  I received my camera...in the end. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing after placing the order online, I rang customer service and they said there were delays and they were waiting on the shipment. Ok, no worries, but they could have let me know. Another 2 weeks went by and still no correspondence, so I rang them again. My order was sitting there packed and ready to be shipped (for how long I don't know) but a security red flag had been raised by my bank ( they couldn't tell me who or why). After they put me on hold a few times they agreed to send it by express and my m50 arrived the following day. Poor communication from park ave cameras but a hectic time of year so it is what it is.

  Astounding camera!! This Sony Alpha 1 was ordered primarily for bird photography, particularly birds in flight. With the exquisite autofocus and the high resolution it is far ahead of any competition. Expensive to be sure, but worth every penny.

  Very competitive price, ordered riflescopes but they were not in stock, I was kept fully informed asked if I wanted to wait for stock or get a full refund, I agreed to wait as the price was very competitive, Leupold VX-3i 1.75-6x32mm riflescope arrived within the time frame advised with an added security level to ensure there was no fraudulent activity on my credit card - very impressed and reassured - thanks park ave cameras:)

  I went to buy the Mavic 2 the last day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Asked if he can price match on the accessories I showed my phone with a discounted price, no questions asked he just gave the discount right away. Love my drone. I am a student and they were able to give me a student price with the discount. Thanks for the wonderful service guys. It's good to pickup in-store sometime rather than wait a week for the deliveries.

  Great service - amazing price. Spotted an astroimaging camera at a great price, cheaper than everywhere else.   Haven't received my items yet, but have been assisted greatly throughout the process of purchasing expensive items online, have been informed sufficiently, in my opinion, of the items and even though my questions might have been considered irritating by some, Heather at Park Ave Cameras did not budge and answered everything with utter kindness.   Great product, great service! I recently ordered a Nikon Z 6II, and was just giving it some time before posting my review. I am very happy with the product and the service I've received from PARK AVE camera. The delivery time initially was about 7 to 10 days, as I chose Standard Delivery, but then I received an email from Emma Miller saying that I had been upgraded at no cost, to Express Delivery, so instead of waiting 1 week or more, my phone was delivered in 2 days! Emma also showed great care and costumer service by kindly ask me to let her know when I was in safe possession of my order. I will definitely recommend this shop! Thank you!

There had been a slight misunderstanding between us about my order, and not only did I get a speedy response to a query, but as the situation evolved throughout the morning it subsequently provided an opportunity for Park Ave Cameras to exhibit exceptional integrity and ironclad commitment to exemplary customer service, even though doing so cost them substantial profit. It's a rare treat to see people put their values so far ahead of the financial bottom line, but I have now had one of the clearest illustrations of putting customers before profit I've ever known. These are exactly the kind of excellent trustworthy people I want to buy my wildlife/landscape photography kit from, and I'll be recommending them to my club and dive buddies. This is a great business ran from very passionate people, that offer no-nonsense advice and offer very high quality products for all budgets. Alex the owner and Chris his assis are always very welcoming and never fail to make you feel like at home. If you are a lover of any field of photography this shop is a must visit!

  I've used them a number of times and gotten fair service, but one time I took in a Sigma Art lens for repair. It was improperly reassembled and I took it back for warranty repair. Now they claim that they don't have the lens. Now I'm out $1100. $700 lens and $400 paid for the repair?

  I came here a few years back and was ordering some chemistry for a student darkroom project. For a bunch of students who basically don’t know anything, they were super awesome to us.   This is New York's hidden gem for photography service. Since finding these people years ago, I have not returned to B&H or Adorama or any of the BIG chains. At Park Ave Cameras I have received good, old school customer service. Nobody tries to sell me anything. They educate and guide me through my problem solving. Of course I buy stuff there! Why would I go any place else? This is my "go-to" place for studio supplies and photo accessories. They try fixing before pushing replacements. I would add more stars to this review if that would make a difference. I recommend these good people highly indeed.

  Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR Lens Found F-Mount Lens/DX Format (refurbished) on there website at most competitive price with free delivery so went for it and bought it online. Arrived in 2 days with tracking info and arrived packed well. New lens and registered with Nikon's website and got 3 yrs warranty. Lens works well with z6ii, very sharp. No problems with purchase and delivery will use them again if I find something I want at competitive price.

  My first DSLR, outgrew my superzoom camera in a long time. Love the Pentax K-1 Mark II camera quality and am enjoying getting to know the features.   Straight forward, quick, process for selling, with good customer service if required. I had rated my items as in good condition but P.A.C uprated them all as excellent and paid the higher rate, i doubt many retailers would do that.

  Really impressed. Went there today and not only did they have everything I needed available it was an excellent price. The fella who owns it is incredibly passionate about what he does and an absolute encyclopedia of drone knowledge. I can say with confidence that I will come here before looking elsewhere. Anyone interested in aerial photography/videography I highly highly suggest these guys.

  Excellent sound I use this Rode SmartLav+ with the Wireless Go and it works great. You will need the adapter to use this with the Wireless Go but with phones it works right out of the box.

  I am a professional wedding and portrait photographer and just recently replaced switched from D850 to Z6II with the help of this guy. Park Ave Cameras is my first stop as a seasoned expert and its an amazing little shop and give out plenty of advice and I am blown away by the Z6ii's capabilities. Since I primarily photograph weddings with my cameras I am already flirting with the idea to replace my other DSLRs and make my rig completely mirrorless. The quality upgrade in light, clarity, and color is drastic. I also purchased the lens adapter so that I could continue to use my native lenses and everything has been working seamlessly.
