Spontaneous reviewI received a "down payment" charge to my account for $171.00 on December 16, 2025, 9 days before Christmas. When I called to cancel (1 day after the unexpected payment came out), I was told this is completely not refundable because my policy renewed on November 1... This feels very shady. It is not my fault that your system took 6 weeks to process the payment, pushing it past the point of my being able to dispute it with you and request a refund. It seems quite on purpose. When I tried to speak to a manager, I was told he will not be available for the rest of the month and his name is Yanni. I am extremely dissatisfied with this response and interaction. I am cancelling my policy and will be sharing my story with my entire company and all my associates. This is unacceptable and seems misleading if not illegal.

This happened to me and Napa found me an excellent attourney to represent me and prove that I did everything by the book and they were going after me for a quick buck.
