  Great lens for a great price! Wanted a lens for my Nikon D780 and was able to communicate with Kaufmann who was awesome, showed me all kinds of cool features, gave his opinion, and then gave me the best choice and am I'm so glad I took the chance and ordered the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm Lens, it shipped very fast and arrived in 3 days. I will order all my camera stuff from them. Plus free shipping is always nice. Thanks.

  Impressed with the options and help you're getting in the store. The sales associate seemed very knowledgeable on what I was looking for on a tripod and definitely someone who knows on what he was doing. However the check out process was slow and had to wait about 15 minutes to get my items. Though I still strongly recommend this store and have a wide variety of options to pick from depending on your budget. And the most important thing is that you can see and test various products.

  Park Ave cameras has been extremely helpful with products, I tried buying a NikonD75000 camera from two other stores within driving distance of my house and both times my orders were delayed.   After searching the internet for a week I finally came across Park Ave cameras. I was interested in buying a Mirrorless Camera and after reading reviews of the different models I finally decided on the Sony Alpha 7 II. The price was by far the most competitive and the quoted delivery time was just a few days and It was well packed and delivered safely by FedEx. So far the camera has exceeded my Expectations and as a beginner, I'm having a good time learning to use it. I have No regrets on the purchase whatsoever

  Ordering was straight forward and easy. My Vlogging Tripod arrived well packaged and works perfectly. Was supplied with detailed picture instructions that made the fitting really easy. Very happy with purchase, the price and the delivery timeframe considering it was posted from New York, I've used the tripod with my GoPro, test fitted my phone and currently have my Canon T7i mounted on the short tripod and everything fits easily in my camera bag and I'm glad about my decision, looking forward to using it for my photo/video work. Very happy with my experience with Park ave cameras

  Great tripod for the price! I bought this Benro KH25 because I needed an extra tripod for a last minute video gig. It was not only the cheapest but one of the lightest out of all the tripods on Park Ave Cameras. I had very low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. It's perfect in every way! Shipping was quick so that was a plus! Will for sure be using Park Ave Cameras when I upgrade or when I need any and all accessories.

  No tracking I have a good history with Park NY and like their service. The only thing that bothers me is that on back ordered products there is no tracking number so that the item can be tracked.

  Strong and powerful budget camera! The 6D was the model that kept popping up and after 2 of searching ads for a used one, finally decided to study the top sellers and go for new one out of the box. Worked with Park Ave Cameras and it could not have been more smooth. Very happy with the camera - especially ability to get more in frame and better clarity in low light situations. If you've been on the fence thinking about this, go to Park's web site or pick up the phone and make a 5-minute call.

  This is a mecca and must visit place if you are into photography or birding scopes, astrophotography parking is not great but once parked a truly impressive well stocked shop. There is the biggest selection i have ever seen from a number of different manufacturers also knowledgeable staff who were keen to help. The after sales service is also very good and on the three visits I have made to the surplus store to date on each occasion I have left with the feel good factor with fantastic service that would be hard to beat In response to your reply My review is honest and the positive feedback well deserved. There are some camera shop owners that could learn a thing or two if they visited you shop however I would probably advise against that as they would only leave in tears, from my shopping experiences to date you have no competition

  The item came in a box that was open with no seal. After opening the box, few items were missing such as warranty, Beginner Start Guide, etc. Very disappointed with the service. Have asked for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will be a sealed box with all the accessories as mentioned on the box. Will post a good review later if the delivery is as expected.

  From the first time I walked into the store there i felt like a kid in a sweet shop there was so much to choose from and so many different makes of cameras, lenses, bags, cases and tripods but I nee what I wanted a Canon EOS-1 35mm SLR this shop in the country had them in stock. So I got my film camera took it home had a shoot look then put it back in the box . Got it out a couple of weeks later and noticed some dust/grit in the film called the shop and took it back expecting a frosty reception but nothing of the sort they where very helpful and accommodating . Sent it straight of to their warehouse for repair. A few weeks later they paid to have it delivered to my house though dhl. I will definitely be using them in the near future A+ from me

  I've bought three point & shoot bridge cameras from here. RX10 IV (with Sea & Sea MDX-RX100III Underwater Housing) Lumix DC-FZ1000 II Leica V-Lux 5 (25th Wedding Anniversary from Wife). Every time the staff have been helpful and patient (I take a long time to choose a weapon!) I drive all the way from Delaware to see these guys. We'll worth the trip.

  I purchased a Panasonic HC-MDH3E AVCHD Shoulder Mount Camcorder package from them recently and having read the reviews after purchasing I was a bit apprehensive, I thought I'd give them a chance though. My only problem was the delivery was a bit slow but I'm not going to be too critical of that at the moment because a lot of companies are having difficulties with delivery.   I tried to place my order last week for a Canon 80D Camera with a 18-135mm Lens for shipment to Manchester. Unfortunately their website had a glitch and kept charging me for shipping and forcing me to do my own customs clearance.   Great purchase I ordered my Vlogging Camera online and I was very impressed with the order experience. Everything was clear and the order went through smoothly. I was looking for a DSLR camera for start my YouTube channel but I dint have enough money for a fancy and really expensive camera yet, after doing some research for a while I came across park ave cameras and the person I dealt with provided an exceptional level of service throughout the process, kept me informed and worked to a tight turnaround. When I received the camera it not only looked fantastic but I was further impressed on how it was packaged, the quality of image and the price point were excellent to me and Am Happy with what I paid for.   A very shoddy and unprofessional business. I bought a camera lens which which arrived broken and Took 2 months to get my money back, I had to contact PayPal to be refunded. Appalling customer service, I will never use them again, and advise other photographers to avoid them.

  So easy and simple to place order. My Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens was packed very securely and it came true as described. Once I opened the box, I found it wrapped in a package with meticulous detail in excellent condition, I Did some testing and it's an impressively sharp lens and outperforms my previous one in many aspects.   Two weeks in and still very satisfied with my purchase. The Canon PowerShot SX70 impresses me with the ease of shooting, the lovely auto focus and the strength of color in the pics.   The Nikon D500 has been a sports photography workhorse coming from a D100. The service at Park Ave Cameras' was excellent and I would not recommend any other supplier. I have purchased a number of lenses, camera accessories and supplies through the years and they have all been through Park Ave Cameras. LOVE Park Ave Cameras! And they had it in stock. Arrived in 2 days.

  What I don't like Leica D-lux TYP 109: - Noise is a little too high compare to DSLR - Used for 3 weeks, already found one dust on the sensor. Not sure how it gets into the camera since this is not a changeable lens camera. What I like: - Sharp image.

  Bought a used Nikon SB800, my SB600 had packed it in. Was by staff advice that I went to the 800 when replacing the 600. Mailed to me the next day, free shipping. Very pleased with my overall experience buying the flash.

  CANON EOS 90D with 2 zoom lenses and Canon 600 flash The camera, lenses and flash all arrived safely, quickly and well packed. The equipment was as described.   We went in for information for the gimbal and they provided it to us in a factual and pleasant manner. There is something to be said about in person service that I really appreciate.   This is now the second time I've used Park Ave Cameras and have been really happy on both occasions. The first time I used them was for a camera (Canon EOS 5DSR) and the second time was for a lens (Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 Di VC G2) - both items were the cheapest I could find (even amongst other grey market retailers) and on both occasions I received good communications - emails confirming order, photo of goods prior to dispatch and shipping label and then online tracking. Both goods arrived quickly and in perfect condition as they were well packed! - Going forward, they will be my first port of call for anything camera related!

  No lens No refund Purchased lens on 30th of March and as 12th April my lens haven't arrived to Delaware yet. When I asked Park Ave Cameras for a refund I have been told that they will issue me a refund when they get the lens in their New York warehouse. So here it is me 1st purchase and 1st impression. I have to involve my credit card company now and hope that they will have more luck dealing with that company.

  I ordered a used Fujifilm 18-55mm lens from Park Ave Cameras. I'm learning more about photography, and purchasing used camera gear is a bit intimidating to me. First, I phoned the main store, and a cheerful sales associate described how they check used camera lenses over before selling them, and also he informed me that Park Ave Cameras does warranty them. After ordering the lens, shipping to New York was prompt. The lens was really well packaged with ample bubble wrap, and the lens also was in virtually-like new shape with only the lightest signs of use. Great stuff!
