  Usually good price and service. I was put off today though as a guy said they wouldn't price match an item what was only $30 less than what they had it for. I asked about the weight of the lens he said you can feel how heavy it is though the box and that all Tamron lenses are front heavy. This is a $2000 Telephoto Zoom Lens. Your loss.

  The perfect camera shop for the filmmaker! I rented the Canon XA50 for 2 weeks and fell in love with it all over again. Filmed a ton of footage with it and enjoyed the process very much. It's not a perfect camera, but it provides me with everything I need right now all in 1 package. As a minimalist filmmaker, I want to carry as little gear as possible. And with this camera, I rarely need anything else to film run & gun documentary-style footage. It's pretty good for vlogging too!

  I am a semi-pro/advanced amateur photographer, and I always wondered if I should buy professional or amateur gear. But I am absolutely loving this camera!! I got it about a month ago & have been using it heavily ever since. I primarily use it at horse shows & horse portraiture but also use it in many other situations as well such as weddings. PARK AVE CAM included extra freebies (MB-D12, battery, 64 GB SD card, and bag) which were highly appreciated. Five out of 5 star experience, easy. Thank you!

  As a 73 yr old advanced photographer, while I don't use heavy DSLRs or mirrorless, I find that when ever I'm out I'm never on a level surface. I was looking for a new tripod that was light weight, sturdy, easy to operate and not break the bank. I purchased Mefoto tripod at Park' on 7/16/2021. It pretty good quality. So far it has met my expectations 100%.

  Ordered a Pentax K-3 Mark III with 40mm f2.8 lens kit (Black). Spoke to customer service the following day as i did not have immediate confirmation as the lens was not in stock. Fraser in customer service was fantastic. Spoke to Pentax directly and updated me with new details. Ended up being shipped the following day and received within 4 business days from original order date. I am relatively new to bird photography, and this camera has performed beautifully so far.

  I started doing business with Park' back in the mid 1990s and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of photographic and related equipment. I have never had a problem. Let's use my most current photographic acquisition, as an example of unsurpassed selection, great pricing, and awesome customer service. I just purchased the Canon EOS 5DS R , EF 50mm f1.8 lens, battery chargers, batteries, VIDEO& PHOTO Editing software and Vello FreeWave shutter release. The total price, delivered to my door, in Houston, Texas within a couple of business days, was $474.00. Let's see Adorama, Amazon, Sammy's, etc. do any better. Not to say that there are never any mishaps. With this transaction, the delivery box had a hole punched in it. I called Customer Service and it was decided, at my suggestion, that I accept the delivery and check the product. When I opened the box there didn't appear to be any damages.

  Massive fan of Alex's fantastic customer service and the amazingly low price for my Sony Alpha a7S iii. Closest price match provided by competitors was $400 off the price at Park Ave Cameras and ordered the camera over the phone, had it shipped to Maryland from New York in 24 hours. Overall, honestly couldn't be happier.

  I wanted a 360 camera that I could use indoors for real estate tours, as well as a camera that I could use outdoors in sunlight for garden and yard tours. The Theta Z1 fits the bill. I have ordered online with Park Ave Cameras twice and I cannot say nothing more then a prompt service and kind sales assistance. Their live chat is great when you need help with the products or anything regarding your order. I have very positive experience and I would recommend this store to others, 100%.   This is a shop located in the downtown New York, the equipment in the shop is very premium in quality, the staff are very warm. I bought the lens here today, and I am especially grateful to Christopher for his tremendous help. He was very patient and helped me choose the product. Even though I spent a lot of time, He was patient and professional. Just because of the good service, I think this store is great. I will consider shopping again.   With last minute Black Friday shopping and one last thing to purchase, I called Park Ave Cameras and spoke with Christopher. He was extremely helpful and professional.   Superb service and excellent deal Answered my queries quickly and comprehensively, got my superb deal which took one day longer than normal. That turned out to be a technique PARK AVE Camera use as part of their business model, and which I could/would not begrudge since it meant I bought one of the latest devices at a massive saving.
