  Great Remote Switch for Milky Way Photos The Vello ShutterBoss II Timer Remote Switch has been working great with my Canon R6 while taking Milky Way photos. I look forward to using it more, as I get into astrophotography. Product is exactly as described. Delivery as always from Park was on time, even across county.   Purchased A new Sony Aiii Park did a fast job processing. All the items where safely packaged. I want to eventually buy a longer range lens. So, I gave my A6000 to my son and bought a macro lens for him, also purchased from Park. He's happy, too

  Great buying experience I’ve purchased a new Lowepro Fastpack 250aw which was on special offer with an additional cashback offer of $15.00. The sales representatives were very friendly and extremely helpful and are a credit to Park Ave Cameras. I was amazed that the cashback was credited to my account the very next day. I will definitely purchase any future equipment from Park Ave Cameras when I need it however, if more interest free monthly payment deals were offered on cameras Nikon D7500 and upwards for example, that would be even better.

  I bought the Sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens on-line. The website was easy to navigate, excellent range of products and easy to use. The shipment arrived the very next day, I was very impressed. I needed the invoice to exclude the delivery address and the Accounts department equally was efficient and quick. Overall I am thrilled, I will purchase more and more products through them because of their reliability and efficiency.

  This place is amazing, great staff and the membership has really good value. Super friendly and helpful when you have questions about developing or buying film. It just starts getting weird in the used camera section. The three times I’ve been there, I’ve had to deal with 3 different staff that appear to be very condescending and smug. Single word answers as if they’re trying to get rid of you as fast as possible. Might have been bad luck, or maybe they’re tired of being asked the same questions all the time. Maybe they’re on commission? I’m sure they’re all great people, not sure what’s up with the attitude during my visits.

  Nothing to say about the service and advice. I regularly buy my equipment there. However be careful ... I bought a 300 mm f4 on occasion from them ==> result, AF which protrudes in my fingers after only 2 or 3 outings. Fortunately I had not exceeded the time required for a recovery! Phew! By purchasing in a pro store one expects a little more "security" regarding maintenance. I also had a used D7100 which has some bugs. Nothing bad for him but with the 300 mm it starts to do a lot! If possible ... look elsewhere.

  Best place for everything related to lens and camera repair. I brought a blocked 35-70mm and not even 72 hours after it was like new. What about sensor cleaning that takes 5 minutes and is really not expensive !!

  Shopping for a replacement camcorder I was able to shop for a new camcorder to replace my worn out one. I had a helpful chat representative explain the difference between 2 models. i was able to fill out an application for a tax exempt gov card very easily and, thereby, get my purchase tax-free. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

  Great service I had a camera and lens hanging about unused, so I asked for a valuation online and was very pleasantly surprised by the PARK offer, so I packed them up and sent them to PARK. The offer was confirmed within a couple of days and I was able to offset the amount against a new camera and lens, to compliment my current kit. Good value and great service, thanks PARK! I have shopped with PARK a number of times and always had the same great service. Importantly, they are also prompt and fair sorting out the occasional problems that arise with some kit.

  The service from Park Ave cameras was very good, I've got all the things I've ordered in a very short time and very well packed. And I am absolutely satisfied with my new Rode Video Mic, I use this to record nature and wildlife sounds from my Sony A7iii camera and This Mic works very well.   So far the Shotgun Microphone was easy to find, the store was clearly structured and the delivery was spot on. Prices were good compared to the market and The mic produced great sound and really saved me when i was in a pinch. I use this mic along with my A7iii when shooting interviews or events. It is a great mic for the price. I Will definitely be using Park Ave cameras for future purchases.

  My son asked me to buy a specific Canon M50 camera. I found Park Ave cameras on the web and bought it online. The camera arrived as ordered and with fast delivery via UPS. The camera delivers good picture quality. We were able to get info from a YouTube tutorial and we finally took some great shots.   My Rode SmartLav+ Lavalier mic arrived quickly and was exactly as described on the website. Great value for such an impressive mic. I use this with the Rode Wireless Go and it works great.   I love the Nikon D850. This is a top end camera with professional level quality. having used other Nikon gear I find it very similar in the menus system but the addition of a tilting touch screen really improves it. Sensor is great and it does a good job of finding focus. Lots to learn but the d850 is a great camera for video and photo. This is a professional camera with many great features and I am extremely pleased with the service from Park Ave cameras.

  I purchased a Nikon D5600 cameras from Park Ave cameras with no problems at all. Got the camera at a good price and it arrived less than 24hrs after I placed the order online. The camera is exactly as described. This camera is not easy to use and that's the point. It's not an entry-level DSLR so it is going to take my time to get used to operating a camera with more features. The actual camera; the quality is tremendous and has met and exceeded every expectation. Paired this with an 18-105 Lens and it's very versatile and allows me to grab all of the shots that I want wherever I want. I'll definitely be using this Park Ave cameras again after a flawless experience!

  Very efficient with delivery. The Oben ACM-2400 Monopod is great for town and busy streets. Not sure about it being steady enough for a telephoto lens but this was not the reason for my purpose. I was looking for a monopod that I could use for my street photography. Most of the monopods that I have used are very flexible. This one is very stiff. Customer Service at Park Ave cameras was very helpful in helping me select this monopod.

  Everything was easy and the package arrived as predicted. The Nikon Z 5 camera body is new and in perfect working condition. The camera is easy to use and the colors are vibrant.   The Sony a1 camera arrived within 2 days of placing the order, I love everything about it and am glad that Park Ave cameras will now be one of my first searches when buying any further photographic items. The great thing about this camera is the megapixels but also the only downside is that the files are soooo big. I can definitely recommend Park Ave cameras because I saved myself a lot of money $$$ on my purchases. Absolutely fantastic service

  Everything was fine, my order placed and followed up, the GoPro Hero9 camera is fantastic, I had a Hero 7 and decided it was time to upgrade. I love the Hero 9. It takes clear video and still shots. The quick app makes it so easy to organize and make quick videos. Great choice! This camera takes the best things about the Hero 7, such as the removable lens, longer battery life, a new sensor, and a full color front screen and Despite my camera taking a week to be delivered everything else is great.

  My review is regarding a DJI Mavic Mini Drone which was out of stock and I chose to go on a waiting list as opposed to accepting a similar drones. I was kept informed about the order progress and was very pleased with it when it eventually arrived. It was certainly worth the wait. Many thanks to all concerned. This is an Outstanding drone, so excited to own it. Super stable and compact. Exceptional images and great videos can be made with it in addition to being a very discreet drone.   I ordered a Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer and I was so pleased with the service I received. The equipment arrived the next day and was very well packaged. The price was fair and the Gimbal is in very good condition as described. I'm really starting to enjoy this gimbal more and more. It actually works better with slightly heavier cameras such as my Sony A7R2 with the 24-105 lens. With this combo, this gimbal is a joy and is very smooth. a great gimbal for the low price. I Would definitely use Park Ave cameras again.

  I ordered a Sony E 30mm f/3.5 lens, and I received exactly what I was expecting. It took one more day than expected, but that's not a worry for me. Only surprise was that I had to pay for delivery, but I assume that it's because I requested a delivery to London. I have been using this lens both by itself and with two extension tubes to take macro photos of a number items. I use a tripod and a focusing rail and the stacked photos are very good. I really wanted a Macro lens for my Sony alpha a7, but have been holding off because as a hobby I didn't need to spend $700 for a lens. I came across this one and finally got to use it and it's Amazing! I will recommend this store also to my friends and other for sure 👍.

  I have always had a good experience shopping with Park Ave cameras but during my last order they weren´t able to process it because I was using an international credit card. This is the same credit card I have used with multiple companies. At the end, I had to use PayPal but the overall experience wasn´t nice

  So far, I've bought a Panasonic HC-X1 camera from Park Ave. Their prices are no more and no less than other camera dealers. But for me the main reason for choosing Park Ave is they offer the best services. I've had no complaints on either the delivery or the camera and as long as they continue to offer this level of service then I'd be happy to buy from them in the future. Being new to video I am slowly learning what this camera can do. I've looked at a lot of other cameras to compare and feel content and this was a solid purchase. Thanks

  I recently purchased a Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 lens for my Canon R5 camera. Park Ave cameras was very helpful and delivery time was very prompt. I have the EF 50mm f1.2 which I use with my adapter. So I went ahead and got this lens; great choice as it is accurate and snappy. For the 200 dollars its an incredible lens it is better than my 1000 dollar lens at portraits and is very fast clear and has great bokeh. I would recommend Park Ave cameras to beginners and pros! especially for the price.

  I lost the instructions for my new Celestron 114LCM telescope so i phoned and spoke to Kaufman. He was very helpful. Although he couldn't find the exact one for me he sent me two pdf's and a link for a YouTube video. I managed to put the telescope together in under an hour. I'm thankful for all his help. I've read all the paperwork and ready to scan the universe. I did however manage to align the finder scope and telescope. I will obviously be adding park ave cameras to my favorite camera stores.

  Best Price and quick delivery at Park Ave Photo and Video , I ordered a Polsen OLM-10 Mic on Wednesday night, it was dispatched from NYC the next day and delivered to my address in Scotland on Friday morning. I plugged It into my Canon 6D and T2i and it performs much better than the built in microphones. It also performs better than some other microphones I have that cost a lot more money. Thoroughly recommend this store and it's knowledgeable and helpful staff.

  Canon M50 Mark II. I am an amateur photographer shooting my antique furniture inventory. I called to get a recommendation for a camera. This camera was recommended and so far I have found it easy to use as I experiment with various manual settings. The WiFi connectivity to my PC for downloading the pictures works great. Very happy so far.

  Excellent service from Park Ave cameras, I ordered a Sony FDR-AX100 camera and it arrived the next morning that’s incredible customer service. The camera Does everything it is supposed to do and does it better than I expected. I'm an old hand at photography and video. Just recently purchased the AX100. It is excellent in every way. The large sensor produces great HD/4K. Very sharp focus. I like the ability to go fully automatically to all manual. I will definitely use them again.

  I phoned Park Ave cameras at 3PM and ordered a new Canon G7 X Mark III camera. I tried to pay online, but it ended up quicker over the phone. This took a little while, but they went out of their way to get it dispatched and I was delighted to receive it the next morning. Now with this awesome lightweight fully loaded camera, I can walk around and shoot at will no Problem. Pictures are stunning and camera simple and easy to use. Excellent service.

  I purchased a MeFOTO Travel Tripod tripod and received the tripod next day, Excellent customer service and cheaper from other company. This is a great tripod and the perfect size for travel. It fits in my carry on suitcase with a week's worth of clothes. The design and stability are great with my Olympus EM10. My only negative is it is just a little too heavy for carrying in my backpack for very long. I would definitely use this company again.

  could not reach store, yet alone someone to help me answer questions about camera and adapter. This is one of the great things about Park Ave Cameras' and I hope I do not have any problems because of it. Another great thing is service after the sale so I know if I have any problems the phone lines will be fixed and I will be able to get help then.

  A bad suggestion The only con I find in Park' is that when I bought a Nikon Coolpix 950 and asked for a recommender sun cap what you recommended and sold to me did not work, since you could see the shade of the cap through the lens. This was a waste of money

  Ordered a FUJI GFX 100 camera from another company and after waiting 5 days with no show I contacted Park Ave Cameras. I ultimately ordered my FUJI GFX 100 camera from Park Ave as it was the only company that took the time to listen to my requirements, without pushy sales techniques. After speaking to one of their in photographers I got all the answers I needed. The way my order was handled was like the service of the old days and I feel obliged to recommend this company.

  Park Ave Cameras ensured an effortless purchase of my Canon 5DS R camera. I called their landline number for a change and left a message with there answering service with regards to the camera. The call was returned within the hour by a friendly gentleman whom offered impartial advice. After some joint deliberation i concluded that the was the Canon 5DS R camera of choice for me and my business. I Recently I used the 5DS R along with my Sigma 150-600 Contemporary lens and 2x teleconverter to try and capture an image of the Moon. With that lens combination, I was sure I would be manually focusing, but to my surprise, 5DS R had no issue automatically focusing on the Moon. 100% recommended.

  I ordered a Canon 17-40mm lens from Park Ave Cameras. The lens was not available until early 23 Sept. from the manufacturer. Park Ave Cameras took my order and they did not take the money until they sent the lens on 28 sept. and it arrived at 10.15 am. I have only used it a few times for landscapes and love the results. I use this lens on my Canon 90D and it takes great pictures. Their service is excellent. Thanks for making my shopping easy.

  I ordered a Sony a7 III camera by phone, as I hate putting my card details on line. Can't comment on the shop but their website is fine. They emailed the invoice and shipping details immediately.   I Have just placed a second order today (Manfrotto tripod and head), over the phone after receiving my first order promptly and in perfect condition.   Great prices and quick delvery I was after a Canon EOS R with the Canon RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM lens, Park Ave Cameras already had the best non-grey import prices around, but when they dropped the EOS R and 24-105 prices by $100 each for Black Friday and threw in a free Neck strap I couldn't resist. Next day delivery was free and everything arrived well packaged. Couldn't be happier!

  My first mirrorless I'm a DSLR shooter who has been interested in getting into mirrorless for several years. With the substantial discounts being offered by Park' I decided now is the time.   Went in to get information/buy my first riflescope for muzzleloaders and was assisted by Alex Kaufmann. He was friendly and honest with the pros and cons with different kinds of optics. Although his knowledge on riflescopes wasn't extensive, he was very helpful in finding out for me what I needed to know by referring me to his colleague or searching up the products. I received enough information from our talk to make an informed decision and ended up buying a BRESSER 4x32 riflescope!
