  Not very different to other camera stores. Similar, if not the same, prices. Staff are OK, friendly enough, but I've always felt being under invigilation until they see my (expensive) camera, which puts them at ease when they realize that I am genuinely interested in their products and not just looking to pinch something.

  Brought a 126 cartridge to retrofit a 35 film with and explicitly said I need them to save the cartridge so I can reuse it. It was returned snapped in half. I would have preferred not having the outdated film developed so I could carefully open the case myself. A simple phone call and better customer service could have prevented my project being trashed.

  Excellent small independent camera shop. Specializes in second hand gear but does have some new gear. Large selection of film cameras for those that want this. Does some new gear.   I'm an (RF) electrical engineer with ten years' experience building drones. DJI drones are the best in the market based on my long experience. Many people find this DJI Mavic 3 to be both reliable and durable, in my case that was not so and it almost cost me a job. That said, Park' really helped me get it sorted. It took explaining the situation to multiple support techs but in the end they honored their policy and exchanged the defective drone for another, and they got it shipped out to me so fast it arrived before a rental Mavic 3 that was shipped overnight. I'm officially impressed.

  One of the best independent camera shops in midtown Manhattan selling a mix of new (mostly Nikon USA) cameras and a wealth of second hand/Refurbished gear. Staff are really helpful and friendly. If you're in the area and love photography pay them a visit and enjoy drooling at the elegance of cameras and lenses.

  I recently purchased the Canon EOS R Mirrorless Digital Camera from Park ave cameras and am very pleased with both the camera and my Park ave cameras experience. The camera came promptly and was very well packaged with all elements in perfect condition. This was an upgrade for me, I've used the camera on several occasions and am extremely pleased with the quality of my images and the intuitive features of Canon's technology.

  I ordered a Sony a1 camera on Sunday and it arrived perfectly on Friday afternoon. I was given no tracking number had to pay for the shipping fees, the website often failed to load. Also I did not receive a charging cable.

  I’ve bought a Canon RF 70-200mm lens from Park Ave Cameras. The team always goes the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. The lens I have bought has been in beautiful condition - better than described. And the after sales service has been impeccable. The lens is Awesome, this lens is worth every penny! I was hesitant about spending so much for a lens but now I'm a very happy photographer!

  Superb Service Ordered my Sony HXR-MC88 camera late on Thursday evening and was in my hands on Tuesday lunchtime. In the meantime I received prompt confirmation of my order together with a photo of the camera and a Royal Mail tracking number. All in all an excellent service which I will be using again Park Ave in the near future.

  Replaced my smashed Screen Protect Glass Sheet with a new one from Park Ave Cameras. i Saved myself $20 getting it from Park Ave cameras. The Protector came through UPS within a week. Not the fastest but could only source these parts from Park Ave and shipping time was 3 days as I guess they come from New York. Thankfully the touch screen still works perfectly with this protective glass sheet on the LCD screen. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a layer of protection to prevent scratches to the LCD. Great work Park Ave Cameras, you now have a new very satisfied customer!!

  Excellent communication from point of enquiry to next day delivery of the Sigma 150-600mm lens. Love this lens for birdwatching and pics of my son's high school rowing team. Images are clear, I've been considering to buy this lens for months, and when I finally bought it my only regret is that I should have bought it earlier. It gives me a good reach together with my EOS 7D Mk II, and now it's much more fun taking bird pictures. Very sharp and very good value for money. I was also very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend.

  I was introduced to Park Ave cameras by one of my dear friends who was a fine art photographer and good customer of their products. I ordered a Canon 5D Mark IV camera from park Ave Cameras as the price was the best I could find, even with the cost of delivery. I am really loving my new Canon Mark IV. It's been amazing.   After reading various reviews I had made my mind up to buy a particular Sony DSC-W830 camera Having searched over the internet I had found one from Park Ave Cameras store with a price that was significantly cheaper than others. My sister recommended this camera for taking clear, crisp photos of my inventory in my Jewelry shop. It is so easy to use and I was so surprised by how lightweight it is. Would highly recommend this camera and getting it through Park Ave Cameras.

  I’ve just bought a Beseler Cadet II enlarger from Park Ave cameras. I ordered it on Tuesday afternoon, and yet it arrived here this morning! The enlarger was in a fantastic condition, and I couldn’t find any fault with it, it looks new. I love taking pictures and developing, and this type of enlarger was exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect for photography as a hobby, does not take a lot of space, and easy to work with. vey glad to have done business with Park Ave and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again next time I need any darkroom equipment.

  I'm pretty happy with the transaction, and happy with a Sony 35mm lens. It came in a timely manner, considering It came all the way from New York. I have used this a few times on video shoots since purchasing and it is very nice. By far the best 35mm I have right now, Image quality is great. Bokeh is nice. Lens flare is really well controlled. I will definitely order from this company in the future.

  Slow delivery but very competitive price I bough a Sony a6600 camera. Their website did not make it clear how long the delivery would take. They did always respond to email queries promptly but gave incorrect delivery dates on a couple of occasions. The camera was fine when it finally arrived and the price was very competitive cheaper than any other website I could find.

  I have just received my JVC GY-HM620 camera from these guys. The price was a great deal and the service and communication was excellent. I owned it for little over a month now and am very impressed by the camera. I use it for recording in an Anglican church, and love the picture quality on this camera. Very happy with their price and delivery.

  Kaufman is the best!! He helped me to get a Nikon SB-700 flash that I needed and even followed up to ensure he reached out to me as soon as it was in stock and checked for me for the delivery! This Speedlight is a great match for the Nikon D7500. Despite the slight plastic feel, it seems well built. The SB-700 offers basic functions in the TTL mode for beginning users and a nice number of custom options for the more experienced users in manual mode. I would purchase from this company again.

  Excellent shop run by real photographers. Really helpful chaps gave me an excellent part exchange deal. I now have a very nice copy of the Rokinon 24mm F/1.4 lens for my Pentax - extremely hard to find. I purchased this lens for astrophotography and so far I have been impressed with the results. Manual focus works fine on my Pentax and I can either shoot wide open or stop down to f/2 and get really sharp results. For the price its hard to beat. I'll continue to buy my cameras and lenses from Park Ave cameras. Great service for all the staff. Thank you.

  I Decided it was time to upgrade my photography equipment; bought a Sony HXR-MC88 camera from Park Ave cameras. This camera is great in low light. The only downside is you will be needing lot of spare batteries because of high battery consumption. Regards, Steve

  I purchased a Canon 5DS R camera that was very affordable and in great shape. Overall, I had a very positive first experience. In addition to an incredible price offered by P.A.C the Canon 5DS-R offers excellent image quality at high resolution for many photographic needs. I use mine while traveling, for bird and wildlife photography, and macro images. It allows one to make a significant crop if necessary while still maintaining great image quality. I'm very happy with P.A.C and highly recommend it!

  I booked in my Canon EOS 80D camera for a same day repair. The autofocus motor was not working at all and the engineer said he'd do his best. I was surprised when he said he could replace the autofocus motor on the same day but he managed to complete the repair on time and the camera and lens is working fine. The cost of repair was much cheaper than buying a new lens!

  This was my third purchase with this store. I was really nervous, as I ordered a GoPro HERO8 camera this time and shipping took Only 4 days and everything arrived in mint condition. Being a amateur photographer for about 4 years this is my first GoPro. Build quality is very good, takes very good photos and video and I can see why Park Ave cameras are a top action cam sellers. Really, really happy with my purchase.

  I went In to get my son his first film camera (Canon AE1) the staff are extremely friendly and helpful I spent the better part of an hour there as the staff was very through with teaching my son all the do’s and dont’s with the camera. They even offered me a cup of coffee with candy! A very pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this shop to everyone, lovely staff and very reasonable.

  Found a used Lens using their website, very useful they keep their stock updated and Alex Kaufmann, the guy I got through to on the phone, could tell me quite a lot about the item despite operating from a different office than the items location which was in New York. After calling the NYC store, they were willing to hold the item without deposit which was great as I was travelling a fair distance. I was served by a polite guy - Christopher, he was efficient and helpful. :)

  The assistance who helped me at Park Ave Cameras were excellent. I knew nothing about cameras when I went in to buy my camera and Alex Kaufmann, Christopher & Will all helped me decide what kind of camera would be right for me. Heather on the Canon desk then spent a lot of time explaining everything I needed to know to make a decision (she went above & beyond to explain sizes of sensors & the impact that has on the picture quality & zoom).   Great Service from Park Ave Cams Haven't used the AFS DX Nikkor 18-135mm lens enough to rate it but the service from Park' was stellar. The person I spoke with took the time to thoroughly research the lens and make sure it would work correctly with the camera. The price was fair and it was shipped at no charge. It arrived as expected. I addition, they made it easy for me to sell my old lens. Park' is the best place for camera equipment and advice.

  Great Camera and Superior Service Both gear and lens are perfect. Also Park' is a very good dealer to buy something. In grey market, you can find this machine cheaper as compared Park', but it's worth. The price is great and shipping is super fast. I bought this DSLR last April from Park' in New York.   The Sony A7 iii Extremely spectacular. Park Ave Cameras' did a fast job processing. All the items where safely packaged. I had an excellent shopping experience, and an incredible product!   Overall Positive Experience I was HIGHLY skeptical about ordering through Park Ave Cameras after reading a bunch of horrible reviews (reviews seem to be split down the middle). Regardless, I went ahead and purchased my camera because their price was the lowest I found. Shipping was pretty quick (4 days to Canada). The package arrived with very minimal cosmetic damage to the outside of the boxes. The camera itself seemed to be in new and flawless condition with all the additional accessories included. While learning to use the camera, I've experienced zero issues or signs that the camera is used, defective, or anything other than how it was advertised. All in all, I am a satisfied customer and want others to know of my positive experience ordering through Park Ave Cameras.

  The Tiffen 67mm Polarizing Filter works as advertised - glad I bought it. The Tiffen polarizer is excellent for creating a beautiful blue sky in my real estate photos.   The Canon Powershot G7X Mark II is a great camera for people who want to take great pictures and great videos. This is a great camera for beginner bloggers on YouTube as well! I recommend getting the free accessory pack with it for the extra battery, SD card, and case! Very happy to support Park, a true Manhattan institution. My pro photographer friend approves both of the Canon and Park'. Took it on a trip to Northern Ireland and have wonderful memories through it.

  SUPERB ENGINEERING AND BUILD QUALITY I do a lot of food and product photography as well as use a technical camera. The Arca C1 CUBE is the highest quality device of its kind we have ever used. This Arca C1 Cube is the highest quality device of its kind. I was unsure of getting this head due to the price, but it truly is the best I've ever used.   Second attempt successful Tried ordering a printer and accessories and was unable to complete the order because of a repeated request to choose delivery method. When that occurred my address was erased and there was NO place to select a delivery method. Very frustrating. Ended up by selecting another printer with payment via PayPal and all went very smoothly.

  LEE ND filters are great! Pure Quality and GREAT for Super Bright Days. Will be adding other filters as my finances allow. Was tempted to try knock-off brands, but I suspect that would be false economy. I was amazed at how quickly Park' was able to get and send my Lee Big Stopper.
