  Easy-to-navigate website, great selection of products and easy transaction. Park Ave cameras makes selling your used gear so easy! Free shipping, quick estimates on value and they are honest! I sent in a piece of gear that I though was excellent and they offered me a fair amount. I sent in the lens and they let me know that they thought it was rated excellent and I was paid more than the original estimate. Trust them, they will be fair and it's never been easier to unload used gear that you aren't using!

  I have purchased here many times before and always had a good experience with the product I ordered. However, this time I ordered an expensive lens for one of my cameras and never received the product. I got in touch with live chat multiple times and they kept saying to message again if it was never received. I will not be doing business with them or recommending to anyone in future.

  I still have to test the lens I bought, however, buying from Park Ave cameras was easy and secure. Customer service is really proactive.   My order was placed without problems and delivered expeditiously. Love my new camera. It is in fantastic condition and works perfectly. This is my 4th camera from Park Ave cameras and needless to say it's the most impressive so far. On shoots, I typically need something very fast and accurate and it seems to fit the bill without a doubt. I was super glad to have lens and in body stabilization , + face recognition and tracking! I shoot events and action shots for a living and it can do everything I need and more. I'll continue to buy from Park Ave cameras and I always recommend the business.

  I purchased a Panasonic LUMIX G9 Camera from Park Ave cameras. The order was processed expeditiously although I did not specifically request special handling. The camera was as advertised and it arrived in excellent packaging that ensured it would not be damaged in transit. I could not be more pleased. Park Ave cameras where I will first look to purchase any additional camera equipment.

  Quick Delivery, Questionable Quality The product arrived in a timely fashion. The plastic buttons on the active video camera were gummy and had degraded. I suspect the item was stored in an excessively hot environment for a long period of time. As a result, the camera has not been used. It may be returned.

  My order arrived correctly and was as described. The reason for the 3 star rating: The camera took the first few pictures great and then it just would not focus. All pictures after that were blurry. So I sent it back too bad as I did like the camera.

  Ricoh GR iii Street Life Edition Fantastic free shipping speed with everything packaged well. First time customer of PARK AVE CAMERAs and very pleased. Honestly had not heard of this company but took a chance since the Street Life edition was getting hard to come by and this place has connections with Ricoh/Pentax it seems.   Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Lens for Sony E I am a professional photographer and I use Sigma glasses religiously. Easy to get in and out.   Never Delivered I waited 16 days so far - Park have not been able to ship the tripod so no idea how good or bad it is. I did miss 2 shoots and the income from those jobs plus unhappy customers. Mistake was not this item - it looks perfect - the mistake was buying it from Park.

  Poorly done website Well, having placed 2 orders in 10 minutes and having requested that the 2nd be attached to the 1st in terms of shipping, I was told that the preparation department did not receive order comments... So my only option was to re pay for a 2nd shipping... It's ugly (even nerd) to have the possibility of making a comment during an order if it is useless.... morality: delete the comment zone (for the Webmaster) or do not place two orders (for customers)!!!

  Efficient service Over the years, I've bought any amount of photographic equipment and accessories from Park Ave Cameras' and have always been pleased with the service - both in-store and on-line. During the pandemic, I've bought on-line, most recently, last week, a spare RED® KOMODO™ BP-975 lithium-ion battery.   Nikon D500 I purchased my Nikon D100 from Park Ave Cameras about 20 years ago. Finally, it was beyond repair and I purchased a D500. The service at Park Ave Cameras was excellent and I would not recommend any other supplier. I have purchased a number of lenses, camera accessories and supplies through the years and they have all been through Park Ave Cameras. I simply don't have a reason to try anyone else.

  Excellent service Purchased a flash for my canon DSLR online but ordered the wrong one (Sony instead of canon) Telephoned the shop and was told to just return the Sony and they will re-send the Canon one. No quibbles, no extra postal charges just a friendly, efficient service. Only took 3 days from time of order to receipt of goods, well packaged and any problems you can actually call and speak to a person. All in all a great service and I will defiantly use them again and recommend them.

  Hasselblad 907X 50C with CFV II 50C digital back The best design from Hasselblad. I love the minimalism of the camera, so you can take your time doing what you like to take pictures the most. On opening up the box, I immediately felt the satisfactions. Money well spent - I told myself. On the Park' end, I wanted to go with a zero problem reputable seller, I don't have tons of money, and this was a difficult and large purchase. Well, that's what happened, zero problems. It shipped quickly and arrived all in perfect order. Then again, no new camera gear ever ships quick if you catch my drift.

  Rarely do I write negative reviews, unless it's disgraceful, and in this case, it is. Beyond the worst customer service I've received. The shipping company they used misplaced the TV, then was re-routing it, etc. All of the responses I received from Park Ave Cameras were, "They will contact you to schedule the delivery." They ignored my issue. When I told them I'd like to cancel if no one can find my TV or help, they said I'd be charged a restocking fee. I asked to speak to a manager, and no reply. I called, they left me on hold for 10 minutes, said someone would call me back, and they never called. Not once did someone apologize or try to help.

  I hadn't heard of Park Ave Cameras before but having read reviews I decided to try them out, especially as they were the cheapest for the camera I wanted. I wasn't disappointed either, even though I'd missed the next day delivery deadline by a couple of minutes and the weekend delayed the delivery but even so, my order was still with me by Monday lunchtime. Had a courtesy call to check everything was ok, so for me at least, it's great service at good prices and I'd recommend anyone to try Park Ave Cameras out.

  Lovely grey imported product, the product works good and looks like brand new; I bought from this company twice, both arrived in NJ on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday, it seems that they have a fixed time each week for interstate shipment, so Thursday and Monday purchases may arrive at the same time; Keep in mind that return is really expensive, you'll have to pay a return fee of around $100, so for those who might change their minds, avoid this company. I give it a 5 star because I didn't want to return it, so it was a pleasant experience for me.

  Rather poor customer service made an order at the start of the year with one item being on backorder. Called to find out the lead time and was told 2 weeks so placed my full order, after many emails and nearly 4 months later still don't have it. when requesting an update back in late June was told they'd find out and let me know shortly, apparently shortly means never. After chasing it up today was offered a refund for the missing item, Will be taking future business elsewhere from now on.

  I'm a 78 year-old armatur birding and landscape photographer with 30 years of experience. Bought a gimbal from Park Ave Cameras shop in Manhattan. Had to go back to be taught how to use it because I'm advanced in age and find new tricks difficult. Couldn't ask for more from them. Helpful, informative, funny and obviously happy in their work. If I had more cash to spend on camera related equipment I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5* rating isn't high enough.

  Extremely well thought out website with a straightforward purchase process. Good communication from seller and very quick response to any customer requests. Delivery took just over a week but that includes Holiday and Weekend. I have used Park ave cameras previously and would strongly recommend based on my own experiences.

  Great History! Been ordering on line with Park ave cameras for many years. Almost all of my photographic tools are purchased on-line from Park ave cameras. A fellow professional photographer told me about his track record with Park ave cameras and I tried the process. It is very quick, more than competitive and makes a lot of sense. Without Park ave cameras having excellent return policies the whole thing would not work. If you are not purchasing your equipment on-line from Park ave cameras you should give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

  GoPro HERO8 I absolutely love this camera! I was also very impressed with Park Ave cameras. Their customer service team was spot on with answering any questions I might have or suggesting products I might be interested in.   The website promises next working day delivery, not in my case! Internal communication and service poor. Check out other sellers such as B&H before buying from this store whose inflated prices do not justify the service provided. I have purchased from them twice, but never again.

  The service I received was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was that I requested delivery for the Monday as it was a birthday gift for my husband and I knew he would be away on the Monday. Instead it was delivered on the Saturday prior to his birthday and he was home and opened the door to receive the parcel.

  I selected the EOS 90D with the 18-135mm Lens from Park'. This was a perfect replacement for my EOS 80D, as I can use all the lenses I already have, plus I now the 18-135 lens to add to the collection. Shipping was quick and the camera and lens arrived within 3 days of placing my order and the best part, in time for our trip, which we leave in two days. Park has been my go-to for camera equipment and supplies for 20+ years.   Wonderful camera, awesome accessory kit! What a great bonus on top of an already great camera. Big thanks to Park for offering this collection of accessories. The bag is great, love it. SD card is fast (not huge, but great for getting started), and the extra battery rounds out the deal. I just feel so confident right out of the gate with this kit. Park' has a great selection, and the options offered with this camera were ideal and at a good price point. Seriously happy with this Sony camera, accessory kit, and Park' overall.

  Lithium Battery Works Perfectly! I was looking for a back up battery for my Nikon D3500 for a trip in a few months. I charged it up once I got the delivery and tested it out in my camera. No issue. The only issue was that delivery time was delayed a few days by the carrier (not Park Ave Cameras) since this was a Lithium battery and had to probably travel via ground. So, if you are needing a back up battery make sure that you give yourself some leeway.
