  Over the past few years when I have needed something it seems Park ave cameras is where I find it. Even a short while back I was looking for a Nikon D3x, I could not find a new one but the used one I bought from Park ave cameras was in outstanding condition.   Fast and friendly used equipment salesperson The sales associate over the phone was very efficient. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. He answered my questions about a specific camera and even looked up the item number when I did not have it on hand. Always great service and prices!

  I have been shopping at Park Ave cameras for 15 years. I have ordered a lot of Nikon and Sony gear. I have always received what I ordered in the time specified. The few times I have had returns it has worked very smoothly. So far I have never been disappointed. I just order a new Sony lens and as usual the ordering process was smooth. Will defiantly use again & recommend to others. Thanks very much.

  By far the best, most comprehensive site for purchasing photography equipment on the web. Their return policy is generous and as I discovered when I bought my Nikon D750 through them, their bundled extras (a fantastic camera case that I actually use and an extra camera battery) really set them apart. They have a customer for life in me.

  Despite quick and prompt delivery (although UPS said they had attempted delivery when they had not as I was working from home all day) I was very disappointed to find instead of a brand new camera I was most likely sent return stock as there were marks on the camera. Needless to say I cannot fault the customer service as they responded quickly to me for returns and the item was picked up the next day, several days later I was given a full refund

  Great selection, very good prices, fast and low cost delivery. I have had very good service over the last 5 or so years. I purchased two Nikon DSLRs, several lenses, and some computer equipment. I have never had a reason to send anything back, so I have yet to test that part of their service. I recommend this site to my friends as a first rate place to buy camera equipment.

  Heavy duty tripod I was looking for a tripod to hold a camera with extended lens that is heavy for lightweight tripod I have and Park Ave cameras has a good selection to choose from. The new tripod is carbon fiber which is lighter than aluminum from the old school days, less weight to carry around.

  Great customer service! Park Ave cameras was the reason I made a better choice when purchasing a lens. I was opting for the cheaper version of the Fuji 50mm f/2 lens. With two choices and sufficient information I chose the lens that better fits my needs, in this case the one with better construction and weather sealing.

  Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that caused for me to mark a 3 star was that I never saw an order update notifying me that my lens was ready for pickup.   The Lens I ordered was incompatible with my camera. The store hours prevented me from making a 1 hour drive to return the lens and purchase a higher priced one that will work with my camera. I am fairly pleased with the selections on the website but will never purchase another lens.

  I love shopping in the online store. If they don't have it you probably have no use for it. Their search tool is very useful for finding exactly what you want without having to scroll through unwanted items. What you order is exactly what they advertise and what you get when it arrives at your door. I can remember one time that I wasn't happy with a lens I bought and they took it back with no complications at all according to their generous and honest return policy.

  Always the best product for the lowest price I have used Park ave cameras since 2007 for everything photo related: DSLRs, filters, flashes, point-and-shoot cameras, camera bags, a laptop, and many other items. Was a significant discount over new, but wanted to be sure of condition. Received it and was extremely pleased with the condition and with the information provided.   Great site with several shortcomings Great site and product description. Park Ave Cameras' is great however, they sometimes split shipments for items on the same order. This is not ideal because if you are an international customer you pay massive duty/handling fees per package which can be upwards of 40% of the total price per shipment. Just be aware of that.

  Just retired and started a travel photography business and have been looking for a functional, flexible and stylish camera/lens bag for quite some time. A quick search brought up several reviews from Park Ave cameras. I'm moving toward the shoulder bag and the Peak Design Everyday Messenger fit the bill. Traveling with a traditional bag that I can't take out on day trips isn't fun or productive. I'm excited to get out there with my new carrying system and capture the most interesting places and spaces around the world!!

  Good and honest advice from them and placed an order being assured that everything was in stock. Only once I had paid I received an email telling me that one of the main items in the order was actually out of stock and I would have to wait for this. Not very impressed with this, but generally ok. Would recommend just check everything you order is actually available first!!

  Plan ahead with delivery time. Bought this lens for my graded unit project and Delivery said 4 days but it took 2/3 weeks for my to receive my parcel. When I contacted Park Ave Cameras they were helpful and explained that it was a holiday and there might be delayed. Quality of the product matched description and price was great.

  Always great quality, fair price and prompt delivery. I ordered the product on Sunday, received on Tuesday afternoon. As the price was greater than $250 delivery was free which I worried would mean slow! Not a chance, these folks understand this industry and how quickly we need items we order.

  Great service and great condition Ordered a canon 90d used. It came in new condition with a free SD card and all the accompanying parts from the box. I was worried it wouldn't turn up as there was miscommunication on the arrival time and dispatch time, but i was easily able to get in touch anytime, it did end up arriving in time for my holiday and I so far i have had no issues with the camera.

  I had a very good experience buying from Park Ave Cameras', received a phone call immediately after I placed my order to confirm the order and the address and was given a delivery date, was quite surprised at how quick the delivery was and everything inside the package was as you’d expect.   Good purchase with fast delivery. This item, an RF 1.4x teleconverter was out of stock in the Canon store and at most retailers, but was in stock at Park Ave Cameras'. It was sent fast and well packed, so arrived in its pristine original box. Image quality is excellent for a converter like this, - but that is down to Canon.

  Purchased Sony a7iii as advertised brand new for set price, when I completed transaction I get an email asking to call Park. When talking to sales I was told the item was x display if I wanted new camera I will have to pay an extra $100. You are not on Park Ave Cameras, the item was advertised as new at set price and should have Been sold as . Poor service Park

  Buying Cameras can be fun. Just bought the new mirrorless Canon camera and telephoto lens from Park Ave cameras in New York. A good positive experience! Friendly knowledgeable staff, and a fair price. New tech mirrorless cameras do cost a fortune, and I did initially try to buy from a well intentioned small firm at some $200 less; but supply and demand there did not work well and I needed the camera this week. Hence Park Ave Cameras- so well pleased!

  Top class hard to find kit and great service They have a collection of photographic equipment that i don't think is matched by anyone in Manhattan. The mixture of Used and new kit covers a vast selection and the staff have a depth of knowledge needed to lead you through it. Been a long time user of there services and would absolutely recommend. a hidden gem of a place.

  On entering I was greeted very warmly and met a lovely young man, called Christopher, who explained everything from sensors to the right camera I would need to start my career in the world of professional photography.   Poor delivery. There were a few issues when it came to getting my product delivered. The item wasn't in stock at first which is fine, but when it was sent to the courier, they seemed to be unable to deliver the product. I had asked for it to be delivered to a shop. For three days in a row they sent messages saying the delivery is being delayed. No reason! On the fourth day I hear from Park Ave Cameras' that my parcel had been sent to the delivery address the day before! I never did receive a notification that it had been delivered and so didn't have the DHL pass for collection, making it tricky to get my parcel. In the end I did get my product and it is just what I needed!
