  I was unsure about ordering from this store because of some reviews, but after ordering I had a brilliant priced camera and delivery was very good , only thing I would say needs working on is the updates from the store saying when items have been dispatched. I would buy from them again.

  As a new Wildlife photographer I received some great advice from Alex on the right camera to purchase as well as a little personal training to help get me up and running with my new photography hobby.   I purchased a Hasselblad XCD lens for which I must admit arrived promptly. However when opening the package the box was not sealed and appeared to be already opened. I was not happy with this and began to question the fact that the lens was brand new. I emailed them and requested they explained everything. Highly recommend.

  I was searching for a DSLR camera with a great offer. Finally I came to this site and I've got my Nikon D3500 with best offer, including the lens and camera bag and SD card.   I am Impressed by the configuration possibilities and the quality of the pictures of the FUJI 30mm lens that I purchased from Park Ave. It's perfect.   Yesterday I bought a new Sigma 24-70mm lens. This is a great lens for filmmakers who need to quickly zoom in/out on scenes. The stabilization is very good, making handheld shots usable. I can't wait to shoot some portraits with this lens. Great store for all your accessories.

  My Money Got Delayed. Sold some equipment, but getting any cash from them was hard. I would have got blood from a stone easier. Very poor service, even after receiving an email saying they where busy I had to chase them after another 2 days. I doubt I will be back as a customer, either buying or selling.

  Tamron Lens 150-600mm Lens Ordered a Tamron lens which was a very good price. Was a little bit concerned after reading a few reviews BUT the lens was ordered on the 24th August and was delivered on the 30th August. Was packaged very well and item was in its own box. I have not actually tried the lens out yet but am sure it will not disappoint. All in all excellent service will not hesitate to use again.

  I was looking to sell my camera, Park Cameras gave me a quote within less than 2 hours. I boxed all my camera up, sent it to them over the weekend. As soon as they received it they let me know straight away and that someone would be in contact within 2 days. A day later they confirmed my quote and I accepted.   Problem with product. Had a problem with the camera ordered. Problem was a manufacturing one and nothing that Park Ave Cameras could have known about. Phoned customer services and the unit was changed very quickly at their expense and and I am pleased with the replacement. Will definitely use Park Ave Cameras in the future.

  My Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 has arrived came that quick that I wasn't ready. Asked delivery to be held back couple of days. Trouble is it weighs half a ton I'll have to join the gym to work out.   Great camera but The camera I ordered arrived and works as well as expected. Sadly it took 4 days to arrive here when I did the next day store collection order. Looks like they would rather save money on shipping goods than satisfying the customer. I am very sad about this as I remember contacting the company when they went bust a few years ago and my colleague had bought and rescued them offering support. I forsee another store closure coming, the internet will kill them if they don't pull their finger out and get the small things right.

  Excellent price and service This is the first purchase, Tamron 150-600 lens, I have made from Park Ave Cams and while it's always a little nerve wracking buying from an online seller over the internet was reassured by being able to pay for my purchase through my credit card. The lens was delivered within a week by courier, no problems with customs or extra fees (which PARK AVE CAMERAS state they would refund if incurred). The Lens its self is brand new in full retail packaging complete with Hood, pouch and paperwork. Included in the basic price was a full 12 month international warranty. Given the excellent price and service I will be making more purchases from Park Ave Cameras in the very near future

  NIKKOR 28-300mm f.3.5-5.6G ED VR lens! I bought this lens for a safari in Africa. I cannot afford nor wish to carry around a huge 400mm lens so this seemed a good compromise when paired with the D850. I have taken a few pictures of eagles (and yes our dogs) and so far I love it. It is a reasonable size and weight and takes great pictures. Great lens at a fair price. As always, Park Ave Cameras advice and service is unsurpassed.

  Had pre-ordersd camera as a 55th birthday present for my husband....when we arrived at store it took quite sometime for them to find it....and truth be told, It just felt like it came out of their supply. It kind of took out the surprise.....as I had to clarify several times what I had ordered. Besides that camera was as described and my partner was happy.

  Generally good. I purchased a Canon SELPHY CP1300 printer which was available for collection as promised. The order process seemed easy, although given that the discounted purchases ordered alongside, were not in the event charged for and in consequence did not arrive, suggests a stage in the process which either I missed or was not obvious.

  Great value but struggled with delivery. Ordered a digital camera from these guys which was a good 25% cheaper than elsewhere. Unfortunately the item did arrive after a few weeks. Contacted the site who initially sent me a FedEx tracking code which was not recognized by FedEx. The team were very helpful however and ultimately refunded the amount. Some great bargains here but allow time for delivery and make sure you have buyer protection (e.g. PayPal/credit card etc).

  Just bought this Canon R6 camera for my I bought it for ski touring and mountain biking trips. It produces Very sharp images. It was out of stock originally but I ordered it on back order and within a few days it was available and was shipped immediately. Great customer service!

  As a wildlife / nature photographer I decided to purchase a Nikon D850 camera from park ave cameras. I really do love this camera because it does everything well. Almost all of my photography is wildlife nature. Paired with Nikon 500mm f4 PF it parks quite a punch. I will most certainly shop again when needs arises.

  I ordered this Canon R5 camera, I am using the camera in Gabon to shoot wildlife and this camera has given me some great new opportunities. It's super fast, super easy to use and get used to and I'm able to take shots I couldn't take before eg from birds in flight (speed is amazing) or animals moving around.   I Purchased this Mevo start live streaming camera for about two weeks. I Use it to Live Stream our morning services.   It’s so great to have a local camera store because they helped me I upgrade my Nikon D5600, for the sole purpose of needing an Aux port.   I ordered a Sony Alpha a7 camera and received it within 3 days. I have been using the Sony Alpha a7 camera for the past one month . I hike, camp and explore the national parks in my Jeep.   I ordered a Hasselblad X1D II 50C camera From Park Ave Cameras and received it within the promised time. The image colors are beautiful! They have smooth transitions and they just look different - better. Love the 3x4 image ratio. Controls, features, handling are all top notch with the 45P lens.   I bought this Canon R5 camera a month ago from Park Ave cameras and this is by far a game changer! Canon is on a whole different level which makes me even appreciate photography more, I carry my camera wherever I go now and I love how awesome it feels on my hand.   I bought a Canon R6 camera from another store who basically refused to help me with a dirty sensor after just six weeks of ownership, despite the kit lens never being detached. I found Park Ave Cameras, dropped by the store, explained the situation; they cleaned the sensor while I waited for very little money, and even took the time to give me advice on how to best keep the camera clean and as a result I bought some additional kit. Great customer service and passionate about what they do, I wish more stores had this sort of customer service, I will not hesitate to return to Park Ave Cameras!

  I came in with my Sony Alpha 1 camera. It would not display photos on my memory card and the wi-fi connection/app was glitching between the camera and my phone. The professionals at Park Ave cameras solved all the issues and gave plenty of time and information so I could troubleshoot this on my own if it ever happened again. I am so so pleased that they were able to solve the issues- not just with my camera but helped me understand the navigation on my own phone. They were so kind- definitely gained a lifelong customer!

  First time part exchanger and buyer Bit of a mix up at the beginning which was my fault as first time part exchanging . Sent lens off but had no reply and had to phone after a week and they said they had not opened box as no address on it but was sent by FedEx so had tracking information and the shop arranged delivery .After that service was faultless and received lens as promised and in condition described.6 month guarantee gives peace of mind .Would use again.

  Purchased a 2nd hand camera Purchased a 2nd hand camera. Very good price compared to the same model new but looks totally unused and is in perfect condition! When I needed some accessories for my daughter's Canon camera I went on line with Park Ave Cameras and rang their Store at the same time.   Good experience overall. Ordered online for the next day collection from the NYC store. No issues at all and the Tamron lens is working great.
