  Brilliant service from Park Ave- really impressed. Not so with B& H or Adorama. It took a 3 days to deliver from Manhattan to Cincinnati and their web-site continually showed the accurate delivery details. But apart from that I was very pleased with my experience with Park Ave Cameras. I will definitely be buying from them again.

  I'm not surprised they've customers beating at their door. Placed order late on Wednesday 2 Feb. 2020. I called Park Ave early the following morning (Thursday) and informed them that I had placed an order the night before. My order was pulled up and promptly processed. I received my beautiful Tamron lens on Monday 5 (I believe Stock It All is closed on Weekends). Fantastic. Will recommend!!!

  After buying Nikon SLR cameras, my wife and I learnt a lot on the photography tips they offer. What a fantastic and informative session, we left with a better understanding of what these types of cameras could do and how to get output. Went back to show James, the shop manager and salesperson, some of our photos only to be given even more help and advice, what more could you ask for - a next level lesson please.   Park Av is such a fantastic Camera shop. I highly recommend anyone looking for a well priced vintage with impeccable customer service to go here. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite, warm and helpful and despite not living in NYC anymore, I was able to send my camcorder back for repair and servicing for a extremely reasonable price. I love this store. You'd be a fool to not buy here...

  If you need a good camera repairing or servicing a Nikon or Canon or similar this is the place to go. Lots of lenses stuff for sale and they will offer you a decent price for your older equipment if you want to trade in your kit for an upgrade. Very helpful cheerful staff, go that extra little bit to make you happy.

  Super helpful staff. Guided me subtly to upgrade to my Sony equipment. I arrived with a mirror-less chassis that was more then I was looking for, but not in the league of the the 5D Mark IV model. Their suggestions and insights really made the difference. I felt confident in making my purchase there locally rather than an internet source like Amazon. I will be shopping there again for all my camera equipment investments.

  Best bang for my buck! The Sony g master 70-200mm lens from Park Ave has been a game-changer. They have efficient shipping policies, but then they took it to the next level and let me take home a rental lens until mine came in FREE OF CHARGE. Completely mesmerizing place.   Absolutely incredible camera store! When you put your foot into the door, its like stepping into whole new universe of a Cameraman, just for cameras! I was greeted by staff immediately. The same person took us around the shop got us what we needed immediately and made his sale. After making a sale the store assistant was still super helpful. He took us around the store and educated us on a few camera technologies, trends and lenses. Highly recommend stopping here for all your camera needs in New York.

  Informed people here! We've had some fruitful discussion with the salespeople when considering a showdown stacking different products against each other. The store layout is elegant with an inspiring aura and there's even room to stop in and hang out and chat with other photographers. It's very inviting. The summer festival was also really cool this year and they had great prices, some discounts, and tax free! It's absolutely worth the drive to go check it out!

  LOVES this place every time I visit NYC ! Lately I my camera dropped into a pool of ethanol in the lab and the lens later lost focus and damaged a major component. James at Park Ave Cameras told me the device could still work as ethanol isn't corrosive as water. Last before I left for Vegas, I popped in and purchased the Tamron 15-30 mm. It is ULTIMATELY a Hallmark of optical quality, and this store was so rich in product variety. Will definitely stop by here again!

  An excellent business that raises all guns for analog photography and celeb enthusiasts. Several times I was extensively and warmly advised. The film selection is excellent and the prices are fair!   I found a huge selection of cameras of all brands, even pocket and half format, but ultimately bought a Minolta 35mm SLR. Very good advice. Also an extremely large selection of films and a folder in which you can see sample photos of the different types of film. I've never seen anything like this.

  I am very happy with Park Ave Camera in NYC. The customer support is very professional at all times and the staff are all very nice. Regardless of whether the contact was made by phone, on site or by email. I was helped quickly and easily, and above all in a very accommodating manner, if I had a problem that I was responsible for. Excellent! With the internet and camera shops everywhere, most stores are a desert for excellence, but that doesn't apply to Park Ave Camera in New York. I would not have thought that there is still such a service-oriented business and then I find such a darling in New York of all places. A thousand thanks to Park Ave Camera & a thousand thanks to the team in New York!

  When I needed to print from my "old" collections of plaques and pictures, Park Ave Cameras came to my rescue. Being a 70 year old man who is not comfortable with the new technologies, I needed. But the people at ParkAve Cameras were extremely courteous and professional and made me feel at home.They helped me to salvage my old wealth of treasure from "old" files and cradled me like a kid!   I was feeling a crawl in my stomach after I locked myself out of my camera as my battery compartment had jammed. I visited Park Ave Cameras and they fixed my camera, here, everything could be done by a nod and a wink. They then took the time to educate me on how to securely lock the battery compartment door back on after using the grip in the future! Definitely recommend! Support this local store when you need a repair or a purchase! 💃 🙌

  Experienced friendly camera staff that's always willing to take the extra step to ensure you have exactly what you need. I needed a new battery and the gentleman not made sure I had the right one, he checked my camera's settings so that I would get the maximum quality of my shots and better performance from my new battery. All w/o my asking or charge. I've been coming to Park ave cameras for over 5 yrs. They've always been this way. The best 😊

  I needed a print from my "old" collections of plaques and pictures. Being a 74 year old man, I was never comfortable with the new technologies. But the people at Park ave cameras were extremely courteous and professional and made me feel at home.They helped me to pull out my old documents from my "old" files and cradled me like a kid! Kudos to everyone at Park ave cameras especially Sheryl.

  First dealings with Park ave cameras New York. I bought a Sony A7 11,we were very impressed with the staff , so impressed in fact that I decided to trade in some Nikon equipment and also upgrade to the Sony mirrorless system. Great staff.Friendly and extremely knowledgable.

  A service at the top. Despite a very late call (4 minutes before closing), I still got response from the store and booking the equipment I needed for the next day. The word service still seems to mean something at Park Ave Cameras unlike many of its competitors unreachable or unpleasant. A special mention to Ian who allowed me in a few days to recover all the necessary equipment.

  I recently visited Park Ave Cameras store, and had a brilliant shopping experience. Ian was extremely helpful and advised me which camera would be best for my needs. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. He also suggested resourceful tutorial on YouTube, which I will absolutely consider to help improve my photography skills :)

  Brilliant informative service from the camera specialists They really helped with finding that perfect camera for my needs. I was looking to trade in my Nikon and accompanying lenses and wanted to get something more updated and better performance They managed to help tailor my needs and find a suitable camera for travelling and really happy with how my X-T2 is performing!
