  I got this BUSHMAN Monopod to use for real estate photography using my 360 VR. It is well made and rugged. Twisting extension works well. I was worried about the legs but they are very sturdy and hard to pull out. I can set it outdoors and it fits well. It is a tiny base and can tip over easy but that is on me as I didn't shore it up well. All in all, great tripod store for the monopods.

  I purchased this Celestron PowerSeeker 127 EQ telescope as my first reflector/Newtonian and it has just what I need to practice not to mention the quick step-less setup time. The latitude lock coupled with 3x's Barlow provide enough variation for a beginner. Great Scope and Great Value!!

  Bought Tiffen 77mm filter. Combined with my Sigma 18-35mm and 50-100 with a special ring. Works great, and replenishes the highlights really nicely. Really nice way to add a touch of grain to the shot without being too overpowering. I thought 1/4 would be too strong but I still find it to be pretty exquisite.

  I found Murphy's Outlets from a web search. Easy to find location in the city. Friendly service and the guy understood the problem with my Samyang lens immediately. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks but in fact it was done in just over a week. No surprise on the cost. Highly recommend

  Great and fast communication via email and when I just came by for a day I was helped extremely fast. My camera could be cleaned immediately (really small cleaning) while I was waiting. The colleagues from Murphy's Outlets were super nice and did everything possible to help me. I'll come back for sure if there's something wrong with my camera. Thanks again!

  Bought KODAK PRINTOMATIC for my 8 yr daughter, she loves that the camera prints automatically. Every picture taken will print after a few seconds. The PRINTOMATIC is designed to capture and print immediately, and can hold up to 3 images at a time. To save her pictures, I grabbed an external microSD™ card to increase its memory capacity. Also note that photos will automatically print in full color. To print in black and white, we use the color mode switch located on the top of your camera to switch to the black and white mode.

  Purchased an X-T200 and a Fujifilm XF 16-55mm f/2.8 lens. This is the perfect camera if you want to get your feet wet in the world of photography, or Vlogging. Pictures are crisp and the colors come out sumptuously. The picture modes are really good as well. Touch screen, and tons of buttons make it easier to use. The flip screen makes it ideal for vlogging too. All in all, worth every penny!

  I bought a Elmo MX-P2 visual & presenter camera from Murphy's Outlets a few months ago. I had an idea of the foldable, portable on-the-go design I wanted when I went, and the staff were enormously helpful and provided expert advice to support my decision. They even made me a cup of coffee as I played and deliberated on what I wanted! Since, I have been back with my Elmo for a service and again they were very helpful, friendly and professional. I always feel like I get expert advice from whoever helps me. They also have a great range of video presenters with accessories and the shop is a genuinely nice environment.

  I do table-top fine art photography. I'm acquainted with speedlights. Even tried Lume Cubes LED kit I was acclimatized on continuous LED light! I bought more. Replaced the speedlights! I wish their batteries were retractile so I could charge and still work simultaneously. Love my Lume Cubes! Andrew is great! Really knowledgeable and helpful. Their aftercare for customers is really good :-)

  Fantastic service, excellent product range. I spent around 6 hours in the store with various members of staff over three occasions trying to navigate a huge range of racing, beginner, prosumer, commercial and bird drones. All the staff were extremely helpful, I didn't feel at all pressured into a decision (particular complements to Luke). Respond to email enquiries in minutes. Great shop, will use again.

  Good selection of mirrorless, accessories etc and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help you demo the items you're interested in. This could cost my wallet a lot if they keep being so nice! :) also worth checking their website which will let you know if they have items in that particular branch. If not, get in touch, they can get them in for you.

  Absolutely love this store. We got very helpful advice without any pressure, I was able to try the landscape photography kits within my specified budget. Eventually did an immensely good deal on the EOS 5D Mk IV with 16-35mm f/2.8 lens Landscape Kit I bought with the black friday deals. Very very happy we went here to buy a kit all the way from Chile.

  I was very pleased with their service. I love the Parrot Bluegrass Fields quadcopter for agriculture, crop mapping and analysis. Kudos to their staff, Luke for his hard work.   First time at Murphy's Outlets and I was amazed at the level of customer service. We were looking for a Back-Bone Gear Ribcage RCRX0-II (Modified Sony RX0 II Camera) and the man downstairs gave excellent advice without any sales pitch. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave solid unbiased input. As I'm new to modified RX0 II he managed to give me all the information I needed to get something that will last. Thank you :) Admittedly I am now spending a little more but I'll have an action cam that's amazing value and will last a lifetime rather than my original idea that isn't really even suitable for enjoying GoPro 4k recording. I'm Definitely going back the next time I'm looking for a Rokinon 85mm f/1.8 lens!

  The treasure troves of photographic knowledge in this small footprint is insurmountable. Every New Yorker with even a small interest in photography in should visit this place and have a feel for the technical history and evolution of this art form. From old to new, the advice is spot on. You can even process your films old fashioned way or check if your faulty but beloved lens is worth keeping. Proud to have this establishment in my city.

  Great shop, miserable staff. Higher prices are to be expected in central New York- I feel disappointed with the grumpy vibe from the staff....feels like they detest being there. Film processing took a week and I didn't get an apology. Interesting selection of film cameras, nice packaging of products. Just fake a smile and at least pretend to be interested and grateful for customers. Don't think i'll come back.

  I was looking around for a HuddleCamHD 3X Gen2 USB 2.0 Conferencing Camera and I found this store in Central New York. The array of variety is astounding. Staff are always happy to help. Will come back here to trade in my HUDDLECAM Remote I'll see if I get a good deal.

  Great service few weeks ago, walked in a photography shop first time in my life to buy a camera for my granddaughter. Staff member was great, it took time to explain us things, gave our granddaughter several fun items to try, and decide. He was never pushing for quick sale or tried to sell us most expensive things. We will definitely return for any additional things we may need.

  I love this pocketable X100F camera because this is the way for me to take great quality pictures when I can't carry all my Nikon DSLRs. This camera is remarkably sharp, and a lot of fun to use. Anyone can shoot with it and get photographs, but this camera will perform great for a professional and there is full control and unlimited automation over every photography scenario. A bit high-end for amateurs, but provides amazing versatility for serious amateurs and professionals. I would buy it again. Murphy's Outlets made it the easiest for me to buy with all available accessories.

  We're lucky to have a shop like this around. Prices seem too high but there's no competition where you can go in and look at used 35mm film cameras. All the items are stored in the rear storehouse now so you can't see what's in sale. It's been very uncertain when I've been there at the new Canon R6 but there was no one to talk to as all staff had other matters at hand. Only open weekdays. Pretty sure it's actually an online store at this point.

  I love Sennheiser microphones and have used them for more than 15 years, my new Sennheiser MKE 400 is well made, durable and sounds great! Im using this mic with my Sony a7 ii to capture sound and do interviews more of a visual journalistic technique of shooting with this setup. Its not as obtrusive as other mics that ive seen on the market. Quality engineering gathering great sound. I would recommend this store to Sennheiser products.

  This place is a great resource for the full frame camera lovers in New York. They have a huge selection of mirrorless cameras and lenses as well as some pro camcorders. They also have some Guides to digital photography. Andrew gave me a handy guide by David D. Busch. The staff have been around for years and are incredibly knowledgeable. This shop is only open on Saturdays.

  Sennheiser MD-46 suffers from handling noise from this mic. That is a big problem. Excessive noise arises when hands are moved along the mic. After swapping out the XLR cable offered a solution. The mic stopped generating much handling noise in normal use.

  SUPER camera store!! Exudes an aura of the image from the door inwards. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. If you don't know anything about cameras whatsoever or are an expert they are happy to help and get you setup with what's best for your circumstances. They have a solid supply and lots of Used equipment. Connoisseur to professional equipment. If you're unsure about your camera needs I would 100% recommend going to Murphy's and buying locally. They explain all your questions very well with no patronizing.

  I bought my first shotgun (Sennheiser MKH 416-P48U3 ) many years back and I continue to buy from Murphy's Outlets, almost exclusively, for my camera gear needs.   I bought my OM-D E-M5 Mark ii and M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 lens from this store. I was helped by Andrew Preston for the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment I was purchasing and helped me the best he could.   The customer service is excellent. Me n my daughter went in to get a Fujifilm Instax n ended up getting a whole Hybrid Digital/Instant Film Camera with the camera with film and memory card bundle. The guys there, particularly Andrew n Luke, they know their job n products so well. They gave us the best deal with warranty n we were so happy n satisfied. Chris from operations was so helpful giving us all the details for delivery n ideas for everything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks to these folks again for all their help .

  I was in Murphy's Outlets and wanted a Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII which was last year's model. When they didn't have it in stock, Christopher was kind enough to offer me the latest model at the lowest price I've ever seen.   Bought our Senal MC24-EL For film, broadcast & video production 2 months ago. The quality of service was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and found us the right shotgun for our budget.   Went into the store to buy CFast 2.0 and CFexpress for sale, and was approached by Andrew and all I can say is that he's an excellent salesman, he goes above and beyond with your service and managed to sell me a ProGrade Digital 325GB. Overall great experience, great sales man and if you're going in there to buy something I would 100% recommend dealing with Andrew, he works Monday to- sunday if you're interested.   I've been a customer of Murphy's Outlets for years dating back to when I was living in Manhattan. Last week, there was a mishap with one of their sales people which made me question my loyalty to their brand. Andrew, the manager, took the time to listen to my complaints and to explain their company pricing and price matching policy etc. As terse as it was having a conversation, this warm gesture made a big difference.   This place is amazing! The selection and the friendliness of the staff are amazing.   Excellent customer service! I was looking for podcasting/studio broadcast microphones and decided to visit Murphy's Outlets for the first time, in addition to searching online.   Highly recommend this small business for professional photographer, fortunately New York still sports local brick-and-mortar camera stores. They have very knowledgeable staff, most partake photography. Rich technical experience. Their selection is vast, especially with the two locations. I also appreciate their extensive informative workshops throughout the year, with specialists experts in each department.   I just got the Canon M200 a day ago and immersed in it's endless wonders. It's so light weight and has no view finder just the touch screen which is super brilliant and sensitive. The camera is fast and responsive. Was recommended to get this kit as I just started an online teaching platform and this camera is great! Surprisingly, the small camera shoots terrific videos and have great sound, but this camera does. the images, like the sound, are clean and crisp. Remote works great! Very satisfied!!

  Murphy's Outlets has been my go-to for electronics. Both me and my girlfriend ordered the KODAK PIXPRO WPZ2 camera. Works well. One serious serious flaw.... the zoom ( at any setting ) leaves any picture taken looking so out of focus there useless . DONT use the zoom.

  I upgraded from my X100S to Fujifilm X100F. I love it! The most noticeable difference is the much improved auto focusing. It's ability to quick lock on to bird in flight is awesome! Its a features-rich camera to broaden my photography horizons. Happy Purchase!

  I bought a Caon rebel t7. This is a great camera beginners looking to learn more about photography. Easy to use and there is a lot of information on YouTube about settings and camera use. Takes excellent quality pictures with the two lenses included. Camera bag is too small to fit the camera body and two lenses. Overall recommend this retailer!

  My DJI Ronin-S arrived from Murphy's Outlets safely but not assembled properly. The lock mechanism that supports the battery knob to the gimbal may not be fixed right and won't let you lock the opposite parts together properly. In my case they even ended up stuck together. If you order this thing ask for a confirmation that you won't be one of the unlucky that has to send it right back.
