  Did finally get money back Ordered a camera on a Saturday and realized on the same day that it was a mistake, so I sent an email asking politely to cancel and return the already transferred money. That was more than 2 weeks ago, they haven not responded to any of my attempt of contacting and sent me neither a camera nor my money. Edit: I got my money back after the third attempt of contact.

  Excellent service with great price and quick delivery Ordered an Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III recently. Park ave camera store had the best price I could find without going to a New York retailer. Easy ordering via their website. Used their online chat option to double check they had stock which they did and received it nicely packed and in good time. Would definitely recommend them to others.

  Canon Printer I bought a Canon iP8750 Inkjet printer from Park Ave Cameras - I spoke with them first and they gave me helpful guidance and I then purchased the printer online. It arrived a couple of days later and I can't fault their service. The printer is excellent too!

  Canon EOS 90D The higher shutter speeds coupled with the fast burst rate is perfect for Sports Photography. The Canon 90D is an excellent camera if you want a Dslr and mirrorless experience. Image quality and colors are great. The video capability of the 90D is far superior and the articulating screen is awesome. Battery will last for hours, 2 Batteries gives me a full day of hiking, 3 if I shoot video all day.

  Love my new camera. Don't forget to order the memory card. My d5600 camera and lens were shipped quickly and by expedited mail. Everything looks perfect. My only regret was that I didn't read things carefully. I overlooked the fact that a memory card wasn't included, not even a small one. I am now waiting 2+ weeks for a memory card from Amazon. My own fault. Park' is an excellent company. With great prices and great products.

  Canon EOS 7D It may be a great camera for some but not for me. Pros: Very well made,larger viewfinder,cheaper lenses. Cons: Heavy even with a 15-85mm lens,pricy,the canon 18-200mm not a very good lense and i want a all in one lense like that. So because of the weight and convenience i went with the nikon d7000 w/ the 18-200mm lens. and i am very happy. In my opinion the focus is not that great either, overrated if you ask me.

  Good prompt service from Park Ave Cameras. The Sony 50mm macro lens is ok, but the autofocusing is very slow. Ok for plants but often too slow for moving items such as insects on my a6500.

  The peak design bag I ordered arrived next day as promised. I was impressed that I received a call to ask if I was OK with the fact that the outer packaging had been opened (this was the last one in stock). It wasn't a problem to me, but I appreciated the courtesy, if I had been buying as a gift it might have been an issue. The bag itself was in perfect condition.

  Excellent photo store Very good communication throughout by email. Delighted with the mint Leica 12-60 mm lens. It looks brand new ! Always a gamble buying secondhand online especially for the first time, however no concerns whatsoever with Park Ave Cameras. The lens arrived in perfect condition via courier DHL.

  The Leica SL2-S is excellent for shooting starscape / Milky Way photography due to its high sensitivity. Leica is now rivalling the Sony sensors with a brand new 24MP BSI sensor that gives it improved low light performance. This is definitely a pro-level camera considering it's extremely robust build and features. With its made in Germany metal construction (solid magnesium body, aluminum top and bottom plate), it's designed to last for many years, as all Leica's are.

  Used Nikon film camera I bought a used Nikon film camera, which Park Ave Cameras listed as "Very Good". I received the camera on the following day and I can hardly see a mark on it - it looks pristine. It is occasions like this that remind me why buying from reputable, established businesses is so much better than other (cheaper) options. Thanks again!

  Ikelite Underwater Housing The housing is designed for use with the 5D Mark III, and the 5D Mark IV, due to the unique, identical location of the controls on those cameras. The mfg. description includes the 5DS and the 5DS-R. Plus it came with strobes and accessories that are user friendly. I want to do mostly macro and wide angle pictures.

  Rotolight Neo3 Park Ave Cameras are always helpful and my go-to place for kit. On this occasion I bought a Rotolight Neo 3 on-line, and the only reason it didn't get five stars is because it is not obvious from the web page that it needs special batteries and an additional flash cable. The batteries I bought in person a little later. The light itself worked miracles for a family wedding in a dark venue (no flash allowed).

  Cant fault the service received. I received my Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 lens the next working day after ordering, Coupled with my D7100, the camera makes beautiful bokeh and takes super fast photos, even in low light. the results are just wonderful to me. Will be using with a macro adapter in near future, looking forward to really leveraging the versatility of the lens. Thanks again and Great job !

  Ordered a Sony Alpha a6000 and it arrived promptly. However, when I opened the box it had either been dropped from a height or something heavy dropped on it. when I contacted them to try and resolve the issue but was forced to take a full refund.

  Worst customer service ever! Under no circumstances should you use this company. Do not be lured in by the cheap prices, you will pay for it in the end. The camera i ordered was well packaged and secure. I charged the batteries, attached the lens. Started up the camera and received an Error: 20. After I contacted customer service, they were vague and unhelpful, will never buy there again!!!

  Terrible customer services. This is the worst company I have dealt with in years. Their service is poor. Everyone there is arrogant and rude. No one helped me when I was in the store for two hours said they were to busy. Stay away and NEVER EVER purchase anything from them

  Good products and prices but admin needs improvement. My overall experience was ok but got off to a bad start. I checked availability by phone and was told that both items (camera& teleconverter) were in stock and that I would receive email confirmation. When this didn't arrive I checked and received an email to say that they were available at the New York store whereas i had inquired about Park Ave Cameras'! i then phoned Park Ave Cameras' and reserved the lens as I was driving down from Manhattan on Broadway St. The teleconverter was not in stock and they arranged for one to be sent to me from New York to review. From that point on all was fine and i was sent a spare camera battery for the initial inconvenience.

  The price I paid was incredible value and the delivery was so fast, the camera arrived earlier than the expected delivery date. Everything was packaged nicely as well and I wasn't disappointed. As someone with little experience beyond point and shoot cameras and old school film cameras, I appreciated that in auto mode it is very easy to use and Battery life is better than expected. I took 300+ photos per day on vacation and it never stopped working; Very happy with my purchase :)

  I'm getting emails for a Mirrorless Camera I haven't purchased which Park didn't have in stock. I have never dealt with a person at Park, but as a professional, the volume and type of emails I get from Park seems excessive.

  Samsung Q60A 43 TV Great picture easy to use great value for money, sleek design. Controls are simple for a 76 year old. I am impressed with this purchase and with the service of Park Ave Cameras, the unit arrived a day earlier , it covered three thousand miles in four days.   Pentax K-1 II DSLR Camera! I'm 45 years into a professional photography career and this camera is a true photographers camera. Period! Not I videographers cameras, although it adequate for this work, if you know what your doing. This camera is rugged, reliable, and committed to getting you the details, the dynamic range and the emotion of a photograph. This is my second K1 I bought from Park Ave Cameras' and I wouldn't buy it anywhere else. Great service and they always stand behind everything they sell.

  Sony External Flash It's a beautiful product; crafted at the highest Sony standard we all expect. BUT.. you gotta be on a7c, a7r4 or a92 for the new intelligent communication to work. I'm on my a7r3 & it turns out that I cannot adjust the flash levels at all... huge disappointment & they didn't make that clear.

  I bought the Canon EOS 50 Mark II camera for walking around or street photography when a full-sized DSLR is just too much. Excellent compact mirrorless camera. Easy to use for beginners just getting into photography or experienced photographers looking for a smaller secondary camera. Absolutely top quality service. Will use again and again.   I own a Canon ae-1 and always have fil. Park's Lab is in Manhattan, in New York is best for film dev. They love to print but they can also scan your images to CD.

  Let down by delivery.......... Ordered a lens on 14th April and paid for NextDay delivery as I needed to use on Monday. I had confirmation that the lens would arrive with FedX on Saturday, but when it got to 2pm I thought I better check with Park as I had already been waiting in until 4pm. Park replied saying that it won't be delivered now until Tuesday but they would refund the next day delivery charge. Out of their hands maybe, but unfortunately their delivery company reflects on their service.

  I'm always a bit wary of ordering online from companies I don't know of. However, the service received from start to finish was excellent. An email was received confirming my order, I also emailed a couple of questions, which were answered promptly. They later sent my camera in a timely manner and have to say my online experience again was great, I haven't taken a picture with it yet as I'm still waiting on my SD card to be delivered but the camera itself looks nice. Would totally recommended this company

  Canon 12x36 Binoculars. Excellent service and only took 2 days for delivery! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is that I had a problem with the stabilization not working and canon was no help but Park Ave cameras came through in the end and exchanged them.

  Tiffen makes a great line of low cost filters. This Filter is on a Tamron 24-70 F2.8 for Nikon D800 really pleased with it. Happy with this polarizer, especially for the price. I would recommend this product

  Best Lens for the Money The Canon EF 85mmf/1.8 Lens is amazing. I purchased it at park ave cameras three weeks ago and have not stopped loving the IQ, the fast focus, and the portability of it. As an aspiring professional photographer now shooting headshots, senior portraits, and family photos, I find it to be one of the best lenses per dollar spent. It is amazing in low light, and creates a wow bokeh for portraits. Once again, Park Ave cameras was fantastic in quality and service! I highly recommend them.

  I can't think of anything negative to say. From start to finish it was a smooth and simple transaction. The Canon EOS 4000D arrived exactly as advertised, So far I have not had much time to use the camera, but the few pictures I have taken have been impressive! The speed of taking pictures is great, The only issue I have is that the batteries don’t last for more than 6 hours. Other than that, the camera is awesome for photos, and video. I'm also happy with the extra gear it came with. First class service

  My Nikon D5600 camera arrived without any delays and in excellent condition. The product was exactly as described and well packaged, With the combination of the body and the 200-500mm lens the pictures are crisp and the color is well balanced. I have shot several action scenes with my kids playing sports and it has done a wonderful job capturing them in motion. can't wait to spend thousands of dollars on lenses and I will continue using Park Ave cameras for a source of my camera and lens needs.

  Simply the best I was looking to buy a new telephoto lens and I noticed that this site had the best deals, especially when compared to the high street stores. At first, I chose the brand new Sigma 50-100mm f/1.8 lens, but it wasn't unavailable. So my choice was the Sigma 150-600mm F/5-6.3 because of its incredible technical specifications. So I bought it!   Having read some reviews on here i was not sure if buying a camera from this company was to be a good idea however i ordered a Canon EOS RP on Tuesday and i received it the next day, It was not in normal packaging but it was still brand new and it's a huge step up from the T3i, I've only been using it for a couple of days, but I'm really loving it so far. It's lightweight, easy to carry around and takes high quality photos. I can't want to start shooting more with it and it was a great experience shopping at Park ave cameras.

  I was in the market for a great camera for photos and video. I chose a great price Canon 70d with a Sigma 35mm 1.4 lens. After the purchase, I decided to change my mind as I was more about image quality than video, so I called to see if I could change to a Canon 6d. They made it very simple to adjust to my needs.
