  Have used Murphy's Outlet in the past and continue to do so. I was looking for new binoculars and like the unhurried service. Tried a number of binoculars, comparing them until a pair came out on top. Excellent service, and would return should. I ever need to upgrade.

  First class service, I had an issue with my lens packaging being damaged in transit. I phone Murphy's Outlet and the Lens was swapped the next day. They couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. Amazing Service!! I would highly recommend this company.

  Great products, speedy service but shipping concerns Price and service by Murphy's Outlet for my purchase of the Sennheiser and accessories were great. I knew what we were looking for and knew the product so Murphy's service was having it, fair pricing and timeliness in delivery. The negative was when the delivery arrived to me the box delivered by UPS was opened. The mic and accessories were intact and in the end no damage but it was worrisome. This was probably the fault of UPS and not Murphy's but it did taint the experience.

  Could not adjust shipping charges Bought a $330 hard drive which required an adapter to install in my Mac Pro. I discovered the problem after attempting to install the drive Saturday. Called Sunday and hoped that the shipping cost of the adapter could be adjusted. No luck. I ordered it anyway

  Waiting for this Best Offer from Murphy's Outlet long time! Tamron 70-210 f/4 zoom lens provides a quality option to my larger, heavier Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 zoom. Tamron company is very good to deal with. My registration went very well. i received a nice conformation by e-mail. The lens quality is fine very nice clean pictures. I'm really going to enjoy this lens. Murphy's Outlet is AWESOME. They had the best price by far, delivery is always fast.

  Helpful and exactly what I wanted. I ordered a camera adapter for my telescope online but couldn't find the needed T-Ring, so I called Murphy's. They found what I needed and gave me the part number so I could order both items online at once. Very friendly and quick.

  Better places for large purposes. I always feel like I have to jump through hoops to do business with them. I have been told a $2,000 printer was in the New York store, only after driving in to pick it up to be told, "Sorry, we were wrong, its not here". It took three weeks to complete a purchase of over $10,000 and several calls/emails from me. I have now given up purchasing a new Canon 1DX Mark III from them as it is now two weeks since I sent my trade in and they have not returned my calls/emails or honoured commitments made. I wish I could rate them zero stars. I have been a customer for over 20 years and feel I have to work to give them my business. No more. Thanks for your response here Andrew. Strange no one has returned my calls or emails on this order.

  I was pleased with the Canon AE-1 35mm, adding to my collection of more Which I’m pleased about. The package was delivered with plenty of bubble wrap which was great. A very quick response to any questions I had. Would definitely save up for more cameras from them in the future.

  It's like second hand, but new (without manufacturer warranty) I had an issue with my Fujifilm X-T3's mic jack, which rendered it useless for me and now I'm stuck with only internal mic. When I contacted Murphy's support (right before the end of my warranty) to get some help, I was told to find a local repair shop and they will reimburse my expenses (they even suggested one). Anyway, I have learned my lessons, I will not be buying expensive camera gear from here, maybe some cheap cameras or lenses that will hopefully not break.

  Great Prices And Amazing Customer Service Based on the customer reviews I Purchased a new Tamron Lens and later a canon 5d mk4. I have Been delighted with the service. Unfortunately the Tamron Lens had a VC incompatibility with the camera. Under the 3 year warranty Murphy's Outlet paid for the lens to be inspected at Tamron, then subsequently issued a full refund as it would still not work correctly with the camera. I would have no hesitation in buying again and have recommend Murphy's Outlet on many occasions.

  LH-77 Hood for the Raynox HD6600 This hard rubber lens hood compliments the Raynox HD6600 wide-angle lens on my HV30. I found this online and so thrilled to see that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg, like other matte box style lens hoods. This is a great product and Murphy's Outlet is a great place to get it! Great Quality, Professional Look!

  Best lens for the dollar available The IRIX 150mm f/2.8 Macro is well built, comfortable in hand, and delivers superb image quality. This Macro lens is very well constructed with impressive finish. The packaging was fantastic, it arrived in a sealed box, and come with a semi-hard fitted zippered case which was another unexpected surprise.

  Can't go wrong with Sennheiser. This new Sennheiser MKE 40 mic and cable seem a little more robust that what came with my system years ago. Sounds great, no issues, the price was right and it works great with my system since everything is made by Sennheiser.

  I have always had first class service from Murphy's Outlet. A couple of years ago I had some issues with a lens I bought and they sorted it out without question.   Repeat business with a reliable, knowledgeable and honest supplier. A new Lumix S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 lens for my Panasonic Lumix S5 was my latest purchase from Murphy's Outlet.   Same great Leica images in a unique package! True to their heritage and reputation for quality. The Leica TL2 with 18mm f/2.8 lens is beautifully designed and built. The images are incredible and consistent. As others have said a Leica is a lifetime investment. Great attention to every detail...That said, no matter where you take it people will notice and ask about it.

  Fantastic Landscape and Architectural Camera This GFX 100 I have purchased. It's a fantastic camera for landscape and architectural photography. The Murphy's outlet's bundle I purchased with a camera bag, SD Card, and extra battery made me but at Murphy's and not another store. The bundle tipped the scale for me. Save your money by buying from a trusted seller like Murphy's Outlet. Great camera. Best medium format camera I've ever shot with--

  Do NOT develop your film here. Not only do they charge an exorbitant amount of money to buy and develop your 35mm film, but the pictures never come out right. Take your money to KEH or Adorama.

  Fast, good service for their 1-hour scans development. But they burnt some negatives. Also, I've had some of the employees be unnecessarily passive agressive, rude and hostile over the phone.

  I bought a Tamron tap in console, the product was as new and boxed in the original packaging. Unless you knew it was used you would say it was brand new. Great price and service and delivery was excellent I will definitely be using Murphy's Outlet again
