  New Canon Camcorder The camcorder arrived on schedule. was OK except that it was from New York and as such was a Panasonic Model instead of Canon XC50 also I am not sure whether Canon UK will honor the Warranty.

  This is one of the best stores online for camera gear, I've been shopping here for 4 years now and spent a good few grand on equipment including 2 200-500mm Nikkor and a Z6ii with a 24-70 kit lens, and I've always found the to be extremely professional and reasonable. Shipping is usually 1 week from purchase date to delivery which isn't too bad considering and items are always well packed and undamaged.

  First of all these items do not ship from UK. I've ordered Sony 50 mm F1.2 well before 14.00 (around midday) expecting it to arrive the next day. Only to find out in the evening that the lens is coming from New York and it won't arrive til the day after tomorrow.... Nothing wrong with the lens and it's in perfect condition but I do not appreciate being lied to.

  Exceptional product and great bargain The quality of this product is very sturdy and nicely compact. The versatility is also very useful for moving the camera easily while mounted. I have always been pleased with everything I have bought from Park, and this tripod is no exception. And you can't beat the price. I still like my ultralight carbon fiber Gitzo Traveler (at nearly 10X the price), but this Oben AC-1321 Aluminum Tripod is really very impressive!

  The Guys at Park Ave Cameras are very professional and helpful however the reason for the low marks is the delay in delivery albeit at a time when we had fuel shortages, 3-5 days turned into 17 days very frustrating but I would not be deterred from ordering from them again great product and good accessories

  canon G9 mark ll This camera is amazing! One of the Park Ave Cameras' reps. recommended that I purchase this camera. As a graphic designer that needs sharp product photos, it is exactly what I was looking for. The package was shipped the day after order and tracking was provided telling me delivery was expected within 3 days which I thought was amazing!   Battery Worked well but had a "premature death" I'm not sure if the dead one was the one that came with my Sony a7RIII or the spare I got from BestBuy, but to die within three years is pretty bad in my opinion. There's competition for batteries & Sony should step up there quality control or engineering. (The camera's great though!)

  No US warranty for Tamron Mirrorless Camera Lenses With Park Ave Cameras reply: it was on offer with 1 year USA warranty so faulty Tamron 70-180mm should be repaired by the manufacturer service in the US. I was offered to send the Lens to Europe and pay for the package on my own.... I bought Tamron 70-180mm in November and it is faulty I contacted Tamron support service and Park ave camera as it supposed to be on 1 year US warranty and it is not. Tamron service do not provide the warranty and Park ave camera proposed to send it to Europe for a warranty repair.

  I recently had an issue with the Zoom rubber on my Nikon 70/200 f2.8. It sounds a simple replacement I know, but after some confusion on my part, Park's customer support were more than helpful in investigating, and providing the correct zoom rubber for me. I would like to thank the lady in question for her communication, and perseverance in establishing the correct part for me. Customer service like I received deserves praise.

  Samyang 85mm I have spent very long time considering buying from cheaper company and I have to tell you I have wasted a lot of time. I should have gone to parkavecameras.com straight away and save myself a lot of time and money. I bought a Samyang 85mm 1.4 for Sony e, got confirmation email with tracking number in less than 24hrs and item was delivered within 5 business days, all packed very securely and as described.   Good Price and Customer Service, Iffy Reliability I have four of these ProGrade's cards and one went down. Park Ave Cameras customer service replaced it quickly, but I was down a card for a weekend. Luckily I had already backed up the data from the card before it stopped working in my camera and computer.

  Great prices but struggled with delivery. Great value but struggled with delivery. Ordered a digital camera from these guys which was a good 25% cheaper than elsewhere. Unfortunately the item did arrive after a few weeks. Contacted the site who initially sent me a FedEx tracking code which was not recognized by FedEx. The team were very helpful however and ultimately refunded the amount. Some great bargains here but allow time for delivery and make sure you have buyer protection (e.g. PayPal/credit card etc).

  Fantastic! Park Ave Cameras' inventory and value are untouched I'm new to photography, and let me start by thanking a few friends for exposing me to Park In New York. Park' is so wonderful from all of the online help to a human actually answering the phone, thank you. I did a lot of research and knew the camera body I wanted but was unsure of which lens. Christopher whom I thought to be an accomplished photographer recommended an all around lens and it has not disappointed. The bag is very versatile has lots of storage and has nice internal dividers you can move around to fit your specific needs. And of course you need a SD card and this has performed nicely so far. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and feel like I have plenty of room to grow with this setup and would recommend to any newcomer or even an experienced photographer.

  Good communication Ordered phone on 31 October and still not received anything. Park Ave cameras will not answer phones I emailed them twice I was told FedEx is at fault , I am getting worried as it’s a birthday gift 😔 28/04/22 updating my review I have had good communication with the company and I was offered a replacement or full refund I am now a happy customer thank you 🙂
