  Yet another story of a store selling stock they don't have. I ordered a Sony NP-FZ100 battery from Park Ave Cameras today. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that it wasn't in stock but was expected from in the coming days so will be with me soon. Unfortunately, due to my experience with online stores, I noticed that they were selling a stock they didn't have. I canceled my order right away!!!

  My Vortex II 2-7x32 Riflescope was Delivered, as promised, the next day. Like most online shopping nowadays ordering was easy and without fuss. I purchased this scope recently and was slightly hesitant due to the price but the scope is extremely high quality for the price, and the scope lets in a LOT of light even in dusk conditions. I certainly recommend Park Ave Cameras for the scope.

  Bought the Opticron BC-2 Clamp as it was the cheapest I could find online. I received Great services fast dispatch and arrival. I have quite a hefty birding scope, and a rather too lightweight tripod. I wanted a solution to the wobble factor caused by the slightest breeze on the tripod. My decision on the best camera store to order the clamp landed on park ave cameras and they processed my order and delivered It fast. Thanks

  Having been badly let down by Amazon, I ordered the same lens from Park Ave Cameras. Everything went very smoothly and my Tamron 70-180mm lens was delivered the next day. Impressed by their carrier who delivered on the agreed time. The Lens was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. I shoot mainly low light sports and wildlife. I had used the lens for a two weeks and Its an absolutely incredible lens, with incredible image quality, loved it. Would thoroughly recommend Park Ave Cameras - they will have my Purchase again.

  I placed an order for next day delivery and all was going well until my arrived at the wrong address. After a couple of days I got in touch with Park ave Cameras and they were straight on the case. I received a third email this morning letting me know that the parcel was once again on the move and I received it this afternoon. I was kept fully informed all the time and felt that my issue was taken seriously and handled promptly and efficiently.

  Not only did Park Ave Cameras have the best price available on my Rode Podcasting Mic but their service was exemplary. I ordered a podcasting Mic late Monday night, had an email the next morning confirming dispatch and the Mic was in my hands by Thursday. The Podmic was the best budget microphone for YouTube, Streaming and Podcasting. I'd very happily recommend Park Ave camera and will be back for more when I need to upgrade my equipment.

  A difficult review to write The level of service was good and the price offered was slightly higher than the competition. The problem is, I sent a camera, which was in absolutely mint condition as verified by other people, not just my option. Park Ave said their inspection revealed signs of wear, which is a lie and just an opportunity for them to pay less and make more profit due to insatiable greed.

  I ordered a Revo VRS-Multi-Interface Remote online, and it was very easy and quick to do. Constantly updated with progress of order. A tracking number was sent to me by email so i could keep track of the order. The order was sent via UPS, I received an email stating that my Remote will be delivered by Wednesday, I checked on the UPS website and could see that the Remote had left NYC. The Remote was delivered in the morning Right away. The remote was well packaged with loads of bubble wrap, and arrived totally undamaged. I would definitely use Park ave cameras again. Thanks.

  Great service online shop could do with some work I bought a Canon 6D Mark II through the store on Wednesday and it was delivered Tuesday.   I received my Lumix DMC-ZS100 camera through FedEx after 5 days of ordering it, The camera is Amazingly portable and fits in large trouser pocket. Very light. Good for anyone from enthusiastic amateur to semi professional. I got very good service and would definitely use Park Ave cameras again!

  Great place to buy accessories at a reasonable price. I have personally purchased a number of Scopes from Park Ave Cameras and have never been disappointed either with the customer service or the accessories I purchased. I was looking for an affordable easy-to-use telescope for casual astronomical observations. During my research, I noticed that I needed a refractor telescope with no maintenance for a good price. Also I needed a trustful site to buy it (other sites were tricky). Finally I happened to find park Ave cameras and form the services I received I would definitely buy from them again!

  I bought a Canon 5D Mark II on Monday, and it arrived on Thursday. The language on the camera was English, the power supply was an English one too, so no problems ordering from Calgary, and this camera cost me $300 less than buying it domestically, can't fault these guys. I received my camera a couple of weeks ago and I feel like a professional again. It's got some good weight to it which helps with steady handling. My other camera has literally fallen apart over the past few years with all the plastic parts and I had to make another purchase with Park ave cameras. Am Very pleased.

  BEST PURCHASE EVER! I did my research before purchasing the Canon 1 DX Mark II. Out of every website Park' had the best price. The shipping was cheap and arrived just in time before Christmas.   Simple to use and check out. I Ordered my Canon XA15 camera and everything arrived well packaged and quickly. This camera works great. I am using it to live stream in a room that requires the camera to be about 40 feet from the speaker with medium lighting. The picture is very good and with some adjustments on the camera the lighting looks good. Excellent service.

  Ordered a new Lenovo 15.6" laptop from Park Ave- was skeptical at first as laptop was coming from NYC. It was delivered within 3 working days and not only was the Laptop super cheap but also I did not pay any duty on it. This laptop is fantastic value for money.   Park Ave Cameras is reliable I ordered Panasonic AG-MC200G Unidirectional Microphone. The products were just as described and arrived on time. I've been buying from Park Ave Cameras since 2005 when I bought my JVC HD video cam. They deliver a good selection and items are always in stock.   Macro lens for Canon EOS-M 6 Mark 2 I was able to compare a number of lenses for my mirrorless Canon and was able to review a number of lenses. I would up with the Sigma version because of some of the specs and liked the larger filter size. I also ordered two Tiffen 77mm Filters.

  I bought 3 GoPro HERO8 cameras and everyone of them faulty with obvious and clear faults. Most recent one not reading batteries and a broken screen. Thought I'd give them a chance but really?   Long Term Customer, Very Happy I have been buying from park Ave cameras since 2011, when I was getting my feet wet in photography and spending days researching a point and shoot cameras. Since I have upgraded and changed my equipment, not to the Leica world but Canon and then Nikon. Over the years I have probably bought around 10 SLR/DSLR cameras, many of them refurbished, and have been happy with their pricing, quality control, and service and I look forward to buying from them for the next 25 years.

Its a really user friendly experience & the support is just awesome, I always find what I am looking for and when I don't; the live chat does the job for me. Shipping is unbelievably fast, I ordered a Peak Aluminum Tripod and Received It at a drop of a hat in Calgary.   I ordered an Oben CTM-2500 Tripod for $94 which was much better priced than anywhere else I found in US. Delivery was quoted at around six days, but it only took three via FedEx where the order tracking was very good. I was so pleasantly surprised by the weight and quality of this. It seems there are hundreds of monopods to choose from but, simply said, this was a good choice. The adjustment knobs are quick, easy, and reliable. The quality is excellent. Love the really light weight. Amazing services.

  Incomplete Help I purchased a camera and underwater housing and lens from Park Ave cameras, following their recommendations. However, they didn't suggest the correct Underwater Substrobe Head which is I insisted on. I only discovered this when the original order arrived. I now have to make a second order to purchase the required gear.

  tradein process is broken I used a Olympus trade-in offer with a camera tradein. The whole process was unclear for someone in Maryland. It took 7 days for fedex to deliver the camera to Park and then I found out it would take 10 more BUSINESS days to get an evaluation. Sending the Camera USPS Priority mail would have been faster. Having a clearly defined process BEFORE I committed would seem to be a better process

  Normally I am very happy with Park Ave Cameras' but this is the second time I have ordered this lens because the first time the used sony lens I ordered was actually linked to a Minolta lens. So I have to return said item and re order correct item. HOWEVER customer service was helpful and competent and every thing is working out.

  I use this EOS 7D camera for any kind of photo opportunity I come across. Recently I used this camera and kit in Arizona on a vacation my girlfriend and I took. This camera worked flawlessly and is amazingly easy to use. The shipping time was very fast and Park Ave Cameras' had previous great reviews on their shipping time and my product arrived undamaged and earlier than tracking stated on FedEx site. Park Ave Cameras' is very helpful in the way that they posted videos and links to videos on their site in order to help explain questions and help in the decision making process for the perfect purchase. Thanks Park Ave Cameras', in the future I will use you for any additional items I may need for my camera and accessories.

  Horrible experience with Park Ave Cameras. I bought a used Sony 18-105mm lens from them recently and sent it back because it wasn't right for my needs (bad in low light). They sent me an email saying they would charge me $75 (eventually reduced to $60, lucky me) from a my refund because their returns policy was 14 days and not 30. This was not made clear on their website, if it was I obviously would've sent it back before 14 days, not 30, it gives the impression that they offer a 30 day returns policy. Disappointing. I've sent stuff back to gray market stores on the other side of the world and got a full refund and was under the impression I would be safe with a local, family-run seller. Oh well, you live and learn. Just not nice to deal with a retailer who holds their customer with such contempt.

  I hope these feet have 3/8 inch, 16 thread screws I chatted with Allen at Park ave cams about replacement feet for my Benro tripod and he said he could not guarantee that the feet set they offered would fit my Benro. So after doing some research on the web, I found out these aftermarket versions have 3/8 inch, 16 thread screws and since I had one foot from the Benro, we measured it and it is the same size. The Benro is an incompatible candidate for these.

  Excellent Camera Love it - bought this Olympus EM-5 as a move up from my PEN E-PM2. The E-M5 is much easier to use thanks to the dials and the tilt screen. Also, the P.A.C staff was very helpful.   Long Time Customer Disappointed The world no longer needs Park Ave Cameras' except for niche items. Note that items do break in voyage, and from the other horror stories online, I would rather order high dollar items from B&H or Willoughby's Photo than Park Ave Cameras, just for the return protection. It is sad that Park Ave cameras' has not kept up with the customer service that other online sellers provide. I do not doubt their expertise in camera equipment (as opposed to real optics, which a specialist engineer knows about). I have no idea why the camera business is less aware of how to deal with shipping and packing, while the camera retailers like Sammy's know how to pack correctly and deal with (preventing) broken cameras. Most of the items that Park Ave Cameras ships to me flop around in the outer package.

  The service that I received from Kaufman at Park Ave cameras was outstanding! I was in search of a Pentax K-1 Mark II camera to purchase. Unfortunately the dealer that I had dealt with for all my other camera supplies did not have it in stock when I was ready to place my order. I also tried a few other places and had no luck. While I was going out of my mind trying to find someone who had a Pentax camera in stock I came across a link to Park Ave Cameras. They said that they had the camera and 2 lenses in stock. At first I was a little hesitant to order from them as I new nothing about them. I searched around the web and read several reviews (all good) about them.   The Canon SX70 camera was currently unavailable in All of the major online retailers. While checking Amazon I saw the advertisement for Park Ave cameras . Kauffman answered the phone and let me know the camera is in stock and ready to ship. Park Ave cameras has a website for secure transactions which my wife used to place the order for my camera. My wife received a call the next day verifying her purchase and the camera shipped. Park Ave cameras sent an email with the tracking number and expected time of arrival. The package arrived today as scheduled, the contents were carefully packaged, and the camera was new as expected.   I purchased my Gitzo GM4562 Monopod last week. The buying process was easy and quick. The only obstacle was that I tried buying with a foreign card (even though it was master card) so my purchase was cancelled. It would have been nice to buy with a foreign card. Also I sent some e-mails about my purchase but the customer services only replied half of them. The Monopod hasn't arrived yet but I can see from the UPS website that it will be delivered on time.   I was referred to Park Ave cameras by a professional colleague. I was in the market for a Leica SL2 camera and discovered that Park Ave Cameras had a great price. I was a bit Leary about dealing with a retailer from other counters. I'm from Philadelphia. I had been dealing with BH and Adorama form most of my online photography purchases, but both had prices almost $700 more expensive. All in all the process was very smooth and professional. I submitted my order on Monday and selected two day shipping as I needed the camera for a Wedding that Saturday. About two hours later I received a call from Alex who verified my banking information, and that was it. I received the camera that Wednesday as promised and it was a breeze.
