  Another great buying experience from Murphy's Outlets. Pricing was competitive than anywhere I could find in NYC. Ordering process was simple and delivery was fast. As for the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III itself, very pleased with the quality of the photos, the full-frame system features are easy to use and create insuperable imaging results.

  I love this camera store! it is so easy to find our footing in photography and the entry-level cameras are so solid and high-quality. If a beginner/ immediate level this camera store works great. Plus there are many different videos online resources on their website you can use to learn different techniques or how to use it. I am so happy that I went, I left with a powerful T7. I already went and took a bunch of photoshoots. Everyone at Murphy's Outlets was so nice and friendly. If you need any help I recommend going to the story or calling they will do their best to help you. Overall 10/10.

  I visited this camera store for advice to purchase a camera for artwork prints. Very well informed about prices, specs and release dates of all germane DSLRs in the market. Well equipped with knowledge of cameras and its capabilities. Owner Andrew dealt with me offered me discount on accessories which no other company did. Its been many years since I had a good camera and the Rebel T8i is pretty easy to figure out. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make your business top priority. Andrew and his team offer great customer service, my experience at this store has been nothing but positive.

  Went in to buy a durable carbon fiber Monopod. The owner, Andrew went out of his way to understand what i wanted. Unwrapped and setup to illustrate its features. Very delighted. Store is a candy shop for reasonably priced photographic tools. Highly suggest.

  This pancake-style Lensbaby Trio 28mm f/3.5 lens is Einstein crisp for portrait, landscape photography, with a twist. Very well built and very sharp when focused correctly. A very cool lens for Fuji x series focal length and the twist mode.

  They are good people who know their job and always have good advice.   I ordered this optoma HD28HDR projector to mount in the backyard for family movie/sports viewing. Anyone looking for a solid projector without shedding an arm and a leg for the latest powerful this model is for you. Great for patio / deck use. Additionally, it is very bright and viewing can begin before the sun has fully set on the day. I highly recommend this store for projectors.

  The fast-paced address for my Vlogger's & creators needs. If I need something in a flash & Adorama or B&H can't do it for me I leap at Murphy's Outlets. They have a friendly, warm staff who are very knowledgeable. I bought my Sennheiser mic and Rode kit here along with a couple other ancillary items. Great place in a good location and friendly staff.

  I love this outlet. Great customer service that are willing to help you out. Also quite knowledgeable. May not have everything compared to bigger camera stores but they will gladly order it for you. Prices are okay, I guess they should be a bit more competitive.   A superstore for Wireless Microphone Systems, receivers, transmitters, mics for wireless, lav windscreens & covers, lav clips & mounts, mic capsules, cables and adapters. I purchased this VocoPro UDH-4-ULTRA to broadened out my audio system. Love the ease of set--up and units were very compatible with my Mixer. Have had zero problems and if the need arises, would not hesitate to purchase additional units. Highly recommend them to others.

  Andrew is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I went to learn about landscape/scenic photography and he spent more than an hour explaining and teaching us about the essential lenses, camera bodies and other gear. He even took the time to take sunset pics with different lenses so we could see the difference. He is definitely a great asset to the company and made our first interaction with Murphy's Outlets a pleasant and informative one. We are definitely going to buy our supplies from them.

  I wish no else knew about this shop. I love it. You will pay more here but you will not regret it. Perfect service and beast cameras that are all up to snuff. The guy is honest about everything he sells. You can come in the shop 20 times without buying anything and you will still be treated will a great smile and respect. This place feels like home for everyone (beginners or experts)

  The services provided by Murphy's Outlets deserve 5 stars. I discovered this shop few years ago and now it is my preferred shop regarding photographic equipment. I would add one more star for the owner of the shop, Andrew; not only for his competences and flawless quality services but because of his congenial personality. A great man with ethos and knowledgeable who always gives his time to respond to your needs. Definitively, I recommend Murphy's Outlets for prosumer gear.

  Great shop that has a wide range of cameras and lenses! Also they have their own in outlets repair services! Andrew & Luke are really knowledgeable and helpful. I was having troubled on getting my Hasselblad H6D-400c's multi-shot system up & running again! They shared with me their troves of knowledge! Guys they are really really nice and friendly!   I purchased Celestron 20x80 SkyMaster, half value for money. Worse chromatic fringing and no collimation. Not a big deal and easily fixed. Daytime observation showed a lot of obliteration around the corners. Image seemed like it should have been clearer. Deep sky viewing seemed to be good. I will add these to my spotting scope. Definitely need to use a telescope.

  100💯 Extra Marks! No complaints ! I came with my GoPro MAX 360° Video Camera for a problem and the seller directly "supported" me he looked for all potential solutions and imaginable for my camera! He was very professional and his colleagues around him were all super friendly and humorous which made it all very pleasant. I highly recommend this store if you have any concerns they help you directly (if it is a concern not too serious I imagine) and give advice. Everyone there is very pro! I was conquered and will return soon!

  Phenomenal people, fantastic selection of tripod systems which was perfect as what I needed wasn’t for still photography. They took their time to show me lots of options to meet my needs. In this time the digital market being so pivotal it’s great to see a brick & mortar store that holds such a wide variety of products on hand with a staff that takes the time to show you lots of options - it’s not all about price - it’s about selling their value as they did it.

  We spend tons of hours on cruise ships -I love deep-sky astronomy. For night sky sessions I wanted a smaller lightweight inexpensive pair with reasonable weight to check the sky. The price was a little less than a Celestron 2X Barlow! Lightweight, great resolution and contrast, good color in the stars, good field width. Great value, compact and very versatile.

  Andrew is always the reason why we come back. With his positive and friendly demeanor. He always accommodates to our requests and Murphy's Outlets always offers some of the best prices on the market.   I would purchase this DayStar Filters ULF50 again for future eclipses! This was very easy to use and worth the money to be able to get some shots of the lunar eclipse. I kept it on my lens for the partial phases and it worked as intended. Very easy to take on and off for totality. Definitely worth more than the retail price paid.

  While I am new to the planetary viewing hobby, I think this is a great barlow. It feels sturdy and the view is sharp with my Celestron Astro Fi'. It would be nice if it had threads at the bottom for a filter, but I can still put the filter on the eyepiece itself. I would definitely recommend this product. Murphy's Outlets shipped it faster than I expected, great company to buy from. It is my favorite Barlow.

  I'd like to thank all of the staff at the Murphy's Outlets, New York for a delightful purchase experience. When I visited the shop, the JVC GY-HC550 on my wishlist had been brought in from the warehouse and was there on the counter ready to view. The staff were patient. helpful and courteous, providing just the right amount of advice, while I made my final choice. From then on, they gave me consistent and accurate delivery information.   It was important to go into a brick-and-mortar camera shop and not faceless virtual corporation. I needed to buy a tripod head and a teleconverter and there is absolutely no substitute for 'feeling' the goods. I looked at several options of both these items before making my final choices and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Needless to say I am over the moon with my purchases and the help I received. Would I go back, yes, of course I would. And I got a biodegradable bag which I didn't have to pay a penny for.!!

  Stupendously sharp, this Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 60mm f/2.8 Macro opens up new worlds, super fast focus as long as you set the range to what you are doing and it gets amazingly close. The f2.8 max opening should get nice bokeh. All in all, I recommend this outlet for M.Zuiko lenses.

  I should have purchased a dedicated Celestron binocular rather than Nikon 10-22x50. I expected the binoculars to perform perfectly in astronomy. I have close pupil distance and cannot quite get the full binocular (one circle) view I initially got a return from Murphy's, but waited too long, while verifying the issues to use it. I had passed the period of return policy. Now I will have to pay shipping to Nikon for refurbishment.

  SmallRig Camera Hot Shoe Mount are pretty good mounts, but aren't sturdy enough for heavier lighting. Im using top lights that weigh about 5lbs and the screw tightener tends to loosens and the light tilts down. On the opposite side of the locking handle is a very small hole. The Allen wrench is for the set screw at the bottom of the opening. That conditions the tension on the locking handle.

  Had ordered this HP Sprocket in the hope that it would provide a suitable alternative to her iPhone. The camera on the 2-in-1 is bedeviled by flaws. The viewfinder does not zero in the area the camera is actually taking a photo of. It's near impossible to get the image you want. Also, the quality of the image produced is far below a smart phone camera. The images resemble Polaroids. That coupled with you never know exactly what the photo will be of when it comes out make it nothing more than launching a new product.

  I use Murphy's Outlets shop to purchase two Leica mirrorless cameras. I had no idea what I was doing and they could not have been more helpful. They are real experts and guided me through the best options for me. I even got a phone call confirming receipt of one online order on a Saturday afternoon. Delivery was prompt and I received a constant updates about the order. Really cannot fault them. Solid old fashioned approach, so refreshingly to deal with real people instead of robots stationed by a behemoth.

  Purchased an OMD EM1 MkIII, it is a significant newcomer to my arsenal stable. I mainly use this camera for portrait and nature photography. This is a revolutionary imaging machine, so well built and so able to perform under any scenarios. It is ergonomically fit in my hands with intuitive proximity to all of the controls. This camera is also incredibly customizable to which ever preferences a photographer might have for their style of shooting. Incredibly fast and equipped with the most nifty features that allow one to explore photography in so many ways. The pictures come out crisp and detailed with subtle and rich colors, the quality is just superb!

  The IFootage Cobra 2 C180 II is very sturdy, made of metallic structure. Easy yet sturdy quick release. Foot operable tension wheel is handy during videography. The clips to raise or lower and then lock down are steady and dependable. CLEVER design to convert the feet into a space-saver tripod. I have use several monopods in many years we've been shooting and this knocks spots off all market rivals. Supreme craftsmanship.

  It's a stroke of luck to have a shop like Murphy's Outlets in my city- they're hugely well regarded, and as well as having a great selection of gear (unfortunately no Sigma Quattro, but never mind!) they also offer fantastic service and advice. The other popular brands are extensive and well-stoked used equipment section. A great place to pick up a bargain. Efficient service- if you're after photographic equipment, this is a great place to start.

  Great, dependable service! 1st, thank you to Murphy's Outlets for seeing that the Canon R6 & lenses were secure and protected during the shipping. A couple weeks later I ordered a suction cup from another well known camera shop, received a smashed box cracked lens hood, in as a PARCEL!!! I repacked it, sent it back, and ordered one from you! Quite confident it will get here in new condition.

  I bought a DZOFilm Pictor 20-55mm and 50-125mm T2.8 Super35 Zoom lens bundle a day ago and continue to shop exclusively here. Staff are very customer focused and helpful.   I had my Sigma sd Quattro H repaired and cleaned by the legend Andrew Salman in this shop and his work was way beyond expectation. Luke the owner is also a great and very personable guy who is running an all around awesome camera store. I have had a 2nd camera serviced with a major repair here.   Murphy's Outlets is hands-down the best photography store in the State of New York. They have an amazing selection of digital cameras in most every category of photography. I especially like their used department medium format selection. They do a great job of serving customers and allowing photographers to test out lenses. Their online web presence has recently been upgraded and they have a great selection of photo & camera gear on the website as well.   Amazing staff! Great atmosphere. They didn't try to separate me from my money, and sell me the wrong stuff. Instead they talked to me like a human and were so helpful and knowledgeable. I'd give them an extra star if I could. The other photography store I went to no one would even help me, and I was so frustrated. Now I have the RIGHT cine drone for me.   Phoned shop and talked to nice chap in Murphy's Outlets about lens. Then received Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM lens in three days, appears well constructed and solid. It is very fast focusing and the depth of field of 1.4 produces an exquisite bokeh. You have to be meticulous with the approach, it must be accurate, in 1.4. Able to nip home from work to receive it.

  This LensCoat hood is slightly shortened at the edges of my Nikon 600mm f/4E lens. Works alright with the hood pointing forward, but for storing the lens with the hood reversed over the barrel it is to short to stay in place. I am still working on another solution for covering the lens hood in both positions with a single cover.
