  Warranty doesn't apply in US Bought a Brother printer from them which arrived quickly. On receipt only a single cartrige, called them and that's when I realized they are based in NY, so the website and advertising in other states means nothing. When I registered the monitor with Brother they advised because this item was sold through Parkavecameras.com in NY their warranty won't apply in the US. The contact with Park Ave Cams has been easy by e mail with quick response and they have been really helpful. They will supply their own 3 year warranty but to register with them for this I have to raise a review and supply the link to them so I'll supply this. Of course this would mean with any issues it will have to go back to them and not Brother.

  The King of photography backpacks The Tamrac Tradewind 18 backpack is very nice well constructed with lots of storage. Would of been nice to see a RFID pocket for wallets and passports but not a deal breaker.   Excellent customer service!! I would really recommend Park Ave Cameras. I have recently purchased a camera and lens and found the technical support and advice from Christopher to be excellent. It took me a while to choose a camera but Christopher and the other staff were happy to help and did not rush me in making my decision. They were happy to answer all of my questions and were very patient even though I made several visits to the showroom and made a few calls with questions about the cameras. I am very pleased with my purchase, the support that I had in choosing it and the fact that Will and the other staff are happy to share their technical expertise!

  Most excellent customer service. Five + stars actually. A special word of thanks goes out to the manager at this location ALEX KAUFMANN, who helped me out a great deal with my purchase. This had to be done over the phone, as I currently reside in New Jersey. Ended up getting a Canon R5 with 24-105mm f/4L lens in pristine condition. It's a marvellous camera and I could not be happier. Also a big word of thanks to Christopher H. in the customer support order department who made the whole process seamless.   The sales rep who approached us knowledge of the camera is not very solid. The former service staff is obviously compared with the person who is following the service. The interior decoration is very good, but there are not many real cameras to see.

  This Rode Videopro mic was purchased for use in a high school TV Production course. So far it has worked great when interviewing several people at once. The sound quality is good and exactly what we needed. Their consultant Christopher was most attentive. I can highly recommend them.

  Still my go-to store for landscape and wildlife photography gear even though it's only online now. Bought my first DSLR here in 2021 and received terrific service from Chris.   Excellent Camera! I use the Fuji X-T3 camera for nature photography and also for events. I am very happy with the camera. The best stage show pictures I have ever taken were done with this camera. Nice and sharp focus and great exposure in combination with my Speedlite flash.

  Great bargain at PARK AVE CAMERAS. Upgraded from a EOS C100 Mark II and am blown away by the difference. Loved my C100 still do, but this C300 Mark II is quick. I am just a casual filmmaker. Still getting to know this camera but the picture quality is great, the quickness is great and it fit the current budget. Fantastic Service by Christopher, very happy with my products and the store presentation and attention to detail. Very highly recommended - A1 ++++++++

  At the Top of the Heap! I have only had this Pentax ME Super camera for bout 2 weeks , but I am already enjoying it. I am a recent convert from film to digital. I chose this Nikon D500 camera because of the magnesium alloy body and because I thought many of the basic features would be similar to the ME Super film bodies I already own. So far, I have not been disappointed. There is a learning curve from film to digital, but the instruction video is helping a lot. I would definitely recommend this camera and Park Ave Cameras. There service was top notch.

  I bought a lot camera products in NY city in the past two years. Overall, the price is lower than any other camera shops in Midtown Manhattan. The only thing they need to improve is the attitude of the staff : make me feel like a kid in a candy shop. Anyway, I can give 5 stars because the their price is really good!

  So I purchased the a7 ii mostly for beginner photography. I am using this camera for 2 weeks now and I am very happy with the camera. I bought this camera as a replacement to my t7. I am amazed with the autofocus system, the very fast and accurate shooting, the extra memory card and I found the camera very easy to use it as a t7 owner. One of the negatives of this camera is a little bit heavy but that's the trade off you get for a heavy duty camera. This is a high recommended tool for high quality still photography.

  Was shopping for a Tiffen 77mm ND filter on this street. KEH's wanted over $200. For the very same filter, PARK AVE CAMERAS had it marked at $129.95. Without even asking, the salesman gave me a deal and sold it to me for $110! Excellent service and will obviously shop here again.

  I'm a 16 year old and have been getting into photography for about half a year and was looking for some camera equipment and found this shop and all I could say is that its a Great camera shop with really nice staff and its not too ostentatious and has great prices for all camera needs. I purchased an Azden mic, lens cleaner as well as a Hoya 77mm Digital Filter Kit II and was $15 short but one of the staff members didn't really mind and let me purchase it for $15 cheaper.   The Best Camera Store in the US Market! Coming from a 20-year old Leica film user, Leica SL2-S is breath of fresh air. The 24-70mm f/2.8 Lens (US/EU/JP) is phenomenal, and the sensor in the SL2-S is by far the best of what Leica has to offer. Its focusing system works every time. The SL2-S body is much smaller than my film camera, yet it feels extremely sturdy and well-made. Bonus for me to purchase from PARK AVE CAMERAS because they include a few accessories from free!

  This is the Park Ave Cameras stand inside a multicomplex plaza. This is not a repair shop unlike the category says, you can only purchase photography products. They have a wide range at display with the latest products but we gave 3 stars because the category includes repairs which they don't do, and the camera repair experience shop down the road offer a more comprehensive range of products with Pentax specialists. I would recommend to stop by this outlet only of you are strolling around the department store, otherwise go to the main Pentax experience store where they also offer appointments for repairs.

  Incredible quality and sharpness - great for medium format This Hasselblad X1D II camera is lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it mostly for motorsports pictures, where I can crop the image and still have high resolution. And PARK AVE CAMERAS threw in an extra battery and sd cars and carrying bag to boot. Very happy I go this camera.

  I bought a B&W Film chemistry which was cheap but it was torn in transit and arrived when exposed to extreme temperature and useless. I'll have to visit a local shop for darkroom equipment supplies. On this aspect only, they're unreliable.

  The sony a7r iv camera is great, its just what I expected and more. The kit is nice, the bag is well made and the memory is what is more worth about the kit. I'm not a fan of off-brand accessories like the Watson battery but is there and I'll have just in case.

  PARK AVE CAMERAS is the best, they are the only place I go for any of my large format lenses/view camera needs. The staff is always professional, very helpful and courteous. They are all a great group of people. They are also very reasonably priced. I travel 30 miles just to go the PARK AVE CAMERAS. Nobody beats them.

  I bought a new Nikon Z 50, my first mirrorless camera with 16-50mm and 50-250mm lenses a couple weeks ago. Alex Kaufman was extremely patient as he assisted me in the pre-purchasing evaluation process (lengthy mostly due to my financial crunch}, and was very informative to help me with my purchase decisions. He made what would have seemed like forever, seem short. This is my second camera purchased from the company and I doubt it will be my last.

  I purchased a RODE SM-2 mic mounting from Park Ave Cameras because it was the cheapest available. The product was faulty and Park Ave Cameras replaced the item after I returned it to them.

  Elmo MX-P2 video presenter that I received had a myriad of issues: --The manual for setting it up were obsolete. Tweaks were made that make job easier. --The cable appeared to be defective. --After many hours of discussion with the technical support team, it turned out that my Elmo MX-P2 was defective too. --I am awaiting the replacement that is being sent by the company and I have the packaging to return the faulty one to the company.

  Super Awesome Beginner to Intermediate Photographer. Jumping from a Canon Rebel XTi this M50 is such a small and light camera. It takes great pictures and the focusing is accurate and keeps up with my fast moving kids. At $699, considering it comes with a kit lens this is such a good value in my opinion.
