I would give it a try, I purchased a top end camera with accessory kit and lens. The customer service is brilliant, guy named Christopher at extension 300, really good customer service... he helped me so much and I will recommend them to anybody that needs camera equipment. Shout out to Christopher!! Don’t listen to the Nay Sayers, try them out!!

  Great service Ok, I have to be honest. I wasn't holding much hope for getting what i paid for... A recent bitter and ongoing experience with another company had made me skeptical, but I thought I'd try anyway. Well, I have to say, I was blown away by how fast it got here to West Virginia. Less than 4 days. Alex Kaufmann awesome. Will definitely use again, the Sony FE 100-400mm is epic. Thanks again very happy American.

  Used Park Ave Cameras Twice - Great Have use Park Ave Cameras twice once for a camera body and lenses and secondly for a DJI drone. On both occasions the order was delivered in super fast time - New York-Massachusetts and superbly well packed. The prices were great otherwise I wouldn't have bothered! On one occasion a part failed (mount cup for car) - not Park Ave Cameras' fault and it was replaced by return without any fuss. The customer service and follow up was superb. When I need another lens or drone equipment this is where I will be shopping

  Lensbaby Velvet 56 f/1.6 Limited Edition for Pentax K I love flower and macro photography. The Velvet 56 is a perfect match. I can get as creative as I want with the Velvet 56. The sky (or flower) is the limit! Excellent service, good communication, quick delivery as promised and good prices!!

  Great Service My wife treated me to a Canon EOS 6D Mark II for my Christmas. Having tracked its journey it arrived with a day to spare. Very glad I checked the prices on the internet before buying from Amazon or elsewhere. Also very happy with the service so far and I am sure that this won't be the last purchase I make from PARK AVE CAMERAS. I would have preferred if state tax had been added to the advertised price but even so it was still cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

  Great product, price, delivery but poor after-service and still waiting for missing piece Started great, quick delivery within 48 hours from NY to TX. 5 stars at that point. However, one piece missing (still not provided 2.5 months later), and then I got a tax bill from FedEx within 2 weeks of taking delivery. The terms say there will be no extra charges, so asked for advice, advised to pay it, and submit receipt for refund, which I did. Finally got it refunded, this took 5 emails, mostly ignored, the final one a formal complaint. So finally got there, most would have given up. I still haven't got the missing part. (2X teleconverter)

  I read some bad reviews about Park Ave Cameras after I’d already placed my order and this made me quite nervous. However my experience was a good one. The camera arrived very quickly, from New York to Canada. There were no additional charges and the camera was as expected. I did get a request to call after I placed my order which I refused to do. The company called me to check I had memory cards etc but there was no hard sell. I think the camera arrived 2 days later.

  Excellent little camera shop with very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they didn't have everything I needed, they were welcoming and eager to give me advice on the best camera strap in the style I was looking for. Left their shop with a lens filter after testing some other lenses for my camera. Thank you very much for all your help... Much better experience than at Adorama where the staff didn't even acknowledge me!!

  Searched for a specific 35mm film camera I was looking for a specific 35mm film camera and found it at Park Ave Cameras'. The price was very fair and the $10 fixed mailing charge in the US is great value. The delivery was very quick, the camera was well packaged and the condition was exactly as described if not slightly better than described. I had a follow up technical question that was answered very rapidly and helpfully. Highly recommended!

  Great shop for older camera equipment I needed a new flash for an older camera. Two of the flashes I was looking for were in store, so i ordered both of them. The description was correct for both, one of them shows small traces of use, but is in great condition. The order arrived to Oklahoma within the week. The articles were packed very well. 10/10 would come back to this shop.

  Slow, but reliable and cheap I have had 3 orders with Park Ave Cameras over December. I ordered the FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Lens, and the 24-105mm for my Sony a7iii all in separate orders. Took about 2 weeks to arrive in each case, but no worries at all. For one of the orders I didn't get an update of the tracking, but they replied to my email in 24 hours with full info. I've used them for years and not had a problem once. (NY)

  Needed to find a second hand telephoto lens for my Sony camera. They didn't have what I wanted in this store, but they did give me contact details for their New York store.   Incompetent. I tried to order a Samyang lens. Product page promised free delivery. I went to the on-line ordering page, which promptly added a delivery charge. I rang up, and spoke to an unhelpful individual, who kept parroting that the free delivery was for people on NY state. I pointed out, several times, that I do live in the state's border. I was only asking for what was advertised, but that apparently was too difficult. Not impressed.

  Park Ave Cameras OK but DHL not OK We are happy with the service from Park Ave Cameras but they were let down by the delivery company DHL. We were in and waiting but the delivery was late and the parcel was dropped off at the wrong address in a nearby road, but fortunately the owner popped round with the parcel a while later.

  I've been looking at the Olympus OMD-E-M10 Mark IV camera for a while but couldn't get the price to a level I was happy to pay. I then found Park Ave Camera Store. Checked by phone to confirm they were in stock at the price advertised and the man I dealt with confirmed this. I then went on line and ordered the camera and paid for it at 11.00 am. Camera was delivered next morning at 11.35. Great service and very happy.

  I specifically wanted a Pentax k-1 Mark II (the original model with a flash kit). This camera normally fetches about $1,250 second-hand on eBay, but I was able to buy a brand new one with a 5 year warrantee for about $370 from Park Ave Cameras. Despite coming from The Netherlands it arrived in 3 days. I am very pleased with the camera, the price and the service.

  My first visit was to get my beginner camera cleaned and ask for some advice on upgrading my camera. The sensor clean was thorough and my camera was ready to collect that afternoon. Christopher was really helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating while making suggestions for upgrade options and answering my many questions.   Without any reasonable doubt Park Ave Cameras is the best camera shop in NY. The knowledge they have is bar none. As a pro for over 45 years I was not interested in talking to a box of overkill accessories- these guys are photographers and it shows.- I have just purchased some sony gear - a Sony a7 III and not only were the prices on par with everyone else but along with excellent first hand knowledge next day delivery these guys are also on hand for any query whether it relates to a sale or not!!!!! Top stuff - thanks Alex and team for a first class job.

  I was a bit hesitant ordering as the camera store was at least $50 cheaper than anyone else on the web. I was wondering if it was too good to be true. Well I did a bit of research and all reviews were positive so I took a chance. I order a Canon Eos r adapter on Thursday morning, the adaptor was delivered on Friday morning. Very happy with the price and subsequent delivery. Can't comment on customer service as I haven't had to call them - but overall a great shopping experience

  Got a a6000 from Park. Amazing experience. Just got the camera in my hands and yet to experience its full might. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 star is because the cashback doesn't happen automatically after the purchase. Would definitely recommend them to my close friends and fellow photographers.

  I'm really pleased I discovered Park Ave Cameras. The whole buying experience was one I hoped for and received! All my questions were replied to speedily, which in this day and age is not common. I received updates and delivery information which was excellent. The fourteen day return guarantee is also very reassuring and the five year guarantee a blessing.   Canon 35 mm macro lens Some days ago I bought a second objective for my Canon EOS RP. The people at PARK AVE CAMERAs were as friendly as ever. I used the lens for autumn pictures in the forest, it worked really well! It's also excellent for portrait photography. Next one will be a 500 mm lens for bird photography

  Awful service! The lens turned up on time and works well. However, when trying to register the lens with Sony, they told me that the lens I bought was a grey import. I will in future be very apprehensive to buy from Park Ave cameras again!!!!

  I bought a Canon R5 online, it took a week to arrive. UPS dumped the flimsy cardboard box in front of my door, disappearing instantly. It was raining. So it is luck I was there to take in before it got soaked. Despite the poor packaging the product seems to be fine!

  Very good advice and a good service First of all I have asked for information over products via email which I received very fast. I then ordered my lens, which came fast and very good packed. I am very positive over the feedback via email as well as over the service I received from Park Ave Cameras when I visited them here in Manhattan.   I purchased a Macro lens from Park ave cameras primarily for portraits and events. I paired it with a Canon EOS 90D and took some sunrise photos at the beach as it's first outing. It focuses very quickly, was sharp edge to edge and had beautiful color. The lens is a little heavier than the previous one I had but it has a rugged, high quality appearance and feel. I am very impressed with both the quality of the lens and the images it produces. A word about Park ave cameras; I purchase all my photography equipment here and have found their service to be outstanding. They have a great website with more product information than the manufacturer in many cases. They ship quickly and my purchase arrives securely packaged.

  I just bought a Canon Rebel T8i with a 18-55mm Lens and that kit did not have a lens hood or a case for the lens. The lens hood was easy to find but a lens case not so easy. I used the online chat application and my problem was solved in less time that it took me to write this. That was quick service. Both items are now winging their way to me as I type. I would recommend the company to my friends and family & I would use them again.

  They actually emailed me back! I have been looking for an affordable upgrade to my old reflector telescope (not that old actually, just a little over a year, but the itch to upgrade bit me!). Park Ave cameras proved to be a most useful site and I came to the conclusion to sell my telescope, but to keep the tripod and German equatorial mount so that I can use it again with my newer, better Explore Scientific reflector!

  I ordered a Sigma 70 - 200 lens. I placed this on my Nikon D7000 and received an error message. I called the customer service and received excellent service. They investigated and found the lens was not as described on the website. Promptly issued a Return label. Park Ave cameras rocks.   I thought that this is the best place to order a camera from but am Wrong! There is a problem with the delivery of the item and so I contacted Customer services via chat. All they did was reply with standardized text that didn’t acknowledge my issue at all. Extremely frustrated. They have no idea when I will get the camera but won’t let me cancel/get a refund.

  Very pleased once again with the service from Park Ave cameras. Can't believe I have ordered two lenses from here and they have both arrived within a couple of days. My Canon 100mm 2.8L macro is amazing. Very sharp, top class build quality which is clear with that lovely red ring around the barrel.   Park Ave cameras has always been a good place to buy online I have always been very happy shopping online. I know that I will receive the product that is pictured and it will be shipped in a timely matter. They also have a good return policy is there is ever a problem. Over the years I have always been able to reach a person at Park Ave cameras prior to a sale if I had questions and after the sale if I had an issue. That is good customer service. I also appreciate the reviews on their website. Knowing that they are an authorized dealer for both Canon and Nikon also helps when I want to make sure I am buying a Camera or Lens and want to make sure that the warranty will be honored. The specials they run for both those major brands is also outstanding.
