  Ordered the Canon EF 50mm f/1 lens on Thursday afternoon and chose overnight shipping so I'd get it Friday as I was leaving town for a trip on Saturday and needed the lens for the trip, The lens arrived in very good condition and works very well.   Fast shipping, great product Canon RP Kit came in quick, no hassle with shipping. Camera works perfectly fine straight out the box, battery has no issues either. The 24-105mm is a great kit lens, definitely happy I went with this kit over the individual body an individual lens.

  Great all around The z7ii autofocus and tracking aren't the best for wildlife and sports, but the Z lenses and high megapixels make it a great all around camera. Hopefully the Z8 will be out this year.

  Rather poor customer service made an order at the start of the year with one item being on backorder. Called to find out the lead time and was told 2 weeks so placed my full order, after many emails and nearly 4 months later still don't have it. when requesting an update back in late March was told they'd find out and let me know shortly, apparently shortly means never. After chasing it up today was offered a refund for the missing item, Will be taking future business elsewhere from now on.

  The Canon XC15 shoots in the MXF file format for both UHD and HD footage. So far, low light performance seems promising. In extremely dim night indoor night lighting. And the XC15's looks include modes that seem to handle theatrical lighting well, such as C-log, and Highlight Priority (when properly graded in post).

  Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS Great, versatile lens. Lot of hand held macro and also use for some portraits. Very pleased with my purchase. It'll take a lot of practice but worth the price. Second online purchase from Murphy's Outlet and I will be a returning customer.

  Good option for the price The cleaning kit is okay. Sensei air blower is really good. However the lens pen seems to scratch them. I also suspect that the brush will scratch them.

  The lens is great, the shipping not so much. It should be stated before placing the order that a signature is required. I had to make several phone calls to ensure this was changed and ultimately had to wait in line to pick up at a local FedEx Warehouse.

  Canon EF 50mm 1.8 OK for the price, and the bokeh is smooth, but at f1.8 or f2 nothing is sharp, and there is fringing. Its better at f5.6, but if I wanted f5.6 Id use a kit lens.

  Magnus REX Quick Release Plate Someone stole my tripod plate, or I misplaced it stupidly and in a panic i immersed myself on the internet. I found compatible plates made and shipped from China for about $ bucks, but I knew if I could find the original it would be in Murphy's Outlet.   My experience with Murphy's Outlet was first class. Communications pre-sale were prompt and helpful. Other reviews from across multiple channels helped me make up my mind on using Murphy's Outlet over other online options. I purchased z6ii with z 24-70 f4 bundle & z 70-200 f2.8 on Fri 8th April, I received dispatch notification on Sat 9th April and the camera arrived on Tuesday 12 th at 7.50am via DPD. Awesome turnaround. All items were in perfect condition in genuine boxes and both my lens' and body could be registered on the Nikon USA website!! So, would I recommend Murphy's Outlet, hell yeah. Will I use again? of course. 3 Yr. warrantee, great service and savings of approx. $1300 compared to BNH photo in Manhattan.

  Purchased a sigma lens here and I wasn't completely satisfied with the version I received but they were very quick to respond and organized a replacement and collection for me right away, absolutely fantastic customer service all round and I am very glad to have shopped from murphy's camera, the lens they sent me, although used, is impeccable quality, far above the description with excellent delivery speed and very safely packaged. If you're in the market for used equipment but don't want to sacrifice quality, check here first.

  Great lens for Birding! I just received my new 100-400mm lens and really like the sharp pictures it produces. I'm using it with my Canon 80D and like the results. It takes a little practice photographing birds in flight and so far it seems to be a little slow for it to make focus, but I will learn. Really happy with my purchase and especially buying it at Murphy's outlet.

  I shoot run and gun all across Montreal. The Sony HXR-NX100 is an untamed beast in all conditions from the built in ND filter to it's extreme low light capabilities.   Bubbles and Misalignment make this product defective I had the identical experience to that described in the most critical review posted here about the Sony PCK-LG1 Screen Protect Glass Sheet, which I ordered from Murphy's Outlet. The adhesive backing pulled the screen down on the LCD screen so fast I couldnt maintain alignment. The adhesive backing attached unevenly. leaving bubbles. I tried to lift one edge of the protective sheet to allow it to re-adhere. When it did, the bubbles left were larger. I called customer service, described my situation, and am being sent the Vello Ultra protector at no cost as a replacement. At least Murphy's takes care of customers well, more than I can say about the PCK-LG1 Screen Protect Glass Sheet!

  Affordable ,genuine but very slow They are very cheap and genuine. BUT the reason they only get 3stars from me is because the ridiculous amount of time it takes them to send you things and the amount they charge for delivery. So it takes them on average 2-3 days to even process an order before they even dispatch i don't have a clue why this is my order took 3days to even process. Next they charge $4.99 for delivery even when you have spent $180 like i did and not many company's huge or small charge for delivery over $100 and if you are going to charge $4.99 at least make sure its quick which in there case its horrifically slow. Bottom line is if you dont mind waiting 6-8 days for an item to come after paying $4.99 delivery by all means shop there but if you want your item quick dont bother.

  Decent Mic, Poorly shielded I use this mostly to record scratch audio, and it does a good job of that. Unfortunately my building has a lot of digital RF interference, and this mic picks it up like that's it's job. I suspect the dinky little output cable.

  Matterport MC250 Pro2 Camera I had been looking at all the different styles and brands from Murphy's Outlet and couldn't decide which would be the easiest and best for my real estate video creations. I called the store and was able to explain which camera I wanted to use and results that I wanted to accomplish. The staff member listened and explained his recommendation. This is a great easy 360 camera that a newbie will quickly learn and i suspect a medium to pro will like with advanced features. I highly recommend this outlet.

  Leica SUMMICRON-M 35mm f/2.0 for the lowest price online! Ordered my lens on April 5th and it arrived with Fedex on April 10th on my doorstep without any problems, despite the situation surrounding Ukraine at the moment. The product was very carefully packed too. This was my first order and there will be more in the future! Well done Murphy's Outlet!

  Murphy's Outlet does okay but their couriers need to change. Pre-sales & moment of sale service is excellent & professional. Product pricing is mostly competitive to advantageous for me, the customer. Point of shipping an item was missed - I did receive a refund on the missing item without problem upon request. Shipping was a serious let down - FedEx- I paid the premium to shorten delivery time from approx 2 weeks to under a week. It sat at a FedEx hub in New York for a full week. Ultimately the packet arrived after approx 2 weeks. Murphy's Outlet was professional but their sub-contracting courier sucks. Strongly recommend to find an alternative to FedEx.

  Tamron 18-400 lens for Nikon Just had my new Tamron lens turn up today and looks brilliant. It was around $200 cheaper than most stores so hopefully if this is all ok I will buy more equipment from Murphy's Outlet. I gave it a 4 star rating because the delivery was made by DHL who took 9 days to deliver it. How can it take so long.

  My 60th birthday present. My Mitakon Zhongyi Speedmaster 50mm f/0.95 III Lens has arrived came that quick that I wasn't ready. Asked delivery to be held back couple of days.   Satisfied I ordered the canon 24-70 f2.8 lens, price was great compared to other sellers. I was VERY skeptical cos I’ve been scammed online just recently, but I gave it a shot.
