  Brilliant experience with Park ave cameras. I looked at several DSLRs and was helped via Live Chat. They gave me great advice, showed me the best camera that suited my needs. I ordered my camera, got a great deal and it was delivered promptly. The camera is a dream. I haven't had the chance to use it too much yet but so far I'm impressed.

  The listings were really clear, and deals were amazing! I'd been eyeing up a Nikon D750 for a while, but decided to try Park ave cameras for a good one. The quality of the camera is amazing, and it was so easy to assemble and it shipped super quickly too, with good tracking information so I could keep an eye on my progress. Still learning with it and having fun doing it. Park ave cameras is a pleasure to deal with.

  Good value combo. The DJI Mini 3 combo is good value. The drone is a dream to pilot. I was advised at the time of ordering of a possible delay of up to 5 weeks (import from Europe). Turned up in two days. The sales guy was pleasant and helpful - and on time!

  A trendsetting leader in the Photography market I recently made a purchase from Park*Ave*Cameras' which arrived today. I found the ordering process extremely user friendly but the most impressive part of my experience was the delivery and the constant communication via the track and trace. Compared to other companies in this sector I have used this is by far and away the market leader in my opinion, highly recommended and well deserving of the 5 star rating.

  Park Ave cameras were wonderful, I was looking for a point and shoot camera to take away on holiday with me. The website was easy to look through and I found my perfect camera in the end. The delivery was free because my order was over $200 and to top it off it came a day earlier than expected. In summary I feel confident enough to trust the business and would use them again knowing that they are just a phone call away if there were any technical issues regardless of the price.

  Faultless service Ordered a Nikon Z6 II - best price on the internet, arrived next day, really well packed.   Amazing shipping I ordered a used Bmpcc4k after searching for one for over a year in the US. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was in my hand the following Tuesday. From the New York to Texas, in 6 days including a weekend, unbelievable. I wouldn't have received it that fast if ordered from within my own country. It was shipped immediately and tracking number provided. Shopping online can sometimes be risky but do not hesitate to order from Park Ave Cameras. 10 stars out of 10.

  I’ve placed numerous orders with these guys over the years and there’s never been an issue. Most of my purchases this year arrive between 24 and 48 hours of my order being submitted. In fact my last order went in late morning on a Monday and it was at my door before noon the very next day.

  Great price, slight gridlock (only minor) on delivery side of things as I was told to contact Park Ave Cameras due to an issue with the order. When I got in touch via phone I discovered it was only so they could try and up-sell me a spare battery, which I wasn't interested in, so this held up the order for a few days. Would rather they just trust I know what I'm ordering and "get on with it" :).

  We ordered a big bundle!! We ordered a big bundle to go with our very first DJI mini drone 3. Everything smooth through ordering, payment and tracking the shipment which arrived when they said it would. One star left out because it would be even better if there were some instructions or guide on how to use each accessory included in the bundle; we don’t know what many of the items are! We’ll work it out in our own time.

  Quality service from an excellent company First experience using Park Ave Cameras to order equipment online and they exceeded my expectations. I ordered a camera on the 2nd May, Tuesday just gone and I received it today, the 4th, 2 days after it was ordered. The package, however took my other half over 10 minutes to unwrap, that's how well it was packaged. She was so impressed, and she is hard to impress.   Sony A7C is amazing! I absolutely love my Sony A7C camera! A great all around camera! I had already purchased from Park Ave Cameras.   Sony A6400 with the Tamron 18-300 zoom lens I also have to say my experience with Park Ave Cameras was, as always, a great purchasing experience, easy to use website with free expedited shipping made it a no brainer to buy from them. Couldn't ask for better service a great 2 year warranty. We always buy from Park Ave Cameras! Very pleased overall. Park Ave Cameras did a great job of letting me know as soon as this model became available again.

  Lovely people, they give great advice. Cheap film offerings. They got their hands on pretty cool photography brands(they don't have many for now),digital cameras like Fujifilm X and native lenses. If you are into any photographic field this is the best shop, they got from DSLR to full-frame cameras. They sell original Nikon refurbished (USA) with amazing deals. Cool binoculars, tripods/heads and lighting.

  I bought an X-T200 with a $120 rebate at Park Ave Cams in a bid to get rid of an a6000 and I'm disappointed. It feels dirty cheap and very uncomfortable, way worse then what is included with Sony/Nikon ergonomics. Impossible to quickly change white balance or add back light compensation or change ISO. I won't return it even though it is a frustrating little camera; and i am keeping it because it is little. Three stars for the discount and an astonishing breadth of products selections....

  I have been buying used cameras there or having them repaired for over ten years. The employees there have the typical exotic New York charm, but are then very warm. Expertise and customer satisfaction are important to Park Ave Cameras. And they've always achieved that with me in ten years. My recommendation in NYC when it comes to cameras.

  Good camera shop until you have a problem, but don't expect any help if you do. I sent my Pentax camera for repair and the lost the manufacturer box sealing it and then proceeded to deny all knowledge of having received it, despite it being listed on my packing slip and order. Basically accused me of lying. Escalated to manager but despite 3 follow-ups never received a call back. Repairs may be good, but poor customer services mean it is not worth the risk. Also added me to a mailing list when I specifically requested not to be.

  Sadly since changing from Park Ave Cameras, the personalised service is not available as you get at 42nd Photo in Manhattan. On my second visit I went in for a simple circular polarizer, which was out of stock. Looking at the display, it was clear to see that the size that I wanted was the most popular, so you would expect them to already be ordered, but was told that they wouldn't be in until the following week. Went home and ordered from 42nd Photo. I try to support local shops as much as possible, but they need to realise that if they can't compete on price, they need to beat the internet shops on service. Their range seems fine and I might visit again on the theory that my last visit was just a one off.

  We took our newborn to Park Ave Cameras for a passport photo. The photo taken had the baby's face partially hidden by fabric and there wasn't sufficient gap around the baby's head (the dimensions were inaccurate). Hence, I cannot recommend Park Ave Cameras for passport photos.

  I took in my Fujifilm X-T4 in for repair - paid $50 for a 'diagnosis' and was then told that it would cost $320 to be fixed. Casting some doubt over this claim, I then took to a place on midtown Manhattan "Camera Doctor" and they charged me $70 for an adapter replacement and I haven't had any problems since.. Upon seeing this review- they rang me and claimed to have actually 'fixed' the camera but did not mention to me that this had been done despite the fact that they initially told me that the repair would cost '$320'. Mistakes were made that they acknowledged and apologized for on their part- which is something at least. Still not a great experience...

  Nice store, many stuff to buy! but there is no Warranty "guarantee" for medium format camera. I only get to know that after spent more then 3k and my Pentax D-slr with lens after I use for the 2º time start distorting target and they say "sorry but we don't warranty " 450 dollars gone.

  Sold me Vello Auto Lens Adapter. It failed after about five uses. Park Ave Cameras refused to replace claiming warranty had expired. Technically any product that does not meet basic standards should be replaced immaterial of length of warranty (I'd had the adapter 6 months in this instance, with hardly any use) - especially if it's $89 for a basic adapter.

  The staff were incredibly friendly and wonderful to talk to for over an hour all about my many questions. I would double check prices against others, as some were marked up significantly (Park Ave Cameras vs. B&H Photo was 100% mark up on exact same), but there are also some incredible deals (lots of DSLRs around $500)

  Simple part for my Revo tripod adapter ordered, just in stock. Neat confirmation, then ... nothing at all. Emailed; standard mail back. Nothing else. Emailed again, emailed again ...
