  Poor overall on this occasion. Used to be a very good turn around, even during post-COVID but now checking times have gone to 6-7 business days if you are selling gear to them. Poor communication & not very impressed on this occasion. Got to say, probably won't use them again.

  This camera is lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it mostly for birding pictures, where I can crop the image and still have high resolution. And Murphy's threw in an extra battery and sd cars and carrying bag to boot. Very happy I go this camera.

  Fast, reliable, and more Ordered a Sony a7R IVA and battery grip from Murphy's Cameras and was very happy with both orders. The camera was supposedly body only, but came with the original box, paperwork, cables, and a charger. The camera had a low shutter count, and the battery grip even came with a battery which I wasn't expecting. Both were clean and in excellent condition. So far so good!

  So far I only purchased once and no need for Support; however that is also a good thing. Ordered a Tamron 18-400mm DX lens and it was exactly as described in terms of condition. Packed and wrapped nicely, everything arrived with tracked shipping info and fast delivery. I will for now be happy to re-visit Murphy's Outlet and recommend them for any other purchasers.

  Manfrotto Lifestyle Manhattan Mover 50 I bought this camera bag as a gift for my photographer son, he is thrilled with it.   Almost too good to be true I had major problems finding a spare Panasonic Camcorder Battery but found it listed on Murphy's Cameras' web site. Thought I'd order it while the going was good and was amazed to be handed a package at the front door the next day, apparently carried from LaGuardia Airport (LGA) Airport. Just the job - Unbelievable !

  Leica SL2 used Leica Vario Elmarit SL 24-90 f/2.8-4 The camera body is an open box one so essentially brand new and the lens is in excellent condition. With a few days of initial use it seems the camera is excellent with the depth in colors. Murphy's Outlet was quite fast in shipping the product.

  Pleasant experience APART from their Web site (searching for used kit). Locks up, often resets the sorting of products to Relevance after other options chosen. Cannot change price range for searches sometimes after an initial selection of a price bracket. GOOD company, but would avoid unless they stocked something unavailable elsewhere. This is solely due to their VERY frustrating Web site - what a shame...

  Murphy's Outlet, very friendly & welcoming. Murphy's Outlet have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently decided to jump ship from one brand to another because of compactness, weight, animal eye AF and still have full frame. I took a lot of old equipment to trade in and they spent ages going through, sorting out and making an offer with which I was pleased with. Saved me the hassle of selling online and paying fees. I came away with two camera bodies, one FF and the other APS-C and a 24-105 plus a 70-200. I'm really happy with my purchases and even got some cashback to look forward to. When I need another lens, I'll be motoring back down. Much nicer dealing face to face than over the internet. Just wonder whether their facial and eye recognition will work when I next go into their store.

  Purchase of epson SureColor SC-T5200 printer Response time very good. Quality very poor. - Box containing printer looked as if it had been opened and resealed. - Printer is at present unusable as one of the printheads was not functioning.-it proved to be empty / dried out. I am waiting for a promised replacement. The printer being unusable has caused a few problems for planned work.

  Camera was as new condition but came with an incompatible charger which was not mentioned in the description. The camera did not charge correctly and was returned for a refund. This did not include return costs. Very disappointed with this.

  Great customer service Andrew was great. I bought some DJI RSC 2 Pro Combo for a DSLR. On the trip a part came off. Andrew responded really quickly to emails and sorted out replacement parts (including a spare) with the supplier and had it sent to me in the post. Great customer service and I would definitely shop there again. Thanks very much Andrew and the whole team.

  Technical Support not brilliant I needed technical advice on a new Panasonic Lumix camera I had recently purchased from Murphy's Cameras. They were unable to help me instead referring me to the manufacturer who again have not been too helpful. I don't really expect this kind of service when I've spent this amount of money especially as I still don't know if the camera has a fault.

  I have had nothing but great words for Murphy's Outlet. I was out in the water with the Canon R5 camera in its water housing, when it leaked and fried my camera. I contacted Murphy's outlet because it was still under warranty. I wasn’t sure if they would accept this due to the water and not an actual device malfunction. Without hesitation they replaced my camera and I am receiving it it a few days. I could not be happier!! Customer support was excellent!

  I have not yet used the Sony a7R IVA camera but am extremely disappointed to have received a camera that clearly was previously opened and used by another customer. The Sensor of the camera appeared to have a scratch (not just dirty). I did not expect to have to clean a brand new camera upon opening it. I recommend purchasing from a well-known store to confirm you are in fact getting a brand new camera that hasn't previously been opened and used.

  I bought a Canon EOS 5DS R camera from Murphy's Outlet, which I have to say arrived in the advertised time slot. However, the camera is terrible for nearly everything I shoot. I'm now shipping It back to Murphy's Outlet for analysis and repair. I'm hopeful that the second time around will be the charm.

  Always had great services. I was kept informed throughout the order process and my queries were always accurately answered. My PTZOptics Live Streaming camera Arrived on time well packaged, and in perfect condition, I use mine primarily for broadcasting our church services and It works great as the primary camera. The remote also works very well and has the controls clearly marked and is easy to use. I really don’t have any Cons on this camera and I would highly recommend murphy's outlet.

  Could be better. My new Audio-Technica Condenser Microphone lasted 10 minutes and then died. Murphy's Outlet handled the return and replaced the item immediately. Hopefully the new one will work just as well for me as the other reviewers have reported.

  Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 Pro lens. I ordered an Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 Pro lens last Friday and it arrived 6 days later. The service from Murphy's OUTLET and item cost was outstanding. I have only tested the lens for an hour and, I am blown away by its quality and handling. I thoroughly recommend Murphy's Cameras.

  Almost perfect.......... On the whole very good service and prices extremely good. The one drawback was that my order was sent to someone with the same family name as mine. All resolved fairly quickly and efficiently at no cost to myself in the end just a pity that the transaction was slightly marred by this error.

  Murphy's OUTLET in New York has been my first port-of-call for video and camera equipment for several years. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew some time ago, and on the basis of his excellent knowledge and friendly service, I've sought him out each time since.   My wife and I went to Murphy's Outlet today for a used lens and a monopod. We were served by Andrew Miller, who was a polite and informative member of staff who advised my wife on the best monopod and compact ball head for her camera setup, which she bought. He also let me inspect the lens I was interested in and was very pleased with the purchase I made.   After buying a used Tamron camera and Tokina lens hood before Christmas from Luke we didn't hesitate go return to buy a smaller lens on Saturday. On both occasions he was very friendly and helpful ensuring we got the best for our budget, nothing was too much trouble.

  Showed stock as available that they did not have! Purchased a Canon RF 800mm f.11 lens. Item was shown as in stock when most other retailers showed 'waiting for stock'. So ordered it from Murphy's and waited....then waited some more......then waited. Turned out they had no stock and the delay was due to restocking time. Might be due to poor stock control, lag between physical sales and online sales or they just chose to show stock levels they did not have. What ever the reason the 'in stock' was not true.

  Outstanding Service. After doing much research online on a Canon 5DS R camera I wanted, I did my usual quick Google search for the best prices around, and up popped murphy's outlet in the search results. Their price was very competitive so I thought I'd give them a go and The package was delivered to my office, as requested, in very quick time and was easy to unpack, with the contents in tip-top condition. murphy's is a great online store!

  Murphy's outlet is a nice store with tremendous inventory. I found a hard to find Canon Battery Grip for my camera that I couldn't find anywhere else locally. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good and reliable photography supplier.

  Complicated website. I was informed via email that the AquaShot Underwater Camera had been dispatched however the courier indicated they were still expecting to take possession of the parcel from Murphy's outlet.
