I ordered a Godox Monolight Kit & was surprised how quickly the order arrived & was informed via emails about all steps of the order being received, along with tracking numbers & delivery times etc. Can't beat the price and would order again.   Outstanding service again They shipped the tripod and I received in 2 days, The tripod was stunning and perfect, exactly what I wanted. The tripod feels extremely sturdy and lightweight. To be fair, I don't have experience with top end photography equipment, but I know cheaply made products when I use them. The telescoping legs are smooth and easy. The camera mount is easy enough to use and adjust. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you, Alex, and everyone at Park Ave cameras. You have a customer for life.

  1st time shopping at Park Ave Cameras. Looking forward to a good experience. Update - goods received but I felt like the pricing and product information was very misleading. Ultimately I had to spend an additional $500+ to get the items I needed and the. Discovered that a note complete package at a better price from Park Ave Cameras was available. No recourse or options offered to compensate.

  Nikon 200-500mm f5.6E ED VR lens Pleased with the service from Park Ave Cameras although it did take a day or so longer than expected but Park Ave Cameras kept me well informed of progress before dispatch. Have just had the lens a few days and already I’m very impressed with the quality. I aim to hold onto this lens for many years so I feel assured that I have made the right choice!

  Canon G15 repaired perfectly! After dropping my G15 it displayed a lens error message. I was recommended to Park Ave Cameras through a local store. The repair was done very quick (3 days), shipping back was just as quick. My works better than ever. I will use you again if I ever need a repair in the future. Thank you to all of your staff. It was a very good experience having my camera repaired there.

  Good price for lens only. Not kit. Prompt delivery and of course Canon quality at it's finest. GREAT LENS! I bought the latest series of the 16-35mm Wide Angle 2.8 and it was phenomenal! I could stand a foot away from the subject and likely get it all in frame! Stunning quality and all corner blur fixed. Produces incredible shots. Park Ave Cameras had the best down the middle price and delivered the goods!

  Quick and easy check out for the most part. Received the item on item. I financed my lens and ended up being talked into purchasing a different lens by a sales associate. Park Ave Cameras didn't think to correct the lease agreement with the lender. So I had to be the one to correct the amount which took a while. Everything now seems to be ok and I am happy with my lens.

  My nephew broke our Canon ae1 camera and purchased one from this company. It had a layer of dirt on the body, and squeaked when I advanced the lever. I took it to a camera repair place in Manhattan, and it will cost $130 to fix the mirror and the light seals have to be replaced. Never again!

  Defective Lens-Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 Lens- Issue was resolved very quickly.   I brought my Nikon FM 35mm here for a full light seal replacement and to get the infamous shutter squeak dealt with. These guys were quick to get it all done and at a very reasonable price as well. The camera sounds 100x better than it did when I brought it in and I’m looking forward to start shooting with it. Will definitely be coming back.

  So far so good Camera looks like new and so far seems to work as such. Olympus four thirds system with it's built in image stabilization is just a bonus. The M5 Mark ll is a addition my M10 Mark ll and will be used for shooting tethered. Easy transaction.

Had my first issue with a tripod being faulty on arrival. Went through their customer support. Very fast response. They were very polite and immediately sent out a replacement tripod. Can't fault that for service.

  I've been a returning customer of Park Ave cameras for many years. First rate. I will continue to come to them for photographic and video equipment, and refer others to them. The prices are low and the quality is pretty good. Shipping may take a while but since the shipping fee is so low, I would still rather shop here than other online stores.

  Great service - Really quick delivery. After finding the drone i wanted at the best price i could, i placed my order on Friday afternoon and it was delivered first thing on Saturday morning. Well packaged, great quality, just as described and It is very quiet compared to the previous I had bought from Amazon. Great camera sensor, Remote with built in screen provides a crisp video. Everything about it is perfect. Can't comment on customer service as I haven't had to call them - but overall a great shopping experience

  Fast and simple ordering The purchase arrived as scheduled and setup was pretty easy especially with the instructions. Very please with the camera, especially at that price point.   Excellent service and great price. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The lens came packaged very well, arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. I have not give an extensive use and test since I received three days ago, but have a few shots taken mounted on my DSLR, the pictures look awesome on the LCD display for both flash and non-flash output.
