  DJI Ronin 4D 4-Axis Cinema Camera 6K Combo Kit Purchased and received from Park Ave Cameras New York three days ago. The image it produces are clean and sharp, and I have been finding that it handles noise in the shadows much better than the C200. I've been waiting to buy this camera for 6 month until I made my savings. This is the GREATEST Moment of my career! It was brand new, and in perfect condition, with all of the promised accessories. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

  My 'GoTo' Business for Cameras & Drones I have been using Park Ave Cameras for a number of years and have purchased 3 x Canon SLRs, a Canon compact camera, DJI Phantom 4 Pro + Drone & Accessories & 6 Canon Lenses from them. All were at very competitive prices and delivered very quickly. I love them! I don't go anywhere else.

  Excellent service, fast delivery and great communication, recommended seller! I ordered a Sony a7 IV kit and paid via bank transfer on Wednesday 5pm. The item arrived safely via UPS on Friday 10am (less than 2.5 days after payment!). Park emailed me back when I placed the order and confirmed when they received the payment. They provided UPS tracking so I could see exactly where the item was. All in all, I'm very pleasantly surprised and will not hesitate to use Park again.

  Superb customer service I ordered my DJI Air 2S from Park Ave Cameras', as I trust their customer service, and DJI's has a poor reputation. The drone camera was blurry on one side, and after sending sample photos, Christopher studied my case and got a replacement sent out the same day, which arrived early on the Saturday the next day! Extremely impressive service.

  Better Than Expected Service I've been looking at getting into the Quattro dp series from Sigma for some time, but kept putting it off until I found myself in a bit of a pickle and needing the Sigma dp3 Quattro ASAP. I took a gamble with standard shipping and ended up receiving the package a day early (shipping from NY to TX) with plenty of time to learn the camera before using it on a shoot. Kudos to the team at Park!

  Very knowledgeable staff. I purchased a Tamron lens which was in mint condition. I was looked after by Alex Kaufmann in store. He was patient as he asked me about what sort of image I am hoping to produce and what camera I use. His suggestion was spot on. He let me try it out. D500 and Tamron 10-24mm was just perfect. I knew I wanted this lens straight away. Got it for a great price and received some fantastic advice from Alex as well. GREAT SERVICE!!

  Canon Extension Tube EF 25 II I bought this to replace the aftermarket extension tube that I was using to stack my Series III extenders together. Works just fine. May not be worth the big cost over third-party versions but it is nice knowing I'm using all Canon products. I love the service where they get back to you when the product is available. Delivery as projected.

  Travelled to Manhattan as Park Ave Cameras' had been recommended. Staff were helpful. However when I got home the wrong camera had been packed. I contacted the store and they were very unhelpful. I would have to travel back and exchange it. In the end it was slightly closer to travel to Seattle and exchange. There was obviously no way Park Ave Cameras' were going out of their way to rectify their mistake.

  Incredibly small, lightweight and capable! The Sirui T-25SK is the perfect compact travel tripod. I recently purchased this tripod fort astrophotography and the tripod is very well constructed, every part is stable and structurally sound. It supported my Sony A7 III with a 24-70 f2.8 Lens with no problem.

  Recently purchased a Canon EOS M50 and a separate microphone. They both arrived promptly and one of the two people I spoke to was super helpful and friendly, one of the people I spoke to about purchasing a memory card wasn't which is why this is 4 not 5 stars. No issues so far and it was a really fantastic price I honestly thought it was refurbished when I saw the price but it was actually new.

  Visited with a friend who had dropped off a lens for repair. The shop itself is quite small and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The repair didn't go as planned and it looked like some paperwork and miscommunication had occurred but Park rose to the occasion and sorted the problem straight away. The lens is as good as new. The shop is a Canon authorized repair center.

  I hired a lens without much trouble, just very poor customer service. Staff were rude and dismissive, hardly acknowledging I was there even when I would say hello and goodbye to them all. Witnessed another customer be greeted very warmly with smiles. Disappointing. Please treat all customers equally.

  We upgraded to the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k because of our need for a better low-light video camera. The best camera for any projects. Price and quality are amazing. I'm satisfied with this purchase. I've admired the Blackmagic Design products for years, and this is another example of their spirit of Excellence.   GH4 is a video workhorse! Getting it done is what counts. Performed better than expected. Spent 12 days in Europe filming and photographing to produce a documentary. Needed a easy to operate fully functional portable camera and equipment. Thank you Park Ave Cameras' and Panasonic!

  Shopping Experience I purchased a Canon EOS 7D Mark II and asked for advise from the sales representative on a tripod and backpack case. The sales representative provided the 2 references and they both had excellent reviews so I ordered them both. So far I'm very pleased with the quality of service and products.   I live in a remote area with no mail delivery. Your no free shipping to PO box hurts badly. Mail is the ONLY way to ship where film wont be exposed to desert weather temperatures,

  I purchased a Fuji EF-20 Flash Gun - online. On arrival the flash appeared to be either demo or display model! In addition, it already had two watson batteries fitted! However, Park Ave Cameras charged me for new item - it was definitely not NEW! On top, when i placed it on my brand new Fuji X100V Camera it did not work - so definitely faulty! Very poor experience. Will not buy from Park Ave Cameras again. Cannot be trusted - trying to make quick buck at my expense.

  Excellent service as always. This the place to go for binoculars, scopes and accessories. Good friendly advice. Great area for trying out optics. No pressure selling. You get the same excellent level of service regardless of whether you are spending $50 or $2000. Can't be beaten in my opinion well worth a journey.

  Olympus OM-D EM-1 Mark III This is an outstanding camera. The image quality is great and the features are amazing! This is well worth the price. All in a light, compact body. I ordered this during the NYC lockdown and Park actually had it on my doorstep the day after I received the it's in the mail notification. Park has never let me down!!

  Christopher Higgins, sales consultant helped me today to sort out a problem I was having with the camera I bought from Park Ave Cameras' recently, nothing wrong with the camera, only with my photography skills. Christopher could not have been more helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything so clearly.   DHL delivery failure DHL did not deliver the order to my address. DHL’s online tracker showed the delivery as ‘Delivered’ and the confirmation photograph shows the parcel, but the address shown on the photo is not mine. The tracker page says I signed for the delivery with my name ‘Martin’ but this is not true. I did not sign for the parcel and I did not receive the parcel from DHL.

  First Park Ave Camera Purchase I ordered my first piece of Park Ave Cameras used equipment, a Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f1.8D lens. The lens was described as being in excellent condition. As with most of my previous purchases it was sent via FedEx Courier and arrived next day. The lens condition was exactly as described, complete with lens and end caps and well packaged. Today 8th March I took it out for a 'test drive' on my Nikon D7200 and it performed flawlessly both in AF and MF modes. Once again I am delighted with the service offered by the Park Ave Cameras team and as mentioned in my previous reviews I would highly recommend this company.

  My experience with Park Ave Cameras was first class. Communications pre-sale were prompt and helpful. Other reviews from across multiple channels helped me make up my mind on using Park Ave Cameras over other online options. I purchased z6ii with z 24-70 f4 bundle & z 70-200 f2.8 on Fri 4 March 2022, I received dispatch notification on Sat 5 March and the camera arrived on Tuesday at 7.50am via UPS. Awesome turnaround. All items were in perfect condition in genuine boxes and both my lens' and body could be registered on the Nikon USA website!! So, would I recommend Park, hell yeah. Will I use again? of course. 3 Yr. warrantee, great service and savings of approx. $1300 compared to Park in the US.

  Poor customer service and no updates on website I ordered an expensive camera and lens on the back of a combination of price and good reviews. The order status of their website does not seem to update, there is no phone contact so I have emailed for an update. I have emailed 3 times - no response to any of my 3 emails / Facebook messages Not at all good customer service. It doesn't take much to quickly respond to an email, or have a website that updates, avoiding the necessity to email for an update.

  I returned to Park' when I was looking for a specific lens for my camera as once again they came in cheaper than any of their competitors. Delivery was prompt and at the time specified. I can't praise them enough.

  100% warranty had a problem with my Nikon D750 Park Ave Cameras gave me Nikon Service details and said they would pay as soon as i got the bill. Once I emailed Park with the bill they paid the $429.50 into my Pay Pal account right away and they did this with a smile. Very happy with their service.

  Never having heard of Park Ave Cameras before I was a little wary of ordering a new camera and accessories from them, but with so many good reviews I took the plunge. Between ordering and dispatch there was a price reduction which was credited to my account. The pricing is competitive. Just waiting for a particular item to become available in this country and I will definitely use them again to purchase it.

  I was nervous about going “grey” but after reading many positive reviews on various sites, Park Ave Cameras seemed the best. I ordered a Nikon D500 and power pack and they are brand new. The camera had the UK version of manual but not the MD-D17 but I just got one via the Nikon download center. I registered them both with Nikon fine. They come with an international Nikon warranty and the only difference I could make out with a “US” retailer is that the retailer adds a further 12 months in most cases but Park' also provides an extended warranty so I can’t see any difference. I’ve not had them long but so far so great! Service from Park was excellent and delivery was pretty quick. I also ordered an SD card and then saw it cheaper on Amazon so I cancelled the SD card and they actioned it immediately and processed the refund. Overall, so far very impressed - and relieved!!

  Item ordered (camera battery) last Tuesday 25th and still not delivered and I need it tomorrow for a trip to New York Order T5527D. Thought I'd asked for next day delivery. No telephone number on website to chase this up. Only an online message leaving facility which says response in up to 2 working days ( its Friday today)

  Excellent customer service! Have used Park Ave Cameras' for many years. Recently sold a Canon 5D Mark IV and was able to arrange a transfer of the balance of the 3 year warranty to the new owner. Karen arranged this by return - amazing service. I don't think Park will guarantee to do this, so it is on request (providing you have all the proof needed) but compared with most company warranties of 12 months that are strictly not transferable - it is brilliant!

  First time using Park Ave cameras - excellent My first time using Park Ave cameras, I was a little apprehensive. I needn't have been. Door to door in 5 days, perfect condition, sealed box with zero shutter count. I expecially appreciated the close personal attention in regards to shipping and customer satisfaction. Well done!

  Nikon 500mm pf 5.6 I ordered 1 lens and 1 teleconverter, unfortunately the teleconverter went out of stock, but their communication was great (emails answered in less than 30 minutes!!!!) , I have been reimbursed for the converter but still got the benefit of the 70 dollars for the bundle. The lens was delivered in 8 days. I would recommend!!!

  I had delivered a camera battery. It was not what I ordered, in other words they delivered something I didn’t order. I completed their on-line customer service form and have received no response. This in itself is shoddy customer service. I may need to take other measures is satisfaction is not forthcoming in the next few days.
