  When it comes to electronic gear, I've recently been finding that Park ave Cameras has far more selection than other sites I've typically used (like Amazon or Best Buy) while still offering the same benefits and service as said sites (a no-fuss returns process, helpful customer support, and so on).   I live a live on the other side of the world from Park Ave but they are so reliable I feel as confident ordering from them. I recently Ordered an Underwater Housing for my smartphone. It has Easy instructions to use and everything about it seems to be of a high quality craftsmanship. I can even use it out of water. Great service and the only store I order from online.

  Delivery was fast. My Nikon D3500 camera took less than 2 days to arrive. I just don't give it 5 stars because after the purchase I couldn't log into my account anymore. But they responded to every email I sent and always gave me feedback about the order and its status. We'll see if the warranty works well too. For now, all OK.

  I'm a professional photographer and I've spent thousands of dollars in this store. So far, I've never had an issue with Park Ave Cameras, and I hope it stays that way. I don't see any reason why there would be, but I'm just saying. Even when I had an issue with a return, there was no problem and they solved it right away. I really only have good things to say about this Store, and I intend on shopping there. Hopefully for another 30 years, if I last that long!

  I recently purchased a Nikon D3500 camera for content creation. I Have been using this camera for two weeks now and it does what it was designed to do. It is very intuitive and the various settings allow the user a wide range of scenes that will be properly exposed. Their Website is Easy to order and great follow up. I was very impressed as a first time shopper. The added security follow up on an expensive purchase was a particularly special touch. This provided peace of mind and added security which I found over and above what some other online retailers do. The camera came well packaged.

  I've been shopping at Park Ave Cameras for several years; they have a huge selection of photo, video and consumer electronics. Their website is very easy to navigate and their search function works great! Their prices are very competitive and they often run sales deals on the products that people want.   Online Shopping Doesn't Get Better Than Park Ave Cameras. Pricing is always competitive and their vast Used Camera Equipment section is like finding treasure when trying to find top shelf equipment at a great price with realistic condition reports.   I ordered my Canon 5DS R camera from this store on 01/09/2021 to film a travel documentary. and later sold it and now I bought a Canon R5. A truly outstanding camera.   I'm a travel writer/photographer and shoot in at least 20 countries a year. I received the Panasonic Lumix ZS100 digital camera as part of my participation. All opinions are my own. I have to comment on the service from Park Ave Cameras. I live in Toronto, Canada area and I ordered this camera online early in the morning. It was delivered to my office by noon the next day, less than thirty six hours from New York to Toronto. Not only was the service incredible, but the total price with the free accessories made buying from Park', a small US Company is a no-brainer. I give both the camera and Park' five stars out of five.

  I recently bought a Celestron StarSense explorer LT80 az. The telescope is brilliant, Park Ave cameras are very efficient and I received my telescope within days. I had an issue with a setscrew in the diagonal and there customer service was fantastic, A lady called Ann was so quick to respond, and resolved the problem right away. Very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend this shop.

  Best recommendation by Alex Kaufmann! I had received a Park Ave Cameras gift certificate from my wife who is a fine art photographer. I was in the market for a new Lens for my GH5. The last minute I decided I wanted a point and shoot. I was put in contact with Jeremy in the tech help department and after telling him my needs he recommended the Canon PowerShot SX70 HS. I love this fully loaded camera. The pictures are sharp and it is easy to carry around the city. I was very impressed with the technical help I received from Park Ave Cameras. Thanks.

  Be aware about return policy Be aware, if you buy something and would like to return it, you will have to go to the local post office and PAY money for RETURN, I just had my camera lens from them for $525.17 it was not sharp enough and had huge back focus and when I decided to return it, I paid 8.99 for return, this is company policy.

  Excellent experience and purchase Was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a second hand camera however the website with a six month guarantee went a long way to reassure me. Further looking into camera options and speaking to Alex my choice was mapped out for me. As a result my photography has improved and the quality of images are clear and precise.   Huge camera store, if you need ball heads they have it. Prices seemed reasonable for the huge number of Tripod Heads for Still Photography and accessories they have. Staff seemed a little up them selves but they knew what they needed to and were helpful when approached. Definitely check out the used photography section upstairs.

  Nikon Full-frame The 850 is a phenomenal piece of technology. It has excellent dynamic range and focus stacking which is a wonderful feature for product, food and landscape photographers. It's high iso performance is excellent. There is little reason to buy anything other than the D850. It does a much more accurate job of handling complicated lighting situations with ease. Unlike my old Nikon D200, it comes with a a much more sophisticated in-camera light metering system. not worry about digital noise in a low-light environment, whether indoors or outdoors.

  Perfect for birds nature This Sony HX-400V is my bridge from Sony Cybershot compact to better zoom, more control. It is capable of taking great shots of eagles high up in the trees, and close-ups of loons. Great price and service at PARK AVE CAMERAs. Amazing really, I bought a used bridge camera first from Park Ave Cameras; Not the right choice, I knew it immediately. Packed it back up carefully, returned it, did a little more research. Happy.

  Nickel-and-dime transactions Let down really. It said both on the website, and during the majority of the PayPal payment process that it was free shipping, yet I was charged $12.50 more and at no point is it mentioned until I got my receipt (and even that doesn't explain the extra, just treats it as the price). Used PARK AVE cameras because I want to support the business rather than someone like amazon. So a little disappointed (it may be PayPal's fault but still) this happened.

  Fantastic. I ordered the camera at 11.45 on Thursday 16/9/21 and it was delivered to me in Maryland at 11.39 on Saturday 18/9/21. Everything is as described. All I need to do now is charge the battery and get photographing - I can read the instruction book, which is about half of the weight of the package, while the battery charges. Thank you for such excellent service.

  Online order wasn't processed for over a week. I placed an order for a camera case online after having to create an account & accept numerous etc. (was a bit of a fuss) I assumed my order was sorted and on it's way (just taking it's time) rang them up around 7 days later and they said my order has never been processed.. this being said they did send it special delivery the next day which was a good thing

  I ordered a camera from Park Ave Cameras. A few days later I was contacted to say they could not supply what I wanted. However, they communicated quickly at every stage thereafter and refunded my money instantly via PayPal. They offered an alternative which was not what I wanted, but that's not their fault. I think their website is in sore need of a revamp, but I cannot fault their response when something went wrong.

  Birmingham camera bag I ordered a camera bag on a Monday evening when I noticed the great price being offered. The bag arrived on the Wednesday and was just as advertised.   Wonderful camera, Excellent accessory kit! What a great bonus on top of an already great camera. Big thanks to Park Ave Cameras for offering this collection of accessories. The bag is great, love it. CFExpress card is fast (not huge, but great for getting started), and the extra battery rounds out the deal. I just feel so confident right out of the shop with this kit. One thing I wish I also did was order a matching Full Frame lens to go with this kit. Park Ave Cameras has a great selection, and the options offered with this camera were ideal and at a good price point. Seriously happy with this Sony camera, accessory kit, and Park Ave Cameras overall.

  Happy with Purchase Bought Tamron lens for Canon mirrorless - 16mm F1.4 - arrived timely with lens protector, worked fine. I had thrown away the packaging and tried registering lens for 3 yr Canon US warranty. Somehow Sigma asks for lens bar code which is on the packaging - very inconvenient. Called up Park Ave cameras, polite people, helped out with bar code and lens was registered. Happy and will use again.

  Excellent Service, very impressed! I ordered a Epson SureColor T3475 24" Wide-Format Wireless Printer from Park Ave Cameras on a Friday morning expecting delivery in a few days - very surprised to take delivery early Saturday morning. Their price on the scanner was well below other dealers and they were one of the few that had stock. All in all, excellent service - I will certainly be using them again.

  I purchased a Canon Rebel SL3 a couple of nights ago. I was debating whether to buy from the site, although the price was cheaper then elsewhere, I was reading quite a few negative comments about deliveries and service. I took the plunge and purchased and am very happy with the service I received. I received updates on progression of order and dispatch and received a few days later well boxed and sent special delivery. Glad I made the purchase.

  Good GoPro HERO8 Kit at Reasonable Price I purchased this kit because it was only slightly dearer than if I were to buy the HERO7 individually. I wasn't expecting the accompanying accessories to be as good a quality as they are, particularly the Ruggard EVA Case. Worth the extra money, and cheaper than if you were to buy these accessories separately.

  Out of stock on a lot of cameras and lenses. Everybody is sayin' that it's been like this since March of last year. Otherwise, knowledgeable gun counter and they are pretty well stocked up on DJI gear.

  Some staff are very knowledgeable and helpful then you get a guy like today who didn't know much and was pretty rude when I asked him questions. And then charged me more for the 6D MK II then was listed in the add. Going to look for another place to get my Canon cameras from. I dont like service like that.

  Canon EF 24-70mm F/2.8 lens We purchased this for a BMPCC 6K and a RED Dragon, so no harm no foul. Still, from playing with it on our 5D between that range, the image is beautiful, though some visible distortion occurs while zooming. Sharper than I even expected. This thing is built like a tank. Overall great purchase and happy with it.

  Huge store with lots of equipment. A great one-stop-shop for all things photography. They even have film rolls and dark room paper for old school photographers like myself. They also carry some dark room chemicals.

  Canon XA11 Camcorder arrived in original packaging and within 5 days. The shipment packaging was good and protected the item very well.   Don't use Big stores or any other site to buy your photo/video equipment. These guys are top notch and very friendly. They got my camera cleaned and back to me sooner than expected. Kaufman was extremely helpful answering all my questions about my Canon and my questions about purchasing a new camera.
