  58 mm Alpha Circular Polarizer Filter This is my second Hoya Alpha Circular Polarizer. Works well and doesn't seem to affect sharpness. This line of filters is reasonably priced. Everything I buy from Park Ave Cameras' comes to very fast and works very well!! I love the filter I got from Park Ave Cameras. I would definitely recommend.

  Another successful experience with Park Ave Cameras This item works exactly as it was advertised. It's a simple remote switch that ensures there will be no camera movement when mounted on a tripod. It's essential for those shots where tack sharpness is desired and on any time exposure. It's just what I wanted for those purposes.

  Good service at a good price I ordered the original Leica spare battery from Park because the item was in stock, the price was right. I received the battery the day after ordering and have had no problems with it. If I need anything else I will check Park out.

  Customer service is non-existent in my experience with them, It took three different phone calls on three separate days to finally get someone to reissue my shipment on the camera I purchased. They kept promising to follow up with the shipment company and send me emailed updates but never did. I should give a one star rating but I am too nice to people sometimes.

  The transaction went well and I have no complaints with the product or service. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was related to shipping. Item was ordered on a Friday but did not get handed over to shipper until the following Tuesday. Not terrible but room for improvement. Shipping was free and can't argue with that. Sadly, it took 10 full days from time of order until item was in my possession. Not the fault of the seller but frustrating.

  The customer service was beyond excellent. They really know how to taker care of their consumer and they are super kind. They responded to my problem within hours and really appreciate the kind service they provide. Also, they keep in touch with you in case you need any additional help.   The website was extremely informative and easy to navigate, communication throughout the order process was excellent and I'm beyond happy with the Vlogging Camera.   Couldn’t be happier. Would use again. I found the process very easy. Website was simple to navigate and order from. the camera is Worth every penny and arrived very well packaged and safe. I took a recording around my backyard and was able to quickly pass the video to my phone using the app with WIFI. With tall the attachments it came with, Overall I'm pleased with this purchase. Nothing at all negative to say! Would highly recommend!

  I have rented numerous Cameras and lenses from Park Ave cameras. First thing is that the customer service and product knowledge is second to none, the team work between staff is excellent I can tell they love the field they are servicing.   Walked in looking to buy my first DSLR Camera. Although I did not walk out with one, I learned soo much. Customer service was great. Seems like these guys are not only honest & passionate about what they do, but really care for whoever walks in that door. I've always been a little intimidated by camera stores due to my lower level of knowledge with cameras, but these guys really made me feel welcome and helped me pinpoint what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend and will come back soon

  My Sony a7 II came with a faulty battery which lasted about 45 minutes from full charge. When I called tech support I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I'm considering a return even though the images are very top notch and the functionality and control is pretty amazing.

  Great place to go in and get your hands on all the latest and greatest offerings from Nikon, Fuji, Sony, etc. Knowledgeable staff that is super helpful and friendly. They also have a great selection of bags, tripods, lighting & studio equipment, and accessories for everyone from the beginner to the professional. Came in looking for a specific lens, and they had just what I needed. Very happy and will be back soon for additional photography supplies 📸

  Was in the market for a Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 lens. They had a few options and quoted me $610 over the phone, which was a good price. They ended up only charging me $580 for the lens, which was an even better price. Great staff, they have no problem with you trying out equipment before purchasing. I will definitely be buying from Park Ave cameras more often!

  Order process was very straight forward. I purchased a Fujifilm X-T3 from Park Ave cameras and It arrived on the exact date that it was expected. I’ve only had the camera for a few days but already love the combination of the lens and the camera. I can tell that this would be a great investment. After 2 months of research and dawdling, I am glad that I took the time to research my options and bite the bullet. Fantastic product, so far the company has lived up to expectations

  Everything was really nice, i received my Canon 90D way before the estimated time. The only reason i couldn’t rate my experience 5 stars it’s because the battery life is not as good as advertised. I used fully charged battery while going through camera's setup menu and the battery was drained to 20% within 15 min.. Otherwise the camera was perfect! Thank you !

  I always find what I am looking for Shopping for specific items has never been easier. Over the years, I have always found exactly what I wish, and the website is built in a way that is easy to navigate. I also like that I can search previous orders for items I wish to re-order. The pop-ups for third part financing are annoying, however.

  As long as the product is in stock we've been very happy with Park' over the years. If the item is a special order item, we recommend finding it somewhere else where it is in stock.   Ordered my Sony Cyber-shot and it arrived way earlier than the expected date. I've only had the camera for three days, but I've been blown away by the quality of video when paired with the fun little 35mm lens. It truly looks like it was filmed with a DSLR, I cannot wait to take this little guy on my travels. Great job guys!

  Park Ave Cameras continues to be my favorite photography shop. It's easy to assemble and re-assemble a cart multiple times before checking out, and last minute changes are easily accommodated by moving items between the cart and wish lists. Pre-paid customs and duty for shipments to Canada are very convenient.

  The order took longer than expected to be dispatched – I delayed my trip by over a week as I was told it would arrive anytime soon. After contacting them I found out the order was yet to be dispatched, I am very unimpressed with the customer service from Park ave cameras and I will not be using them again unless things dramatically improve.

  I've ordered from Park ave cameras before and I've been very happy with their speedy work and great communication, On this particular purchase my order arrived on time as anticipated and the camera is easy to operate. The photos and video capabilities provide for clear. And crisp pictures and videos. The sound on the videos is clear with good quality for playback. am beyond happy with the purchase and will probably be purchasing again.

  The A7RIV body is much smaller than my Nikon DSLR, yet it feels extremely sturdy and well-made. This camera is lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it mostly for birding pictures, where I can crop the image and still have high resolution. And Park Ave Cameras threw in an extra battery and sd cars and carrying bag to boot. Very happy I go this camera. Thanks to Park Ave Cameras customer service to be kind and patient with my situation.

  All retail outlets get a lot of stick when they get things even slightly wrong. I know as I worked as a technician in several of them years ago. I was very aware of this when checking out who to buy my next camera from and checking out a competitor online made me very wary. So my next choice on price was Park Ave Cameras. I browsed a few old reviews and they where rated well but not perfect. That said recent reviews seemed much better so I parted with my hard earned and order a many hundreds of dollars value camera. I could not have been more impressed. I was instantly updated at each stage by email in clear concise manner, Then I started to get email from DHL. I was delighted as they give you a delivery window of a few hours so that you do not have to stay in all day, also their drivers are polite and seem to handle goods very well. So Park Ave Cameras, you get a 5* review from me and I will use you again when I purchase my accessories, totally recommended!

  A great company to buy from. I have been purchasing cameras and accessories from Park Ave Cameras for a couple of years now and always find them stocking the items I want, at generally good prices. Sure, you can sometimes buy cheaper on eBay, but with Park you have an official warranty, great customer service and after sales care. Couldn't be happier, and no, I do not work for or have any affiliation to them.

  Great camera, wrong bag An excellent camera. Accessories are good, except the camera bag which is too small to hold the camera and lenses - the zipper already broke trying to close it. Still, its a great deal for the camera and lenses. Recommended.

  Great tripod at great price! I purchased a Tripod Kit from Park Ave cameras approximately four weeks ago and I haven't stopped it using since then, Am pleasantly surprised that It easily can hold up my largest lens with no problems at all. The added benefit is I can break the unit down to a monopod, It's Well constructed and easy to use. I hope I'll be using it for many years to come! Well worth the price! I am very happy with it. I also love Park AVE cameras user-friendly online platform and great customer service. When I had a question about the tripod before purchasing, they were quick to answer. I would highly recommend them to others and I would definitely make a purchase again.

  I'm a freelance photographer shooting for a magazine. Real estate and weddings augment my business in my Golden Years. I ordered an Oben Ball Head to replace a Manfrotto 496 RC2 ball head mainly because I didn't like the RC2 quick release and plate. Everything now seems to support the Arca-Swiss type mount, my Cotton Carrier hand grip included. Immediately I was impressed with the quality and operation on the ball head.   Good service, although waited until item arrived in part to let me know some out of stock A good site, well priced, indeed very competitive on lots of items. The staff were quick to cancel a part of my order when I requested and after a phone call during whihc the computer was playing up they made good on their promise to deal with it asap, which is really pleasing. My only negative would be that a part of my order was shown in sotck when ordered and I only found out it wasn't when the order arrived in part. As I needed it for a job I had to order from another supplier which cost me $30 - so, proof that they are competitive, if a little worrying on the stock issue. My first time of using, so please use the review taking in to account this is my only experience so far.

  Great service from Park Ave cameras. The website makes it easy to place an order based on your own specification. Communication was excellent from ordering through to delivery. The camera arrived well packaged, and it's everything I've been waiting for. For a full-frame camera, it is very reasonably-priced. The photo quality is excellent - with good lenses, the images are sharp and the colors are beautiful and accurate. Low-light photography is amazing - I am continually stunned at how sensitive the sensor is and how minimal the noise is at high ISOs. I've used the camera for everything from fast-moving action shots to meteor showers and everything in between, including portraits and nature photography. Money well spent. Would happily use Park Ave cameras again and recommend them.

  Terrible customer service. I bought a Sony a7 III just over two months ago but I’ve had multiple problems with it. First problem was when I first unboxed it and started testing the camera, I noticed how spotty my images were so I tested it against a white background and found all these spots on my images.. the camera has gone wrong again and Customer services has basically just said it’s out of warranty and said I’ll just have to pay again. I’ve asked to speak to other members but just been ignored, this issue is still ongoing

  Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a Riflescope on express delivery and Received it damaged. Told I would have to put in a warranty repair that would take up to two weeks, ridiculous considering they supplied a faulty/damaged product. Asked for either a new Riflescope to be sent or issue a refund owing to the fact they had not fulfilled the terms of the order but was refused as we are a business.. Would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Terrible customer service.

I am very pleased with my Nikon D7100, although it took some time to come it was worth the wait, I've only had it for 2 weeks but I am already loving it because I was able to mount an old, manual focus, fixed aperture 300mm lens on it. Still learning all that the camera can do, but so far, I love the video quality, as well as the rich, detailed photos it takes, even in low light. Plus Park Ave cameras sweetened the deal by including a nice camera bag, an extra rechargeable battery and a high speed pro level SD card!

  Finally got my order I eventually had a phone call from Park. They apologized for the many delays in delivering the final part of my order. The item was dispatched the next day and I received it the day after. Although I now have instructions as to how the kit goes together (I'd ordered a Lumix g9 kit and Lumix Vario 12-35mm f/2.8 II ASPH. Lens) They did not arrive with the order, I had to email to get them sent. I have upgraded my star rating as I now have what I ordered, but it has been a very frustrating 3 months getting it.

  Great service and communication I recently purchased a Sony A7Siii from Park Ave Cameras' after being let down by some other big online retailers. These retailers claimed the item was in stock, but after purchasing, I later found it that it was in fact a pre-order purchase. To make things worse, they then couldn't give a me a timeline for when I would receive the item. Because I hadn't heard of Park Ave Cameras before, when I saw their website had the item in stock, I called them to verify. I spoke to a very nice and helpful member of staff, who informed me that I had just missed out on the last stock by a few minutes. However, they assured me that they were receiving small amounts of weekly stock, and that if I ordered with them, I would receive my product before the end of the following week. A few days later I had a confirmation from FedX that my item was scheduled for collection, and then a couple of days before expected I received my item. Really impressed with the service and communications before and after sale. I'll definitely be using them again for future orders.
