  Thanks to Park Ave Cameras, my Fujifilm GFX 50S arrived four days earlier than originally scheduled.   The gear options kept in stock in the store seem to cater to the handycam camera/video needs. It is sometimes difficult to get higher level gear. Prices never as good as what you can get online. If they have the gear in-stock so I can see/feel it, I buy there (even at the higher price). If not, I buy from other sources to take advantage of price.

  Good detail in both video and stills from the DJI Mini 2 Fly. Easy to use menus. Lightweight. This drone was recommended to me by an art professor. I heartily recommend the shop as well.

  A Great Camera at a great price! I normally always buy used camera gear, but when I saw the great price for a new Olympus PEN E-PL9 with 25mm f2.8 at P.A.C it was a no brainer. I got a brand new camera for what other shops are asking for used gear. The bundled memory card, extra battery and camera bag made it even sweeter!

  ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 One of the best purchases I've ever made at PARK AVE CAMERAS. Excellent laptop 2 in 1. I've had other Thinkpad models, but this one is much better than the others. It's very fast, efficient, the programs run very well. The colors of the screen are very fine and also has very good speakers. I use it as a personal laptop and for work. Highly recommended place.

  Park Ave Cameras GVM lighting kit Generally good service and item arrived within a reasonable time. Package showed signs of damage but couldn’t determine whether this was as sent or probably due to careless handling by courier. No warning signs on packing to say fragile and this was a unit with delicate LCD and moving Fixtures so was quite surprised at that.

  Love My New Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III!! This camera shop has given me a newfound meaning to appreciating art and photography. I am a beginner but with the lessons I've looked into and continuous learning, I truly love this E-M5 camera from P.A.C. Alex and Christopher B in the shop gave me so much of their time. I had been deliberating over the camera for a few months, and with their advice and knowledge (as photographers themselves), I could finally make an informed decision. They also sorted me out with a strap, filter and bag, and even helped me get to grips with the camera I was buying them for. I'm super grateful and really chuffed to have found somewhere I trust and enjoy visiting to buy my equipment.

  I always get my camera lens changed here. They don't charge soo much and they do a great job. They are one of New York's best for Photography in my opinion. The customer service there is always amazing. They know their profession very well and I would recommend them to everyone. The place is clean, and organized as far as photography is concerned.

  We ordered two Olympus digital cameras on the same date from this company. One arrived very quickly, the other a few weeks later. We weren't aware of the delay when we ordered and had to message to find out why the camera hadn't turned up. A reply came promptly with a delivery date.   Very helpful and efficient I was looking for Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Lydith 30mm f/3.5 and they got it sent from another one of their stores without even knowing I was going to purchase them.   Great shop for Multi-Brand Mirrorless Lenses! Purchased this Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO for use in video production at my local church and wedding settings. Functions great in low light and produces a great image. Lovely welcoming staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Obviously a business that has survived a long time on it's fine reputation and service. Well worth a visit and supporting.

  Old dogs can learn new tricks Bought a Nikon FM from PAC to resuscitate my passion for film. Had to go back to be taught how to use it because I'm oldish and find new tricks difficult. Couldn't ask for more from them. Helpful, informative, funny and obviously happy in their work. If I had more cash to spend on camera related equipment I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5* rating isn't high enough.

  Fast and competent service For the second time i ordered a DSLR from parkavecameras.com , This time was a Nikon D7500 and they were one of the few stores with stock, two days later i had the package at the office, everything well protected for transport. I also got a 50mm 1.8G , the Special Edition, and P.com is the only store selling them! Excellent service, fast communication. Recommended !

  On balance, I think I would order from this company again because they (eventually) did the right thing. A week ago I wrote the review below but before they had seen it a member of their team was in touch to say they would issue a refund since my camera seemed to have got lost somewhere. The same day I received an email from someone else at the firm saying they wouldn't issue a refund. So, the left hand clearly doesn't know what the right hand is doing. However, in fairness, they re-credited my credit card immediately. I suspect that the service would be much better if I was in their state. Anyway, they emailed and asked me to revise this review and fair is fair... I have. If the camera ever turns up (ha ha ha) I shall then have to work out how to pay for it again!

  What a great shop! I don't shop there often enough since it's long from where I live. However, when I do it's a very gratifying experience. Super friendly staff and very competitive pricing. I stopped in on a whim to find a DJI Mavic 2 drone for my wildlife photography. I had low expectations since no where else seemed to have what I was looking for. Bingo! They had the best drone at an excellent price.

  I purchased a Sony FX6 for recording my content, but I never received it. They refunded me my money eventually. So I decided to give them a second chance and tried them again. I ended up buying a C300 Mark III. Lets say I am not impressed with this company as I never received the wanted gear either.

  Excellent service from Alex Kaufman and Christopher at PARK AVE CAMERAs. Not only did they have the best price in the US for a specific Swarovski scope, but the sales process was flawless. I needed the scope plus tax reclaim form delivered to a hotel in Manhattan that I was spending 2 days in before flying out of the United States.   Brilliant service from Kaufman, I bought a Nikon 18-300mm f/3.5 lens and after one month I found I had only used it twice due to the weight , I contacted the store and they let me swap to a lighter option Nikon 500mm f/5.6. Their communication was clear I was kept up to date and everything they promised they did !! Quite rare in this day and age . I will be definitely be using this store for all my photography needs in future . Thanks.

  This place is brilliant! I hadn't got a clue what I wanted as I didn't know one end of a drone from the other. The owner spoke to me at length about my needs and what I was going to use it for before recommending a Mavic 2 . I must say I am more than happy with it and the price was amazing!

  Sigma Fan Park Ave Cameras has a comprehensive Sigma store with SLR lenses, mirrorless lenses, Cine, lenses from Sigma as well as cameras. The only place to find hard-to-find Sigma teleconverters, lens accessories, flashes and more. We found a Sigma strap holder for my fp camera that we couldn't get online.
