  DJI Ronin 4D 4-Axis Cinema Camera 6K Combo Kit I'm a film student at Howard University and I bought these saving up a lot of money and I 100% don't regret it. I've made short films, music videos etc. This kit is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to get into videography at a high-level, while still not breaking the bank. Great value for the price!   Great company and customer service! Brought a Nikon d850 and a 50mm lens. The lens I had requested was out of stock but was offered a second hand alternative which was in excellent condition. All equipment was securely packaged and delivered well. All in all I would definitely recommend shopping with them over other larger camera companies!

  Terrible Customer Support from Panasonic I have always had Sony camcorders. This time I went with Panasonic. No big problems with the camera. My problem was with Panasonic support. They don't make it easy to get to the right department. My issue was Wi-Fi connection and adjusting the exposure while filming. The "tech" did not know any of my questions and kept telling me to read the manual. I was so upset with the support I was going to send it back to PARK AVE CAMERAs.

  Packaging insanely difficult. I tried to open the nearly hermetic plastic casing the mic was wrapped in. Couldn't get the two halves apart. Tried the usual calm approach to separate at the seam without success. Then tried scissors without luck, finally resorted to knives. The plastic is so hard and tough it was even very difficult to get a sharp knife in. After much stabbing and cutting attempts the two halves finally separated. It was a difficult AND hazardous experience. The mic works fine but it will always be the unpackaging experience that I will remember. Come on, guys. It shouldn't be this hard!

  Thought I was buying new items but all the boxes were clearly damaged. Some looked like it could have been through the post but the main product had been clearly taped up so had been used or at the very least viewed in the shop. Not what I though I was buying so can't say I'm impressed although all the products seem okay inside.

  After visiting Park in New York on my last United States visit, I was optimistic that this Park' would have the same standard of customer service. Instead, this location will not let you try products, then only force you to take a chance on buying and trying. I found that the product that I had bought was not the quality that I expected, thus returning and trying to get a refund. The product had a sticker slightly peeling therefore the company would only refund 70% of the purchase price. Why sell products if you won't back up what up you sell? I highly recommend trying other local shops that value customers over profits. I won't be surprised when I return to the United States to find this location will probably be closed like the rest of the Park Ave Corp throughout the country. Typical corporate greed here.

  This Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens is fantastic for the price. The only thing that didn't thrill me was that the u.s. warranty is not valid in Canada and as a Canadian I wish I had known this before I purchased the Lens. Perhaps it's listed somewhere on the company's page but I could find it. Non the less it's built like a tank so hopefully I don't experience any issues.

  a better camera strap I was after a better camera strap, than the one supplied by the manufacturer, the Peak Design Leash fitted the bill. A discount offer came up just at the right time, so off to the website to get one ordered. The ordering process was very easy and delivery time was good.   What more could you want I bought a Watson LP-E6NH Li battery as a spare for my Canon camera, the battery was perfect and cost me $10, a Canon battery was approx $45. The company communication was good and the battery arrived within 48 hours by currier and a 1 hour slot. What more could you want. Cheers

  Leica APO Summicron-SL 75mm f/2 ASPH. This lens was introduced in early 2018. Optically it's what you would expect from Leica. It's an incredibly sharp lens with fast autofocus. The SL 75mm APO has many advantages over the 90mm. The disadvantage though is the contrast. The M lens has more of a punch to it's images while the SL is less contrast but, makes it up in a moderate increase in sharpness & details. If you have an SL system, this is a fantastic lens to have. Hopefully this helps.

  This is my favorite online store when shopping for things for my birding & wildlife photography.   Lenovo IdealPad Gaming laptop Relatively powerful machine for a low price. However, battery life is poor (I've gotten about 3 hours out of a full charge). It also only has one HDMI output and the USB-C port does not support video so if you are interested in using two external monitors you should look elsewhere.

  Generally Good Service. I ordered 3 items, a new Sony Camera, Sony Case and LCD Protector, they were all dispatched separately. I have noted that I have been charged for all the goods on my Credit Card, so have in effect paid before some goods were sent to me.   Couldn't have been more helpful Purchased a Skywatcher telescope from them at the best price I found on the web, which was a great start. I then had issues with FedEx delivering the 'scope and after a call to them they contacted FedEx on my behalf and sorted it. After delivery I had an issue with the 'scope that the manual could not resolve and they contacted Skywatcher on my behalf and got the correct information for me. Really happy with Park Ave Cameras. Subsequently ordered more 'scope related items and they arrived very promptly.

  I own several Tamron lenses . I have dealt with Park' for several years. Always great service. On a recent trip to Cayman Island, my go to travel lens had a focus lock issue . I called, sent in the lens and it was repaired and shipped back to me in less than 10 days.

  Fuji 80mm macro This lens is a lot of fun for the money, great and for portrait work the bokeh is nice.   The Godox MF-R76 Macro Ring Flash is a manual ring flash. It works like most manual flashes on my Canon R5, which has a standard hotshoe. It's mainly for flashes, but it does have a focus assist light that is continuous and the brightness of that can be adjusted. I received what I ordered quickly and the price was excellent.

  Purchased a $500 Canon bridge online from Park Ave Cameras' and then discovered a problem with the camera. Had a chat with the store and they suggested some adjustments I could try to the settings. This didn't improve things so they arranged pick up of said camera and refunded me in full. I could not have expected better service (the problem was down to Canon, not Park' , of course) and hope to use this brilliant camera retailer again.

  Good for a cheap, fast tripod for small camera Its a bit fragile, but all of the parts work. It would've been nice if the designer had thought to make the quick release compatible with Manfrotto. That's a definite oversight. Otherwise, Id say this is about what you'd expect for the price. Flimsy, but useable.

  The Sony ECM/77 is one work horse of a microphone. There is a reason this is an industry standard. I've use the ECM-77B for broadcast journalism, documentary filmmaking, and have even used it for off-camera voiceover work. Shipping was free and the guy arrived safe and sound!

  Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM Lens The lens is just out of this world and I took 993 photos on the first day I used it and spent all day having fun with it! Park was particularly very helpful with my purchase. The manufacturer was slow in making their delivery to Park but they communicated faithfully until I received my lenses. They were diligently keeping in the loop.

  Canon TL-U58 Tele-Converter Lens The tele-converter works as it should. Granted, this is an expensive piece of equipment that you dont need too often. The Canon TL-U58 is specifically designed for Canon 4K camcorders. My Canon XF705 has the compatible 58mm filter thread to attach this lens to it. Service at Park Ave Cameras is excellent!

  I recently purchased a point & shoot camera package from Park Ave cameras, Even though I can't fault them on price and delivery time, the after sales customer service is non-existent. I didn't receive the upgraded camera case I ordered and have been unable to speak to anyone at the company due to their constantly engaged phone line. In addition the emails I have sent to their enquiries department have also been ignored.

  Not disappointed at all. I was a skeptical just because I had never bought anything from them before but after reading a few reviews i decided to purchase from Park Ave cameras. my Canon 80D camera came in a few days ago and all i can is that it is amazing!! it works great and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it.   Sold me a used DJI Mini SE drone. Received next day delivery opened box to find grease smudged well used drone. Expensive drone . Had to drive 100 mile round trip to return as I couldn't trust them. They just give you lots of bull, in their explanation, you know, Martians intercepted the parcel & swapped it. Selling used items + tax, hoping your stupid enough to accept.
