  Online process did not allow me to use the first time customer discount. I had to call customer service to receive credit. Also I did not receive the 3 free samples with my $85.00 order. I had to call customer service again to get some resolve. I am on PST so I had to make sure I contacted customer service within the Palais de Thes time zone to speak with a live person. Next, I have collected several items on my Wishlist...System does not save all my choices when I go back to view. However, I love the wide array of teas offered by your company so I am hopeful to see improvement in the ordering processes. Thank you!!

  Ordering the teas were quick and easy. I like the tins they are packaged in, which are easier to open than Paris for Tea. However, I prefer the design of the tin in which Paris for Her is packaged. I am also appreciative of the tea bag samples given. Although, I would love to have the option to choose my samples, which might better encourage my to purchase a full tin of a new product.

  I get wonderful, high quality teas from Palais Des Thes- my big frustration is they often disappear and the site doesn't give any reason. Perhaps a one-time harvest, could be not enough interest? Then I have to explore and try something new. I usually get another wonderful tea, but sometimes it's not to my liking. I miss the Rose de Chine!

  Altho the tea itself is sublime, the packaging is deceptive. The bottom of the canister is raised 1.5 inches so I didn’t really buy what I was looking at online. The delivery took twice the time I was told and the person I contacted never got back to me to clarify the delivery issue.. All in all, not a company I will shop with again.

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive accurate product information and timely deliveries, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Regarding the packaging concern, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We do state that the Colors of Tea tin is 3.5 oz but we do recognize that the raised bottom is not expected. It is there to facilitate the stacking of the other tins as well. We will review the design and presentation of our product listings to ensure that they accurately represent the item you receive. Your feedback helps us enhance our customer experience. I am also sorry to hear about the delay in delivery and the subsequent lack of communication from our end. There were some unfortunate delivery delays during your delivery due to weather. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We are actively working to improve our communication processes to ensure that our customers are kept informed about their orders.

  This is the best tea experience I've ever had. I like to enjoy tea with nothing added-just the highest quality leaves, and possibly some flowers, spices, dried fruit or zest, depending on my mood. No matter what your taste, or your mood, if you love tea you will love Palais de Thes. The white teas I've had are perfectly sublime. When I'm in the mood for an afternoon treat, which is usually every day, the fruity and floral green teas have an exotic and enchanting deliciousness. My everyday favorites change with the seasons- the Grand Yunnan Imperial is so fresh and the Chai is always a favorite in the winter. The Summer Fizz blend is one of several thirst-quenching iced tea blends- I love the blends for summertime iced teas, or one of the green teas like Azalea Winds or the green tea with cherry blossoms, chilled over ice.

  I love Palais de Thes teas - I was devastated when they closed their shop in Dublin but delighted when I found out I could get delivery right to my door in Ireland. Now I am in the US and cannot believe my luck - I can get delivery here too. Browsing was so easy and I stumbled across two items that I got just to get the free delivery and I love them both (tea pot stand and beautiful japanese tea cup)
