  Highly recommended! Will buy again! I recently bought a Canon 5D mark III body from PARK AVE Cameras. I am very impressed with their customer service and the speedy delivery.   I had a question yesterday with a microphone stand I purchased and didn't know that it had a European thread mount and the customer service rep on the chat line walked me through the solutions. She saved the day for me since I am new to audio although I have had a camera in my hand since high school. I highly recommend Park Ave Cameras to anyone with photo, video or audio needs.

  Went in with my daughter looking for advice on wireless mic/lapels. Alex Kaufmann was the most helpful sales consultant I have ever experienced. He answered about 100 annoying questions from me, then hopped on the internet to help me better understand my options. Retail will not die if there is people like this to help customers. 10/10 :-)

  Having never heard of Park Ave cameras before I was uncertain what sort of service I would receive.   First item was not delivered by courier. Park Ave Cameras happily agreed to resend but then asked me to sign a disclaimer from the courier that would have held me liable for the loss, if they could not account for it. I had to refuse fairly strongly, explaining this was not my responsibility which was a bit disappointing

  Park Ave cameras kept me informed every step of the way. I knew exactly when my Canon EF 85mm lens would arrive. After 4 days the lens arrived in an excellent condition and it's a Fantastic upgrade from the kit lens that came with my camera. The images it produces are tack sharp with beautiful colors, I'm delighted with the purchase and look forward to using the lens for more years to come. Also I would not hesitate to buy my next gear from Park ave cameras.

  Christopher was extremely knowledgeable on our first visit to determine the next step "up" from our Canon 7D Mk II. He was not pushy and gave us the relevant facts in easy layman terms which lead us to making our purchase of the EOS RP the next day. The service since then has been outstanding, we were kept fully informed with low stock levels and in the end our camera body and mount adaptor were received well before we anticipated. Alex has also been fantastic, price matching a memory card for us and even taking the time today to install a firmware update that would not work for me! Outstanding service and we will be back for our next lens!!!

  I ordered batteries for my Canon VIXIA HF G60 Camcorder from the list of compatible batteries. The batteries arrived within days, but unfortunately they generated an error message on my camcorder. After many emails, to and from Jackie, I received replacement batteries which worked fine. It appears that VIXIA HF G60 Camcorders have a code to try and prevent use of other than genuine batteries. I would definitely order batteries from Park' again. Would have been 5 Stars but response to my my emails could have been much, much quicker. If you are ordering batteries for a VIXIA HF G60 I would definitely advise Park' of this so that the correct batteries can be sent first time.

  I had intended to place an online order and called in to clarify exactly two questions: the amount of inventory they have on hand of a certain film and the date of said film as film expires. To this, the sales rep remarks in an extremely snide tone that I am asking 'sooo many questions.' Really? Two questions is too many for you to handle and is the remark really necessary? I order film on the regular but I will never order from this horrible company. Congrats on losing a customer!

  I've had different experiences in this store: While I was helped to find a lavalier mic's accessory and purchased exactly what I wanted, the other time when I had a question which was a bit technical, I didn't get a good response and had to drop the purchase due to lack of enough information but will try again with the hope that someone will be able to help with a good telephoto lens for my Canon.

  Best Staff and very competitive prices I am a customer since 2016, my first purchase was Sony A7R from this store. Second one was Sony GM lens, then extension tubes. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, understand the customer needs once we explain the requirements. I highly recommend these stores and the website. Rates are very competitive.   If you want anything to do with photography there is no better shop to go to, Christopher and his staff are all so very helpful and nothing is to much trouble, if they haven't got what you want they will source it for you. They all have time to talk things over with you so you get the best product for your requirements. Highly recommended Park Ave Cameras.

  I'm honestly 50/50 on this place. I think their location and selection of equipment is great but some of their staff can be pretty rude, specially if you say your just trying to get ideas on what your next lens should be. I was treated like I was wasting someone's time rather than a potential customer.

  Could be better I asked the Chat line to review the MTF charts for a Sigma 18-300 contemporary Lens. He did not know how to read these charts. I think he needs some education about these charts so he could give more professional answers to his customers.

  I wanted a camera to replace my Canon PowerShot G12 camera that was 10 years old, so I decided to look for a company that could have the best price on a point & shoot and park ave cameras seemed ideal, I've just received the Sony ZV-1 Camera from park Ave and I already love it! Everything about the camera is top-notch and after a very brief set-up I am on my way to making great-looking videos.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Never received my Manfrotto Tripod and Park Ave cameras is not helping in locating or even attempting to fix the issue. I wont be shopping from them ever again, trust me guys spend your money elsewhere the service here is horrible.

  Very happy with my purchase. The Rode VideoMicro has excellent build quality, and a very clean/crisp sound capture. I use it mainly on an iPhone 7 Plus rig, and it is perfect for indoor use. Have yet to use it outdoors. It's versatile in the way that I can use it on my desktop as a voiceover Mic or on my custom iPhone rig. It delivers excellent quality at a very reasonable price point.   Tamrac Quick Release Shoulder Strap I looked around on Park Ave Cameras for a strap that had a high quality quick release so I could take it apart and use the quick release components on the GH5 strap. It also had to have the correct size plastic components to fit the GH5 strap. The Tamrac had just what I was looking for and it worked like a charm.

  PENTAX 1.4x CONVERTER Great lens to have for your Pentax camera. No problems with it syncing with all of my other Pentax lenses. As usual great dealing with Park. If Park has something I am looking to buy I get it there. I don't even waste my time looking elsewhere.

  Above my expectations. I Ordered a Canon 5D Mark IV camera 4 days ago and it arrived today, I couldn’t be more pleased with the Camera, It has all the features I need for my style of shooting photographs.   We ordered a item online from this store, 2 weeks past before i received a email from them stating "the price advertised was wrong and has now been corrected" i was required to pay more after already paying for the item and shipping.   Needed help finding a red filter for my GoPro camera which i couldn't find in any store around New York. Christopher helped me do a quick solution, by giving me a red filter i could attach with tape, free of charge. Just shows the type of person Christopher is, really looking out for serving customers and building long term relationships. Definitely recommend this place.

  Happy customer. I contacted Park Ave cameras to see if they had a Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens in stock and I received great assistance over the phone before I decided to purchase It online. The lens arrived on time and was simple to set up and has worked perfectly since then, I've had it for a couple of months now and It's by far the best lens I've ever tried. It makes my Sony a6400 feel like a full frame camera, and is able to provide unique perspective. Summing up I am very happy with my purchase and would Highly recommend park ave cameras.
