  Purchased the Nikon Coolpix W300 for our niece. She was absolutely thrilled and has been capturing some amazing images even though she’s a complete beginner.   Ordered an olympus om-d e-m1x and…free delivery 5 days. After a week chased and was advised because of COVID delivery would be late. Now all delivered after approx 17 days. What I would say is, If you know a order is going to be late be proactive and let your customers know. Rather than them having to send an email to chase and then wait for an answer. We are living in trying times but communication is key. Think this would help with your customers good will.

  Fantastic Drones Selection This is my second Mavic 2 Pro. I love this drone and flying whenever possible. The camera is excellent, delivering stunning images and video. The flight controls are easy to master and make for an easy piloting experience. I would recommend this store for anyone wanting a prosumer bird to enhance their image creation experience.

  You can trust Murphy's Outlet I bought a Tamron 28-200mm f/2.8-5.6 Di III RXD lens from Murphy's Outlet. It arrived from NY but wasn't new and was defective! I complained to Murphy's Outlet and they sorted it out for me very quickly. Thanks guys!

  Poor Image Quality! The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS30 camera is small and easy to use, and the zoom is good (better than my phone). But I wasn't that impressed with the quality of the pictures.

  I began by ordering the wrong circular polarizer online, obliviously! A simple e-mail to Murphy's resulted in my order being changed before the incorrect one was dispatched. Really Murphy's were right on the track, they could not have been more responsive. But then I have always found this throughout our 15 years retailer/customer relationship.

  We do a lot of food photography and this shop has been our source of both cameras and lenses. We use large format lenses are used to capture images on large format negatives. We've also bought a couple of Macro lenses for the precision of the lens to zero in the most minute details. If you need large format photography equipment or advice, Andrew is well-versed with this realm of photography.

  I bought a Blackmagic Studio Camera as a studio powerhouse and I've zero regrets whatsoever. I had little knowledge, Luke was informative regarding focus, zoom, and recording capabilities from a variety of models. I was building a studio setup from scratch and needed a camcorder that hooks up to a CCU. This BM studio camera has CCU controls if it's connected to an ATEM switcher - the controls are in the switcher software. They guided me almost to the cheapest way to do a full CCU setup. Thanks MO!

  I photograph weddings, film weddings, and do commercial video production, and a professional Master photographer, I find that Murphy's Outlet always seems to have what I need to do my work.   Sold my camera to Murphy's Outlet recently and I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. The whole process was fast and easy. Their quote was very fair and beat any others I'd been given by a long way. I received the original amount quoted to me and although they said the payment would be with me within 2 business days, it was in my account a couple of hours later.   Oberwerth Matterhorn Ordered a Oberwerth Matterhorn backpack for my DSLR & lens. It wasn't available at any NY shop that I could find. I ordered it on the 13th April and received it on the 15th April.The price including postage was about the same as it would have been from an out-of-state company and I am very pleased with the item ( even though I do think Oberwerth charge too much for this). Very happy with this company, no complaints from me.

  Phoned to check stock of a Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens after being messed about elsewhere. Sales rep was helpful and confirmed item was in stock. He also said that website doesn't show stock levels. Useful to know. Ordered via website and lens was dispatched within 2hrs. I received it in Maryland less than 2 days later. Superb service. Lens is perfect and I'm well happy. 1st time buying out-of-state with these guys and it was a overwhelmingly positive experience.

  Outstanding service. Ordered the Canon 24-70 F2.8 for 5D Mark III on Sunday, around same time, just after lunch. Delivered by FedEx to my door 3 days ago, on Wednesday. From New York to Alaska in 2,5 days, which is quite impressive. Couldn't find a specific 82mm polarizer anywhere in NY as it is discontinued by Tiffen, gave it a shot and ordered from murphysoutlet.com. Despite all the bad reviews, it seems to be very decent company. Thanks a lot, you have just saved my holidays :)

  Website said camera was in stock and took my order. I rang the next day to discover that the camera is out of stock. Apparently the online system doesn't link to stock system. I had to cancel the order. I recommend double checking if you order online.

  A great online film photography store. It's not the biggest store, but Andrew and Luke are clearly trying to offer great service, competitive pricing, and quick delivery. I recommend choosing Murphy's Outlet instead of larger corporate stores. I will be back for more film stock and chemistry soon.

  Best Source for Wildlife Photography Gear! This Sony 200-600mm lens is created for sports and wildlife photographers. Pretty sharp, quick focus and well constructed. Sharp, maybe sharper than the 100-400mm GM. But more sharper at 200-400mm range. But overall I'm very happy. Recommended for anyone who wants a good lens but does not want to pay 10,000 dollars. Best photo store m for Sony to this date.

  There is no online customer chatting support on their website. Before put the purchase order, I sent a mail to customer support. They replied me at the same day. So I made payment.   The cheapest (non scam) place I could find to buy the HERO8 Deluxe Kit a month ago, came fast (from NY but that was expected, no complaints there) Box was sealed and in perfect condition. Overall a fantastic experience, if for some reason you are suspicious just pay with PayPal.

  The Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 ZA arrived very well protected in bubble wrap. I was a little worried when I saw the box of the item as it was a bit battered, as it was a gift I was also a little dismayed. The lens however was in great condition and is working well.

  First of all let me say that I have never contacted or even visited this store before. I am completely happy with Andrew and Luke. This Manfrotto gimbal head is going to be a game changer for me as I was previously using a ball head for my bird photography which was awful at best! I also appreciate the outstanding Murphy's Outlet customer service helping me choose this gimbal head over another one I was looking at for double the price! This is a substantial value and I am very happy with my purchase.

  Best for RED Trade-Ins Murphy's Outlet does a great job at providing a discount towards the latest RED tech from older models. Currently, almost all DSMC brains have an upgrade path to latest DSMC2 line up. Upped from Scarlet-X to the new helium 8k Sensor DSMC2 camera. Had a smooth part-ex. It's everything you need for the DSMC2 series!!

  I love this Magnus Gimbal Head. Had never even heard of one before but the agent recommended it. Very pleased. Needed something to use with my Sony 200-600 and this does the trick. Slick movement. Holds the lens steady.

  As advertised - thank you Murphy's Outlet and Samyang.! They clearly have a passion for photography and great fountains of knowledge, Karina especially as she's always helpful with suggestions. Just picked up my new lens (which was cheaper than on B&H Photo!) and they have a range of items I could use to test shoot. Ordering was easy and I got a call one it was in stock. Rental prices are competitive too, so great for testing stuff before final purchase. Favorite camera shop in New York:)

  Excellent service from Andrew when we first went to ask questions. Very knowledgeable and honest about pros and cons of different cameras. Also special mention to Andrew the store manager too. He went the extra mile to stay open late on a Saturday to allow us to purchase our new camera (as recommended by Andrew) as we ran late. Brilliant customer service, will be back in Fall to purchase a new lens.

  Murphy's Outlet have always been brilliant, I have been a customer there for 6 years.   I ordered an astroimaging camera online with Murphy's Outlets only to cancel it and go into the actual shop to buy it and I’m very glad that I did. Andrew helped me over a number of visits and now I know that I’ve got the right product.   Ive been a photojournalist for about 20 years using Murphy's Outlets for my Nikon cameras and have never been much of a fan of grey market cameras. I ordered from Murphy's Outlet and had a few questions before placing my order on a AF-P DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR Lens and they were so awesome to deal with!   The 5D Mark III was my go to for milky way and astrophotography. Great camera with great results. Super happy with my choice of camera and talking to the Murphy's Outlet folks helped put my mind at ease that I was going to get what I wanted from my choice. Can't fault these guys, the best service in the industry. With expert knowledge while going the extra mile. Friendly staff, can't fault them at all.
