  I bought a Stereo Microphone to create content on my YouTube channel and my experience has been satisfactory.   Order placed on Thursday, for a camera shown on their site as in stock, paying additional price for next day delivery. Two days later received an email stating item should be with me by the following Tuesday, no explanation of why item was not sent out for next day as payed for nor any apology for delay. will never buy there again !!!

  Item as described, fast and easy transaction. I received my Canon camcorder and at a great price. I tested the low light performance and it was much better than I expected. After a few practice shots at a local park, I think it's what I needed. I was very impressed with the resolution of the video. Thank you Park Ave cameras for a very pleasant shopping experience.   I received a damaged product, that was scratched in multiple places, even though it was new. I returned it immediately, and 12 days later I am still have not received my refund of $567. I am very very upset and frustrated about this. I wouldn't recommend or use again.

  Canon EOS 90D This is the third expensive item I have purchased so far from Park Ave cameras -- but at prices way lower than anyone else. I got the first two, a camera and lens, and they were exactly as represented. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them at this point.

  Nikon FTZ II Mount Adapter Looks very well built, Shipped fast and accurately - standard at Park Ave cameras. Price was great, perfect size for multiple mirrorless lenses. Picture quality using the Nikon 200-500 zoom and the ftz ll mount are excellent and the auto focus woks well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Park Ave cameras for your photo and accessories gear.

  Needed to purchase a new Nikon Z5 and was recommended to use Park Ave cameras by a friend. Sadly, my experience and his were very different. The camera was not even packaged. It came with the shipping labels on the outside of the camera box and it looked like someone had opened it before it was delivered to us. So disappointed

  The ordering process was easy and the camera was delivered the next day for free! So far I'm really happy with the camera. Still an adjustment period since I'm coming from Nikon.   Great Service I was prepared to spend $700 for a Canon lens and called Park Ave cameras to be sure it would fit my camera and they directed me to a Tamron lens he maintains has more versatility and costs $250 less. Less $ for "as good or better performance" is always a good thing. Thanks Park Ave.

  Amazing camera & Great service No brainer purchase, quite an upgrade to my Nikon D500, I use my cameras for photography and not video and have been using Nikon, Been doing photography for over 50 years and have never had a problem. This D500 is quite an upgrade for wildlife photography. Silent shutter is a god send. Park Ave cameras put together a great package and are great to work with.

  I've bought dozens of photographic equipment and accessory platforms and haven't had many problems other than the occasional bubble. On this purchase the screen protector I received did not work; it wasn't flush with the screen and no matter what I did, it wouldn't install without very large bubbles. Contacted Park Ave cameras and as always, they're customer support stepped in and I'm happy with their quick attention to my problem.

  Just simply awesome! Found the camera I wanted for less than anywhere else, and was able to get an awesome camera and a 16GB SD card for less than I sold my used Nikon D3100 with accessories and 70-300 Tamron lens. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Although this company had supply chain issues and were not able to ship immediately, Park ave cameras kept me informed and even offered to refund my money if I just could not wait any longer.

  Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II I was very apprehensive about ordering online, for such a large value item especially as you had to do a bank transfer first, but my fears were totally unfounded. My order got processed on Monday and to my surprise the camera was delivered Thursday morning, it was securely wrapped and package and everything was intact. I had an Olympus XZ-1 previously. Compared with the OM-D E-M10, it focuses better, has much better viewfinder, and, to me, is much more comfortable to hold. Occasionally I find it an ideal wildlife camera. Park Ave cameras made it a great deal by including a kit with many useful items with the camera.

  Falsely advertised delivery times I ordered a camera and lens to arrive on Wednesday morning. The boxes were put on FedEx's trucks on Wednesday. But when delivery didn't happen, the boxes were left in the FedEx warehouse on Thursday with no apparent attempt to deliver them today. I will not be using them again

  The Sony a6400 is the camera that I needed. This kit with the 55-210mm lens is very versatile. Shipping was quick as well - would rather shop though park ave cameras than go through other vendors, because they always come through reliably!
