  Great purchase! I had a wonderful experience with Park Ave cameras. I received my DJI Mini 2 drone in just a couple of days. It was very well packaged and it working wonderful. It flies very well and takes amazing photos and videos at this price point. The picture quality is outstanding and using the camera was easy to learn. Overall I can say this it a great product and I am having a blast with it. I will definitely purchase from Park Ave again.

  My overall experience with Park Ave cameras very good.   About a week ago, I ordered a camera online and made the mistake of having it delivered to my house. A few days later I see that my money is refunded and I get an e-mail saying that they canceled my order. It's really frustrating when you trust a website and they just cancel your product with no follow-up, Be careful when buying from them.

  I had a wonderful experience with Park Ave cameras The response was quick and communication about my order was easy. The GoPro Rechargeable Battery arrived in excellent condition. Battery Fits very well into the camera and can be extracted with ease - unlike cheaper knockoffs that I bought previously that needed pair of pliers to pull out. I'm very satisfied! Would definitely recommend!

  I couldn't be happier. The shipping time was around two days and I received my Panasonic LUMIX FZ300 in perfect condition, picture stability is good, and the pictures themselves are beautiful, even when just using the auto settings. Can't wait to see what happens when I actually learn how to use it. So far am extremely happy with my choice. I would definitely considering buying from Park Ave cameras again.

  Great prices but no warranty! I bought a new Nikon Coolpix 1000A from Park Ave Cameras in New York. It was dispatched to me from a warehouse in NY. Arrived with box opened and no warranty card. I queried this and was told not to worry any problem would be dealt with by Park Ave Camera. The camera was immediately faulty so I called to report this. I could not get past the call centre and wss told to send it back to the manufacturer at my expense. I called Nikon customer support to be told that I had bought grey goods and any warranty would not be recognized by Nikon. My only option is to pay $90 to insure the camera and send back to NY cut my losses and pay Nikon Tx to repair. I would not buy anything from this company again.

  I really liked to purchase on parkavecameras.com. I bought a lenses for my Lumix camera and as they said on the website it's like new. I'm willing to buy more stuff from them instead of brand new because it helps the environment, my wallet and also them!

  Amazing service! Our usual providers didn't have the FX3 on stock and I somehow found PARK AVE CAMERAS online. I couldn't believe my luck when they said they could help with it. I got the camera after a couple of days! Amazing service, will definitely buy from them again

  Poorly built softbox lighting kit I ordered 2 softbox lighting kit. One was fine. The other arrived badly made, with a gap where there shouldn’t have been one, and 2 loose screws. I repaired it myself, with filler and bigger screws, as I wanted it up on the wall asap. A quality control issue, I think.

  Not the best experience. Bought a Rebel T7 product on-line, paid for it and was waiting eagerly to receive it. Email saying “Order Cancelled” no explanation or why! Then a few phone calls to get my money back. Not the best of shopping experiences.

  I needed another Billingham 335 camera bag and found a pre-owned one at Park Ave Cameras advertised in 'As New' condition, and it was EXACTLY THAT. There was no discernible difference from walking out of a retail shop on the High Street with one off the shelf, it still had the tags on and was in the iconic Billingham dust bag. The price was AMAZING, at nigh on 1/3rd Billingham's RRP. Very speedily delivered and beautifully packed. I shall be using Park Ave Cameras' again, without question.

  I was really let down with my order, ordered a complete Bolt VM-160 set, and when it came the stand was missing, which was supposed to come 2 days after the delivery, that was two weeks since, and still not received it, I won’t be ordering any else from this firm if I don’t receive it before the end of the month is out, really really disappointed

  I am not really sure how to rate Park Ave Cameras'....the order I placed for a nikon z50 body was eventually delivered ....but I expected it to be delivered from an American source of some sort ...but it came from Europe .... and took about two weeks.... not 5 to 8 days ....there were no import duties involved but it was all a bit strange...I have to say the price as advertised is what I paid ...and I have to assume it was brand new as I was told ...but there was no warranty information in the box ..but I have registered the purchase with nikon. The camera itself seems to work fine.

  Terrible customer service. I dropped my camera accidently and cracked the screen. I called Park Ave cameras and they were very unhelpful, it sounded like the staff didn't really care. I also emailed and still have not received an answer.

  Fantastic price, speedy delivery I was informed before ordering that the camera was out of stock and when it could be expected to ship. I waited a couple of days for the backorder to arrive. They let me know as soon as possible when it had arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. I was so happy when I opened the package, the camera came in the original shipping box, brand new. I would definitely buy from Park Ave cameras again, and am recommending them to a couple of friends in the market for new photographic equipment.

  As fast as promised The online transaction went smoothly; communication with the company was excellent; the item was shipped promptly and received in 3 days in spite of using the cheapest shipping option. I have not yet field tested the unit but I took a few shots with it, and they seemed as sharp as I would expect. The service is by far the best! I have ever experienced shopping online.   The order experience was painless and easy. Received exactly what I ordered faster than expected. The camera seems to be of a high quality and meets my needs perfectly. I've only had t it for a week but I've been taking pictures everyday since I received it. I must say that it really is a great camera of course I have more to learn on using all the features but so far so good, the pictures I've taken come out crisp and clear.   Extremely annoyed with their customer service. I purchased a camera which should have been dispatched 3 business days, but they informed me the camera is unavailable and offered me a new one instead, i do not like the idea of being offered a different item.   Park Ave cameras always saves me money. The Website is very well designed and Shipping has always been prompt and flawless. They have become my go-to seller for tech purchases. I check prices at a couple of other online sites that offer free shipping, but I end up ordering from them unless it's an item I can't find in stock there.

  I jumped in to find an SD Card for my camera. I was welcomed and directed to the right area as soon as I entered the store. The store was clean, not crowded. Quickly found what I needed, less than 5 minutes in checkout line and I was done. Great and fast experience. Will definitely come back to this location in the future.

  Great camera at a fair price. I used Google search for the cheapest price I could find. I found it with Park Ave cameras. The camera was delivered exceptionally quickly. Excellent communication through all the order stages. Even the courier e mailed a window of time for delivery so I did not have to stay in all day. The whole process was excellent, I have no problems at al with the camera. The autofocus is fast and sharp, allows me to capture photos clearly, the kit lens is fun to use, and produces great results I never expected. Everything just works Perfect

  Went in to check out a Tamron 150-600mm lens and Kaufman (hope I spelled the name correctly) was helping me. He’s really personable and knowledgeable. Knowing I’m a beginner, he’s patient in explaining everything and shared a lot of his own photography experience and tips. He also recommends lens that he thinks is better for me.   Well made camera case for my Sony a6000. I received my order quicker than I had expected with no errors.   Nikon NIKKOR 85mm f/1.8 lens I picked this lens up on a daily deal and am super impressed with the build and image quality. The ordering process was very easy and i felt very comfortable that the person helping me was very knowledgeable. They walked me through my insecurity and made me feel as though i could ask any question no matter how insignificant. For the price, it's hard to beat the lens.
