    I feel the coverage cost for Medicare Advantage Agents is excessive as it is highly unlikely that this type of Agent will ever be sued.

    NAPA has been my E&O coverage provider as a licensed insurance producer since 2021. They have not once failed me. From being there to answer my coverage questions, to billing and their timely communications and keeping me on track, NAPA has always remained consistently professional and in my corner.

    NAPA E & O insurance is reasonably priced and easy to sign up for. I get notices to remind me when and how to sign up each year. I have had good success calling for customer service as needed.

    I've used NAPA for years. I like that they allow me to download my E&O online. I also like that they offer vouchers for CE classes. Their prices are decent, and easy to purchase. Overall, it's easy.
