  Solid Camera I have been using this camera for few weeks now and I can only say positive things about it. The Nikon D810 feels very well built and made for professional photographers no doubt. The ergonomics are also excellent as it feels very good in my hands. Great camera!

  The product range can't compete with the shops a couple of meters away, so that's probably not that good. As far as I am aware, they are the only store in the high-street that stocks Zeiss glass Service is OK, I've had friendly experiences and I've had experiences where nobody comes and greats you Pricing is the usual Overall, they are just another camera store that just sells camera gear... Not that much incentive to go there, If Park Ave Cameras down the road don't do it then these guys won't even stock it

  I ordered two items recently, with Park Ave Cameras for a delivery of one item before they could send my second item. In the end, the item arrived within a couple of days.   Not very different to other camera stores. Similar, if not the same, prices. Staff are OK, friendly enough, but I've always felt being under surveillance until they see my (expensive) camera, which puts them at ease when they realise that I am genuinely interested in their products and not just looking to pinch something.

  Support NYC company rather than Amazon. I decided to make the purchase from Park despite the fact their local store is closed. Previously I bought my XT-2 and four lenses from my local store and wanted to support them again rather than order a new XT-4 from Amazon at the same price. Delivery time was absolutely blazing and would deffo have beaten Amazon. Great service, keep it up.

  Great service for Delivery but I also ordered the DJI care and refresh package, and needed a verification code which arrived late, DJI insist it must be activated within 48 hours so I had to make a verification video which was a bit of a nuisance so they could approve the care/refresh package. but it would not stop me using Park again

  Very excellent for this price and quality. All the Godox flashes work well and handy controller makes off camera flash possible easy to use. The price for these flashes are affordable. This is not to say Nikon, Sony etc their flashes are good as well but expensive.

  Delays and a lack of communication, but otherwise some good savings and genuine Canon USA stock. I ordered my camera about mid way through the year. Service was reasonable, but there were some minor delays and communication was poor. The lack of contact is a frequent complaint for many and forces people to go through social media instead. You cannot leave product reviews on their website, which I think is absolutely ridiculous - then again, if you leave a bad review they're not going to shift units. This is very backward by todays standard.

  the D7500i purchased from Park' did have a US Warranty. I've used a number of cameras thru the years. Currently, in my business (architectural, product, marketing photography), I'm using an assorted number of lenses and two bodies. A D7200 and a D7500. One of those I bought new. The other (and I don't recall which), I bought refurbished at Park Ave Cameras, NY. Both cameras function as I would expect them to despite a heavy traffic in pictures.

  Thank you, Park! I have used Park a number of times for my photographic equipment and have always had a premium experience and great customer service. Most notably, the staff in the store for handling my trade in and recent camera purchase, but also the staff dealing with online orders for helping with a recent lens purchase. I appreciate their diligence and attention to detail and although they are a high street retailer, they are all enthusiasts themselves and not just sales people. That makes all the difference!

  Big stores have the tendency to inflate prices extremely high but Park Ave cameras is excellent in terms of price, quality and integrity of the product. Am glad to have found them and I got a Great deal on a Sony A7 III camera which is a nice upgrade from my old DSLR. I decided to invest in it and so far and I am loving everything about It. Overall am super happy with the camera and the fast and free shipping from Park Ave cameras.

  My experience with Park Ave cameras was awesome. Their Web-site is easy to navigate. My Canon R5 camera was delivered on time and in good condition and It's a great kit because it came with lens, memory card, extra battery, card reader and the lens filters.   Great shopping experience. The Nikon D850 camera is a great upgrade from my recent D610 and I’m blown away by the crispness and clarity in the images and video. I bought this camera for my Street Photography and it works great. I haven't had this camera long, but so far I am in love with it, It's size is incredible, and it feels amazing in hand.   After I Spent weeks researching different camera stores I placed my order online with park ave cameras and received a polite and friendly phone call the next morning from park ave cameras to confirm the delivery address as it was different from the billing address. I Received my DJI drone after 2 days, I have used this drone for a week and I really like it so far, This was my first drone and I am using it to expand my real-estate photography.   This review is specifically based on the purchase of a Canon EOS R camera, which was on a Special Offer price on park ave cameras.com, I made my order with them and I was happy to receive my camera in just two days. I'm coming from a point and shoot so this is my first full frame camera and I do not regret buying the R and really glad I went with Park ave cameras and Based on my purchase they are highly recommended.

  Panasonic camera with Leica lens The item was delivered quickly and well packaged. I got a Panasonic camera with the cash back offer and Park are a listed seller on the Panasonic website which i found reassuring. It was a competitive price as well. The product hasn't been used yet as its a Christmas gift. I would order from them again.

  Composer Pro II with sweet 50 This lens is so much fun to use. It enables endless creativity and the results are spectacular. The build quality is superb and the lens is very sharp in the sweet spot. Have used a number of LensBaby products & really enjoy the results. Well packaged. Shipped very promptly after purchase.

  My recent purchase of a Canon 5D Mark IV camera from Park ave cameras was another great shopping experience. I ordered the camera from via their website on Friday evening and The camera was delivered after 3 days. My other camera broke and I was on the road doing a shoot. Park ave cameras made it easy to find the camera and got it to me quickly. I will definitely be using them again.

  EEXTREMELY PLEASED!! At half price, I couldn't pass this up. I had a few questions, called customer service & they were great! Answered the few I had, placed the order & had 2 days later. So far so good on the camera. Park Ave Cameras had a great YouTube tutorial specific to this camera that helped a lot. You won't be sorry!

  Excellent telephoto Lens I don't usually write reviews, but Park ave cameras deserves 5 stars. I just bought a Canon RF 100mm telephoto lens on Saturday from them and it arrived on Wednesday, packaged very well with a ton of bubble wrap. I am very happy with the lens and would recommend park Ave cameras to anyone.

  After reading numerous reviews. I ordered this Sigma 150-600mm lens from park Ave cameras and it was delivered the next day. I’ve used it a couple of times since I got It and It’s a great lens for my photography. I've had this lens for a couple weeks now, and it has been great for my wildlife and birding photography, It has truly transformed my photographic experiences. The shipping and customer service was the best.

  Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2 Lens I haven't had a chance to use the lens properly yet, other than a couple of quick test shots, but its condition is as described and was delivered very quickly. I also received a free memory card which is a nice touch. I'm happy to recommend Park Ave Cameras.

  Pristine Condition and packaged well camera body received matches picture and description and condition brand new as described. It was packaged well to protect from damage.   This is the first time I bought from Park Ave Cameras and my purchase was a Nikon NIKKOR 70-300mm lens. It's always a worry when you spend a lot of money with a company, online, when you've nothing but reviews to go on. I needn't have worried and will buy again from park Ave Cameras. My lens arrived quickly and very securely packaged. The lens itself is perfect. I love it.   A month ago, I bought a Pentax K-70 camera from park ave cameras but It started developing abnormal shutdown problems, I thought maybe there was a battery issue and when I checked the battery It was fully charged. I wrote to them about this via e-mail , but I didn't get an answer.

  I Ordered a Sony DSC-WX350 camera on Thursday afternoon last week since Park ave cameras was the best price that I could find on the internet. The camera arrived the next morning by 9.30 with a tracked delivery. The camera works very well. The photo quality is very good. I have taken some nice photos of birds using the zoom and It works very well. I will definitely purchase from Park ave cameras.

  Everyone tells me to avoid this place and I can see why. This place has never been good at customer service. Most employees here are smug and pretentious. Man behind counter (the one buying and selling at the back of the store) was so horribly rude it made me never wanna come back here. You can find the same camera services (if not better) with nice employees at ADORAMA which is a one minute walk, at 42 west 18th street, New York, NY.

  Great customer service. Probably only place for buying film stock and chemicals and darkroom gear. Customer service is old school style listen and then advice abt gear. Never too pushy for sales, in fact these folks will tell you if it's expensive and suggest a more cost effective way. Love this place.
