  Excellent binoculars from a reputable and reliable company My order was back-ordered and took several weeks but Park Ave cameras kept me informed throughout the process. The shipment was well packed (nice because the outer box took what must have been a hard hit but only wrinkled the shipping box) and once shipped, arrived in just two days. Very pleased with the whole process.

  The prices they gave me for my equipment were more than fair and the equipment I bought from them was also an excellent deal. The icing on the cake - they failed to include a camera strap. Great communication, treated me like an old friend. I'd recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

  Ordered a Sony a6400 camera at an unbeatable price on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime, exactly when they said it would with no delivery charge! I was kept informed by email at every stage, from my order being received to it being dispatched from the depot. All in all a first class service I would recommend to anyone, thank you!

  Superb shop, very attractive window display, big shop floor with products neatly displayed in well lit compartments. Everything was thoroughly presented, with a wide range of products and manufacturers. Friendly, well informed staff. Lots of good advice was given, and staff didn't steer me towards the most expensive product, rather tailoring products to my needs to give me a good range of choice. If you want a specific product, it's a good idea to call in advance so they can get it and accessories from their warehouse into the shop for you to see and try out, I called several days in advance and they then held the items for me, with no obligation to buy any. The shop is situated in a heavy traffic area, with free parking a couple of minutes walk away. Lots if advice available in shop and on the phone, and courses are available to help learn all about your equipment.

  They sent me the wrong item, not what I had ordered over the phone, then said it must have been my mistake so I had to re-order and return the wrong one. $18.00 out of pocket on postage. I will not use them again. Made the mistake of thinking they had a good reputation!

  Avoid this company Read other reviews before placing an order for 35mm film development. I placed my order and sent my films off on 12/09, it is now 10/10 and my order is still unfulfilled with no signs of progress. I have received little communication and was promised my films would be ready last week or I would be refunded but I am now being ignored completely with no refund and no films. I would personally avoid this company in future and go local.

  I expected 15 days delivery time, but it arrived already after 5 days Ordered a 360 camera on Sunday. Although I had my doubts, I took the step. But my doubts were totally unnecessary. I received my camera on Friday in pristine shape in the rural AZ. I was not able to see the progress of my order on the site, but my mail was answered within a couple of hours and took away my concern. Excellent service! I would recommend this site to anyone.

  Park Avenue Cameras experience Super excited when ordering my first item (Nikon Z7 ii body). Communication was perfect: fast and to the point. Received my camera after 4 days with FedEx. Box well wrapped up. Very good prices due to local tax differences. Ordered after the camera also 2 lenses. Minor disadvantage is that I did not receive a track & trace number (of FedEx or DHL), but after all delivered well.

  Shipping was a serious let down - DHL - I paid the premium to shorten delivery time from approx 2 weeks to under a week. It sat at a DHL hub in NJ for a full week. Ultimately the packet arrived after approx 2 weeks. Park was professional but their sub-contracting courier sucks. Strongly recommend to find an alternative to DHL.

  Five star, Details were exactly as stated. Lense was in excellant condition. The results were great, I am a great believer in Tamron Lense, I have used them for years and the results have been teriffic.   Love this company. Easy to navigate their website. Plenty to choose from. If they haven't got what your looking for, then you can create an alert. Fast pickup and delivery, knowledgeable team . Not happy with the gear you have , then just ask for a quote to sell or part exchange. Everything comes with a warranty unless stated. Not sure about an item, then just chat with them via their online chat service. Enjoy 😉

  I ordered the Godox 600 pro from Park Ave Cameras', and when it arrived it was actually faulty. However, Alex was very helpful when I liaised with her, they were able to replace the light for me and were very informative and communicated throughout. I have now received a working strobe and very excited to use it!

  All the risk is yours! Don't shop here! This is where you shop if you want nothing but headaches and frustration. First off read the reviews about "grey market" they are 100% true. My experience: Wrong item shipped. Won't ship the right item until I send wrong item back (at my cost). Won't send a pre-paid shipping label because of some ridiculous "security" issues. Long story short being held hostage for over $700 due to poor shipping practices and poor customer service! Be warned. Worst experience EVER! All the risk is yours! Not only this some fly by night warehouse in NC, they will probably fold up shop and come back with a different name and "store front" once everyone catches on to the scam.

  I recently purchased the Sony a1 mirrorless camera from Park Ave cameras and am very pleased with both the camera and the experience. The camera came promptly and was very well packaged with all elements in perfect condition. This was an upgrade for me, I've used the camera on several occasions and am extremely pleased with the quality of my images and the intuitive nature of Sony's technology. I would recommend Park Ave cameras to anybody, their customer service is very good and would certainly purchase from them again.

  I ordered an underwater camera online from Park Ave cameras and when I got the email that it was in the process of picking it up was seamless and perfect. Everything was in perfect condition, not a single scratch, dent, piece of packaging was missing. It looked like it had not even been opened and shouldn't have been labeled as an open box. I will be buying other photographic accessories in the future.

  I purchased a fantastic Mirrorless camera and an accessory kit from Park Ave cameras and was initially surprised when I received a phone call saying that the package had shipped. The caller was very helpful and professional and assured me I would receive the camera and kit and anything else I would like such as spare batteries and charger etc within a few days. I was delighted and surprised to receive everything in just 3 days. You can't beat their prices or service!

  Sony a7 IV I'm a DSLR shooter who has been interested in getting into mirrorless for several years. With the deep discounts being offered by Park Ave cameras I decided now is the time. I really like the feel of the camera in my hand, it is light, has a big sensor, and the 28-75mm f/2.8 lens is a perfect range. Park Ave cameras will now be my one stop store for my photography needs.   I recently bought a zoom lens from Park Ave cameras. When the lens arrived the packaging was in poor condition and the lens hood was missing. I complained and a replacement lens hood was sent to me but the replacement was a cheap aftermarket copy. Total waste of my hard earned money

  Park Ave cameras is a great camera store. They seem to cater to the experienced as well as new photographers and sell cameras and lenses to sui the whole range. As well as the usual Canon and Nikon fare they also have a full range of Sony and Fuji mirrorless. They have a small stock of Pentax including a few used lenses. I will definitely be using them again.

  Bought my Sony ZV-E10 camera from Park Ave cameras and it was delivered quickly and on the exact day that they said it would be. The Sony ZV-E10 is not only lightweight and compact but the functionality of this camera is great for the price point. The auto focus is very fast and the video quality is great. It makes for a perfect starter camera because it’s fairly simple to use. Great for street photography and product photography. I'm very pleased and will definitely be using this service again.

  Ordered a lens and two filters last Wednesday. Received one of the filters the next day. The other filter and the lens were promised by the order confirmation in 2 to 3 working days. By day 4 I'd received no confirmation that the lens and filter had even been dispatched. So I rang customer service and they told me that there was no stock anywhere. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Sony ZV-E10 This an amazing camera that is easy to navigate and very user friendly. The picture quality is unbelievably clear. The photos I took of my plants were so vivid, clear and lively. I really like the view finder because it allows me to take selfies with little effort. I was also very impressed with Park Ave cameras. Their customer service team was spot on with answering any questions I might have or suggesting products I might be interested in. I will go to Park Ave cameras for all my photography needs going forward.

  Great prices with dreadful customer service The camera arrived after the deadline with system problem. I sent back and they sent a new one. The new camera was lost in the carrier. Now I’m with no camera and they aren't sending my money back also! The customer service by email takes days to answer.

  Canon EOS R I needed a second camera to my 5D MK IV. Park Ave had a great offer on black Friday and I sure am grateful I jumped on the deal. Seeing improved photos vs the 5D (better shadows) with the new processor and love the reduced weight of the unit. Not as weather proof as the 5D and some of the functions a little clumsy- but really no serious complaints once set up with the proper shortcut assignments etc. Love the movable screen and ability to quickly jump from photo to video shooting. Have never been disappointed by park Ave cameras , they are competitive and have great inventory and many items ship for free. The website is incredibly easy to navigate.

  Great service from Park Ave Cameras. Ordering process was simple and delivery was fast. As for the Camera itself, very pleased with the quality of the photos, the manual features are easy to use and create great results. I’ve had it for a few weeks and am enjoying the heck out of it. It does all the camera things I would hope for. I’ve used the auto settings and many of the manual settings. I even took time exposures to capture the lunar eclipse. All in all it takes great pictures.
