  To be honest I was skeptical of this site as with many other sites that sell second hand cameras. I bought the Sony a6500 and even tho site did say marks here and there etc I tell you it only had one tiny mark, so looks pretty much new not used. What a bargain! Delivery was fast aswell! Would use them again!

  Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have to say, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I was looking to sell my camera, Park Ave Cameras gave me a quote within less than 2 hours. They sent me a shipping label. I boxed all my camera up, sent it to them over the weekend. As soon as they received it they let me know straight away and that someone would be in contact within 2 days. A day later they confirmed my quote and I accepted, asked me for my bank details and the money will be in my bank 3-5 days. Every email I sent to them they replied on the day any inquires or question I had they answered. I have to say usually I don’t like posting expensive stuff.. (just Incase) but they got the job done & well done & thank you for being a trustworthy business

  I've been running through New York for 20 years and taking photos you can't get past Park Ave Cameras. Still, I don't get really warm with the store. They should take a look at the customer service by KEH cameras.

  This year I have had experience with two slightly larger orders. At the first, there was little advice in the store because the seller was obviously under a lot of pressure. Then the delivery time dragged on longer and longer, without any updates. At least friendly and helpful when picking up - even if I had to wait until the goods were packed. When I placed my second order, I received good telephone advice. Only was not delivered. Again no status updates. When asked by phone, they became pappy. Order cancelled. Ordered from the big Manhattan competition: From the beginning to the end a courteous, transparent, friendly and customer-oriented process. Too bad Park Ave Cam- you were good once.

  Friendly staff, purchase prices are much more acceptable than with smaller dealers. I just received my DSLR Nikon backordered on site. In order to achieve the same or even higher price on eBay, one would have to patiently advertise for months.

  Park Ave Cameras is the BEST in the industry! I feel so lucky that I purchased all my equipment from Park Ave Cameras. Their customer service department and 100% true no hassle return policy is beyond world class. Imagine this: I purchased 3 sets of 907X 50C and returned them all after speaking with Hasselblad tech-support pro team. Just imagine the aggravation I have put through. They went over and beyond helping me. I am sure I was the one who are going through all these aggravations if I have purchased these cameras elsewhere or even from another country. After this whole ordeal is over, I owe PARK' a big Thank you! Thank you for your true support behind the products you sell and thank you for your professional courtesy!   50mm of Brilliance! The NIKKOR 50mm f1.8 G Lens by Nikon is not only a must-have for portrait photographers, but a tried and true tool for the serious travel photographer. Park Ave Cams sold me this lens brand new and it's my favorite Nikon product to-date. The glass inside offers clear and crisp shots, while also providing a truly beautiful bokeh at lower f-stop numbers. Overall, a wonderful fx lens that all photographers to consider.

  After relocating to the main train station, Park Ave Cameras has transformed itself into a generous provider of photography gear. There is nothing comparable in New York and I was simply amazed at the possibilities offered to the professional photographer here. All companies relevant to the professional are represented, you can test and try them out, get advice from the super nice and competent employees and buy cheaply at the end. Park Ave Cameras in New York is highly recommended and can now be easily reached via the central location at the main train station.

  Staff that helped me was educated and really REALLY friendly - 3 stars because i just cant agree with the return policy although i do understand the positioning, i would just say to research return policy or KNOW 100% what you need to buy before purchasing. Still a good experience as far as the store goes, 3 starts just due to return policy (for un-used items)

  Very good service. Christopher looked at my old gear and found the best price and combination of equipment for me. He didn't try to upsell me and put my lenses on his camera so I could get a sense of the performance I could expect. I was looking to upgrade and spent $1900 less than I thought I would have to spend to get a system that would meet my needs. I appreciate the time he spent and the way he listened to what I wanted.

  The manager (Alex Kaufman) and the owner were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I came back today to price matched my earlier purchased and they gave to me the discounts without any hurdles.   The Leica 50mm Summilux-M ASPH f/1.4 is the most sold and most used lens in recent years. Perfect industrial design of the barrel (on the normal version) and ideal optics for an all-round standard lens. Special vintage version of unique modern lens performance. Super lens, lives up to hype and more. Wonderful construction, superbly engineered and crafted, joy to hold and use. Excellent service, quick shipping. Great communication.   Alex and Christopher are the top tier. They offer a "Rent Before you Buy" program is great. I wasn't sure which lens that I wanted for my A7III so I tried a few first. Alex was super knowledgeable and was able to recommend not only the camera gear that I needed, but also the set up and other equipment that would help with my workflow to save me time and money.

  My go to NYC store for camera gear and accessories. Appreciate the perfect mix of free / paid events: webinars, YouTube videos, photo walks, classes, launch events, etc. The staff are always patient when I come in with a long list of questions. A good selection of Canon and Nikon rental kit (alas, no Olympus gear available for rent) plus a smaller selection of Sony rental stuff. As a member of the Park Ave Cams team, I also appreciate The Park's support of NYC photo and video crews over the past few years.

I think their location and selection of equipment is great but some of their staff can be pretty rude, specially if you say your just trying to get ideas on what your next lens should be.   9/10 the staff are phenomenal but there are one or two who from now on I will avoid shopping with, even if that means coming in another day. I've been shooting for 20+ years but I there are still things I lack the knowledge on but I find it bothersome when I have someone talks down to me. I work retail myself and would never make someone feel that way. I won't name, names but if you have the option ask for Alex , Christopher or Adams all of them are great.

  This place actually sells good cameras. Staff is very helpful and helped me set them up on my phone. I came to get few items. I must admit I'm not a technical person myself but the staff went beyond when I called in for technical support. Highly recommended. Will definitely return for more cool gadgets.   Primarily use this Swarovski 25-50x eyepiece for spotting big game and digiscoping big game. Wide angle provides better field of view. Also use 20 X 60 and 20 power but like this the best. Needs very stable tripod at higher powers (30)

  Really good place to buy cameras. There is a wide selection to choose from and the guy in the store knows his products really well and will explain every single detail to you and pros and cons of the products. The RX100 VII's picture, and video quality rival the more expensive brands. A big plus was the hassle free ordering and shipping with Park Ave' camera. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camera. I've already bought 2 different cameras here on 2 separate occasions and he's helped me out both times choosing the right product for my specific need and helping me set it up.

  Not sharp at 1.2 and has a glow, best for portraits. I didn't expect much for $145 and really didn't get much as imaging around the edges got a little fuzzy. To get a Zeiss lens at these specs would cost over ten time more which makes it more than fine.

  I've had the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX0 II for a year now and am very pleased with it's performance. The camera has worked perfectly and has never malfunctioned. I've just upgraded to the RX10 IV and am happy with it so far. The back-end customer service is always prompt and professional.   Love this lightweight Sony DSC-W830 camera! My sister-in-law recommended this camera for taking clear, crisp photos of my inventory in my jewelry shop.   I found this company on Craiglist. I did speak to the person selling me what I needed, and he had great knowledge! The item was ready to be picked up and ready to go as soon as I finished speaking to him. He explained to me step by step on how the device works. I recommend this company to anyone!

  Nikkor 70-200mm Just received my 70-200 s lens about a week ago. Haven't had a chance to really put it to the test, but the few images I have taken so far have been absolutely outstanding. This is a long term investment and the quality of this lens is well worth the price in my opinion. As usual Park Ave Cameras' customer service and buying experience is outstanding as well.

The lens is incredible for the price. It is very compact and photos come out extremely sharp. Overall very satisfied with this lens!

They can be counted on to have the general lens accessories I need with quick shipping and excellent packaging.   Great Lens, but the cleaning kit is what surprised me. I love Park Ave Cameras service, and I continue to use them for personal and business purchases.   Great camera,/great price Researching the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III was easy as there is a profusion of customer reviews and expert reports out on the camera. I already knew what to expect from this top of the line mirrorless body, I was waiting on the price to break. It dropped to the sweet spot in my savings and PARK AVE CAMs was my place. Easy as A-B-C.   This is my favorite camera source so far since i ordered my new Sony A7rii. I love it for the website clarity, price and ease of use. Recently needed a lens that is sharp, clear and a joy to work with. The Sony FE 85mm f/1.8 lens kit is a lovely bonus that I needed and am grateful for the bundle from PAC.   I just recently purchased the Hasselblad 1.7x converter to integrate with a H6D-100c and 2.2/100mm. At first I was concerned about sacrificing shutter speed with the addition of more glass but after field testing the converter I am thrilled with the performance and the quality. The customer service was incredibly helpful in getting this item on time. Will definitely use Park Ave Cameras for all future photography purchases!

  Excellent service I am in between amateur and hobbyist. I am investing in this NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S as taking pictures gives me pleasure. To me this lens is a equivalent to buying a Lamborghini. I am so excited as my previous system was Panasonic with kit lenses. Park' are excellent. I would say even better than amazon.   I upgraded from a Nikon 300S to the D850 after finding an open box deal on Park Ave Cameras. The D850 is a beast! It will take me a while to learn all of its features but I am already loving how fast it is. The item arrived in pristine condition and I verified it had zero snaps so it was still new. My only concern was it came in a plain white box. I don't think they made it clear enough that open box means no box.

  The Canon RF 70-200mm is a great lens the color is fantastic as well as the sharpness is spot on. I'm very pleased with the lens even though it is the most expensive lens than I have every purchased, more expensive than my camera, but its still a great lens on of the best I've ever owned. Fantastic customer service, excellent choice of lenses and fast delivery. Highly recommend.

  The lens came under-protected in a damaged box. The lens had actually come out of its packaging, was bouncing around loose, and was close to falling out of the packing box. That was a first, as usually Park' does very well with shipping. The lens itself feels flimsy, and was far less fun to use that I anticipated. It has been a disappointment. So it works as it is supposed to. Just not my cup of tea.

  Peak Design Travel Tripod If you're reading this, you know about the advantages of this tripod. Other users will attest about how good it is. My favorite part is how easy to replace a broken part. I contacted PARK AVE CAMS, and they had the replacement shipped by the next day, and I was back in business in no time' best tripod ever.

  Bought a Horseman Apo-Rodagon-N 80mm f/4.0 on the weekend and knowing my luck it went on sale a few days later. Couldn't refund the difference which is explicable but offered me a B+W 40.5mm UV to cover the loss (had the same thing happen elsewhere and many other places won't offer anything).   I bought a Nikon D810 and AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8 today from a lovely gentleman. His knowledge was extensive, he was able to offer me options and was a pleasure to buy from! The pricing was excellent when compared to competitors. The customer service here is fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you have no knowledge, a little knowledge, or are experienced.
