  A sophisticated point-and-shoot camera, the Lumix DMC ZS-50 is a killer deal for beginners! The viewfinder is definitely a big plus. The image stabilization on the ZS-50 is excellent. For someone who is looking for a compact, light, portable travel camera for family photos, adventures, or casual nature photography I think the Lumix DMC ZS-50 is a winner. Park Ave Cameras shipped fast and safely packed in extra bubble wraps. Highly recommend

  What lovely staff - Alex was so kind and helpful today when we showed up at the shop inadvertently as we were oblivious that they were mainly an online based store. We were able to pick up our new macro lens regardless and examine/test it prior to purchase. Thanks for being so helpful.

  I recently purchased a Leica Noctilux-M 50mm f/1.2 lens form PARK AVE CAMERA store. It was a special order made on Saturday, they had it at my door the next day. The staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. I have made a few purchases from them and have always had a positive experience. It was no different from a Leica store only easier as I did not need to travel as far. I defiantly would not hesitate to shop with them again.

  The D780 is impressive in the wild birds photography field. It's not the best birds in flight photography camera, but the D780 has features that, while not specifically designed for wild bird photography, certainly gave me all the features i need. Shutter speed up to 1/8000 sec to freeze wings in motion, 7 frames per second to capture short bursts action, live viewing on the LED display so you can keep track of birds while watching your composition. All the megapixels, exposure settings, and image processing that you could hope for. Highly recommend Park Ave Cameras!

  I never knew this Kaiser Battery Contact Cleaner existed until I visited this shop and it's effective for the job. Took less hassle to wipe out oxidized and dusty battery edges, circuit surfaces and other hard-to-reach areas. The contact cleaner is in a handy pencil form with twist-out tip, that extends by twisting, similar to my girlfriend's lipstick.

  I got a Canon Speedlite 600EX II-RT, I'm thoroughly impressed. Superb build quality, fast recharge times, Excellent wireless connectivity and tough as old boots. I highly recommend this unit if you're willing to pay a few more bucks. I was pleasantly surprised to see the price and that combined with first-rate materials and capabilities, made this offer unbeatable. Review comes from a 30 year customer!

  I was desperate to buy a vertical grip. The PAC store had one in stock, but did advise there was no box. I went into the store, purchased the VG-XT4 with no box for $390. I came home just to double check the price and to my awe, they had it on their site now for $329.00 and no doubt would be in a box. Left disappointed!

  At this point, I am extremely satisfied with my EOS 90D Canon camera video creator kit. This package was actually very substantial with multiple batteries and 2 lenses, DM-E100 Directional Microphone, and a 32GB SDHC memory card. I was very pleased with the cost and the shipping. The kit itself is a bang for the buck. It's easy to use yet full of many features. I was surprised at how much I am able to wring out of it at this juncture. A great addition to my arsenal.

  Have only dealt once with this little store and this was a great monocular. The Vortex solo 10x36 is lightweight, the lenses have very supreme clarity and the magnification is perfect. It can be held still to get clear details. I take it hiking with me to watch the wildlife. Excellent monocular for the price; crisp, clear, and compact. Would definitely recommend them for monocular. Worth every penny 100%

  I like the tablet but, prior to ordering I was told that it has a Ruggard Sling Bag and screen protector. It does not which is a problem. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite works fine but not sure it is worth the price.

  I'm a portrait and wedding photographer and as my business has rapidly expanded, I popped into this store lately to painstakingly compare the 5D MK IV and the Sony Alpha a7 iii, the new Sony A7 III – seems like a lot of camera for the money, whereas the mkIV is more of the same but slightly better in a few areas. The 5d IV was the obvious choice, but I felt the amount of innovation and proper upgrades are minimal. I bought the a7 iii. So far it's been sharp, easy to use, and has produced fantastic images for me. The higher range of native ISO is absolutely fantastic for low-light situations. AF system is reliable and smooth. The grip feels great, buttons are ergonomic. Very efficient and attentive with how they treat their customers even with random little issues like my impulsive buying!

  This is a shop located in the CBD flanked by large malls, the equipment in the shop is very premium, the staff are very warm. I bought the Leica Noctilux-M 50mm f/1.2 here today, and I am especially grateful to April for her help. She was very patient and helped me choose the product.   I wanted a developer for Ilford VC (MG) FB paper, got Ilford Multigrade Developer is easy to mix and produces high quality tones in the photographs. I use it with a community in a group of Middle school age students. Consistent, good shelf life. I do go through it pretty fast though.Highly recocomend

  This Omni 2x Barlow lens works with my 25mm and 10mm eyepieces that came with 'Celestron Astro Fi'. I wanted to use this Barlow on planets or the moon. A handy rule of thumb is that you can magnify 50-60X for every inch of aperture to see Neptune and it's gaseous giant sisters.Its always worth a visit to here if you're any level of astronomy/astro-imaging enthusiast. They have a ton of telescopes stuff especially their Celestron items.

  Even if you are just browsing, this store is worth checking out. As others have noted, most of the used gear is in really good shape. And as you might expect, prices for used gear vary with the quality rating. I found the staff helpful and patient. By enrolling in their loyalty card program, you can get a discount and a tax-free refund on the spot. Simply put, the price you pay is less than the sticker price. As to organization, you can find out on what floor the various brands of cameras and lenses are located by checking the guide at the entrance to the elevator.

  I have been buying and swapping Canon for over 30 years....this was my first camera experience with Park Ave Cameras Store of NYC. I wanted to swap out my Rebel iT7 for a Canon 5D Mark IV...... Alex Kaufman provided a fair reasonable trade in value. He was responsive and detailed oriented. I had to make a few calls with Christopher Higgins for some technical advice.   It's a store entirely full of protectors to protect your stuff in inclement weather! Their vast selection of camera rain covers, water-resistant eyepieces, waterproof lens covers, eyepiece shields, waterproof bags, and products that work with tripods keep you snapping away even in extreme conditions. If you're a photographer, that says it all. Of course it's worth a pilgrimage to PAC! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional. And then there are. All. Those. Rain guard.

  A friend and pro photographer suggested I look for the wildlife camera I sought at this shop. I also use a 70D. The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV I bought certainly brings more down the pikes. I have referred to the 5d mk iv as a beast, and with good reason. The high ISO range. the auto focus, the better processor make this a really amazing camera for bird/wildlife, portraits, and real estate photography. The 5d is very fast and responsive. It's great for just about anything. The consultants at PAC are great. The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV shipped on time and arrived on time. I always recommend PAC.

  I waited all year for this wonderful deal for the Nikon D850. I am a newbie photographer. I take photos of college school sports activities, basketball and softball player. I give the photos to the students and some school adm will give me a small token of appreciation. Now, with a larger sensor a flash I wont miss a shot. The camera is truly amazing.   Everything for underwater photographers. Very pleasant and fast service. The advice is good. If you do not know where to go to get housings or underwater video equipment and be sure you have choice and advice. There is a dedicated photo, video and used equipment store. You never seem to rub them the wrong way. Once they made a mistake, apologized and rectified the situation. It is unfortunately something that becomes rare suddenly it deserves to be noted.

  Park Ave Cameras is a commercial source for industrial lenses. I love this Tamron M118FM for the compact design little 29mm diameter, close-up resolution as a complement to varifocal lens 13VM308ASIRII. Unfortunately, it does not have the varifocal's versatility, it doesn't really focus any closer or do any better for a 1/2 CCD, and it doesn't have the varifocal clever slip-mount.

  I had rented a Sony a7iii before for a vacation and rented the Pentax 5 K II body multiple times for tennis tournaments. It's now a backup to my EOS R and for the cost, fantastic for sports photography. I went back to PAC for the second body and had another great transaction. I have shopped PAC for almost 15 years now, and their customer service is tops in my book. Every piece of equipment purchased from them (new, used, refurbished) has been as advertised and meets my expectations. No regrets here.

  I shoot a lot of Motorsports and birds in flight and have owned a Hasselblad X1D with the 90mm f/3.2 XCD Lens for over three years. I recently purchased this Mamiya 7 and after field testing it for two months I have to say it's a beast! More powerful than Hasselblad. A very special and spectacular place for birders/wildlife photographers, I recommend it

  A friendly and proficient consultant took all the time to advise me. I was able to handle the different lenses I had pre selected (not in other signs). It's not the most expensive camera that I was finally recommended. I do not regret having gone through New York. Finally Internet informed me and PAC advised and allowed me to handle. That's where I bought.

  I highly recommend to shop local and support their business! If you have questions about how to use gear, camera settings, etc, they are always willing to help walk you through it. You can also bring your gear in and have them fix it- they helped me fix a ton of things throughout the years (tripods, monopods, etc) and there's never been a time where they weren't able to help me.   This is an amazing shop! They have a wide variety of both new and used photographic equipment. The staff is highly knowledgeable and kind. It's very easy to find what you're looking for on the website, but you can also ask at the shop and they will quickly find out whether they have the item you look for in stock. Highly recommendable.

  I own the EW100 G3 lav system, but only one of them. I ordered the Sennheiser EW 112P G4 for a 2-person interview and used both systems (street). Great system. Defective cable. I tested it, and everything sounded great. I ordered a replacement proprietary XLR to 1/8 cable for $40, and it works well. They have a wide range of electronics to choose from at amazing prices

  My daughter wanted to upgrade from a point &shoot advanced camera and we found Park Ave Camera. Alex was incredibly patient and informative. He helped us find the camera most comfortable for my daughter and we truly enjoyed the experience. He went through the different options for lenses and accessories for her arsenal she chose tersely. We felt enlightened and confident that we left with everything we would need to get what we wanted out of our new D500. Working with PAC has always been a pleasure. Replacement camera looks new and has preformed great so far. More than pleased once again with Park Ave Camera's customer service.

  Many thanks to Alex Kaufman for his help and kindness. I bought a supercharged EOS-1D X Mark III this morning, the explanations were flawless, it helped me to start it, make the adjustments and gave me some tips for use. Really go there with your eyes closed! Plus the store which is very large with Plethora of choices!

  I recently upgraded my Nikon camera from a D3500 to the D5600 which I purchased from Park Ave Cameras. The purchase was seamless. Iconic company. Now the camera purchase was decided after much research. I am very pleased with this camera. The low light capability and the image quality is what I was seeking and the D5600 did not disappoint. The challenge now is to become somewhat familiar with most of the capabilities of the D5600. That said I will definitely deal with Park Ave Cameras in the future.

  JVC GY-HM170 camcorder from Park Ave Cameras is excellent in good light and not so good in low light. I love the quality of the 4K for production studio work and green screen shoots. It's doesn't come with all the bells and whistles that more overpriced cameras offer. The price makes this camera an excellent t choice for people on a budget.

  I have been shooting a lot of Pinhole film lately with my Holga and Diana cameras. I grabbed this Lomography F1120C3 120mm at PAC, it's a great film at a reasonable price, I just wish the colors were a little punchier. But still, I'll be ordering some more of this film when I run out!

  Great Communication with Park Ave Cameras. This Wine Country Camera 67mm Adapter Ring is very cheap to produce and sold at a very affordable price. BUT every penny you invest in it is worthy.   I've shot news, sports, weddings, portraits, and commercial as a a full-time photojournalist for a startup media company affiliated to Vanity Fair. I've bought dozens of cameras here including the 20D, 30D, 5D classic and 7D. Since I was getting more video based shots, I wanted a store that offered financing to get a 6K RED Epic Dragon. Stock It All DEPOT is very good photo shop next to Park Ave Street. The salespeople are very professional and attentive, and deliver relevant advice accessible to all.   We've used this Canon DM-100 MIC for four weeks, works great with the Canon G20 Camcorder. Great product and ultra fast shipping from Park Ave Cameras. The sound is far superior to my built in microphone and well worth the investment when filming live music. It is truly plug and play.

  Ordered a Lumens PC193 document camera, it's excellent, portable and easy to use. The DC193 can be hooked up directly to a projector or display via an HDMI cable. AND, it can be hooked up to computer for use with a interactive whiteboard.

  Had bought this LensCoat (Realtree Max4) to shield gear from the elements. Easy to attach when rain pending. Impossible to view camera screen fully when attached. Basically inefficient protection on-the-go.
