  Purchased a Nikon D810 from Park Ave cameras and the whole experience was perfect. I wish all online companies performed as good as these, I used the bank transfer option to make my purchase which was quick and easy, They are the most competitively price camera store and I would definitely use them again. First rate there is no better.

  Fantastic camera, great package! The broad range lens is handy for general purpose. I used the camera for short range photography so I'll buy a lens appropriate. Beyond that, park Ave cameras is top notch as always and I couldn't recommend a better source for photographic needs. This is a great package across the board!

  Excellent I had read some negative reviews about Park Ave Cameras but from my own experience they were unfounded. I ordered a pair of Swarovski binoculars on Thursday and received them Saturday. The lady I spoke to had an excellent telephone manner very helpful and efficient phoning me back as promised to confirm delivery. She gets 10/10. Park Ave Cameras are very competitive in their prices with an excellent service. I would definitely use them again.

  I recently purchased the Canon EOS R camera from park ave cameras and am very pleased with both the camera and my experience. The camera came promptly and was very well packaged with all elements in perfect condition. When I need photographic equipment park ave cameras will be on the top of my list I will also be recommending them to everyone i know who has an interest in photography.   Fashion/Wedding Photographer This sigma 24-70mm is very sharp, and silent. I used this lens for a wedding and the images were amazing. Sigma Art lenses are everything you can ask for plus more!! Also, if you didn't know Park only sells the cleanest equipment!! This is such a great day to day lense! Love it 10 stars!! I would recommend this lens

  Great Camera for Oilfield Use We bought several of these Nikon Coolpix P1000 a few years ago and needed to get new ones. These have been the greatest we have found to use in our Electrical oilfield use. We use them daily to gather data and they allow us to zoom in and take clear photos for our clients. Another great product from Park Ave Cameras'. Spotless, without any marks or scratches and operates flawlessly! Thanks a bunch Park Ave Cameras!!

  Fantastic service. The camera (Sony ZV-1F camera) arrived next day, exactly as per tracking details provided and I was delighted. Park Ave Cameras included free additional battery (good quality too, not cheap rubbish) plus include a 5 year warranty all at a very competitive price. Any being a New York brick and mortar retailer, I have successfully used Sony's Double Cashback offer to receive an additional $100 paid into my bank account, all within 5 working days. In summary, I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely be returning. Good customer service makes such a big difference these days, well done Park Ave Cameras'!

  I had purchased a Nikon D7500 a couple of years ago and loved it. Due to issues not the fault of the camera I needed a replacement. I saw that Pak Ave cameras had a sale on the Nikon D780 and since I had loved the camera so much, I bought it without looking at the specs. To my delight, Nikon had upgraded the camera with new features, The autofocus tracking system is amazing even from a far distance it still kept up with my subject. Overall, Nikon is top-notch when it comes to DSLRs. I'm very happy with my purchase and I look forward to shooting again!

  I asked for recommendations of a mount that could be used with the optical tube of the Celestron Nexstar 8SE (8" SCT) that will allow me to shift it by holding the tube and also by slow-motion controls, the advisor recommended the Explore Scientific mount with tripod, it's very well assembled and sturdy. it easily connects to a Celestron C90 with the built in dovetail mount. No adapter was needed.

  Great item, damaged in post The item itself is great, but it turned up with a faulty camera plate (threads lacquered and unsealed), a broken finger nut for the pully and a missing camera plate bolt (to hold the camera on). I drove to the distributor and they fixed it all in time for the first shoot.

  This is the second time I've bought something from this website. And both times the item wasn't in stock. But you don't discover this until you email to ask where the item is. Then you get a kind of "oh it's not in stock. Probably next month some time." To be fair, quite a few US companies conduct their online business this way. And you wonder why Amazon are winning?

  Order a camera from them but it was defective and did not work properly. Park Ave cameras did not honor warranty and some of the items shipped with the camera were incorrect. They did attempt to replace the incorrect items by shipping replacement, however the replacement items were also incorrect.

  I was a bit disappointed with the fact that my order was not processed until I had to call after about 5 days I placed the order. I was told it was not in stock meanwhile on the website there was no indication to say the item was out of stock. This should come from a renowned company like this. Only to turn around I. Less than 30 minutes I had a deliver notice from DHL. Please try to give move information on your website and inform the customer by email if the product is not available.

  We ordered a Rode Wireless GO and we received what appeared to be a used item in place of a new one. Upon sending an email to Park Ave Cameras, they replied within a few hours to rectify the issue, it was simple and easy. They've always been good to buy from with quick delivery and good packaging, its a shame this happened but I'm sure it was a simple mistake somewhere.

  The service and product exceeded expectations. From the start to delivery, the journey was facilitated by excellent service. The camera is everything I could want. Maybe it's a bit more powerful than what I need, and there's still much I have to learn, but it's an amazing camera and there's a lot of room to grow into it and grow with it. It is easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

  Park Ave cameras is a great place to buy from, everything that I bought from them was exactly as described their prices are almost the same as everyone else But I saved a fortune on tax since they were delivered to a different state. My only disappointment is that they use FedEx for shipping, FedEx broke every rule and did not deliver as promised.

  Excellent experience, my Panasonic Lumix GH6 camera shipped fast and arrived with the most shipping protection I've ever seen for a small package, good on them for taking that extra step to make sure things arrive safe.   Absolutely delighted with the professional, friendly service at Park Ave cameras, I pulled the trigger and got a quick delivery and a camera that I have enjoyed.   They said shipping in 2days or less but I didn’t get my order until a week later. I understand that it was the holidays and there was a big volume of business and I did get emails explaining the situation so I just had to live with it.

  The website was extremely easy and once I received my Tiffen Filters they were great and exactly as described and exactly what I was expecting for a great price. My only complaint was that it took almost 2 weeks to receive but overall great experience every time I emailed regarding my purchase they were very kind and always explained what was going on.
