  Just one minor issue Had to go to the Olympus website to verify compatibility of the RM-UC1 remote cable with the OM-D E-M10 Mark II, as I couldn't find any model specific information on the Murphy's Outlet listing. Other than that - everything was great!!

  The Best 35mm Camera!!!! This is THE camera to get now. Feb 2012!! Lucky we can still buy them new at Murphy's Outlet. Murphy's Outlet had the best price and I, against sanity, went for it.I live in Vancouver. When I checked with the local Nikon dealers they just laughed saying that they have not been having this model in their inventory for about 5 years.Then I realised that this model had been discontinued and has been for some. Thanks Murphy's outlet, NY!!!

  Fast supply of Tamron lens in stock After searching everywhere to get a specific camera lens, 99% of those contacted were awaiting back orders with lengthy delays from the far east. Murphy's cameras had the lens I wanted in stock and after calling to confirm availability and price they shipped it to me straight away.

  Its working fine as a cheaper alternative than the Sony one but it is plastic. I dont feel safe to attach the battery door to the housing as its likely to come loose, so I leave it in my camera bag.

  Very pleased & impressed. My order for Lumix 7-14mm zoom lens placed around midday Thursday and got it so quickly via UPS before 10am Friday to my Honolulu home !! Item was well packed in strong cardboard box - with lots of padding. The team in office were helpful with rapid answers to any of my email questions. Would use them again in future.

  I like Olympus cameras and yes I would buy it again. This is my very first mirrorless camera and first Olympus as well. I took the opportunity Murphy's Outlet offered (I have been a happy customer of this phenomenal store since 2012!) and purchased this one. I am very happy to report that I could not be happier! 3-day expedited (guaranteed) shipping only took 5 days. I guess guaranteed means something else at Murphy's Outlet. Friendly but powerless customer service staff.

  I bought a used lens online and picked it up right away. I was really impressed with the store, a very nice display of cameras and lenses. The service was also great, professional and friendly. I had a great conversation and was even allowed to fix lenses that I had no intention of buying. An absolute recommendation.

  These guys are great! got my camera before 11am the next day via DHL. The Camera was lowest price I could find anywhere I got a Canon R5, battery grip and EOS lens convertor. All I'd say is avoid the high street and their sky high prices! Murphy's are better and will cost you less

  MATTERPORT PURCHASE FOR REAL ESTATE I was currently using the Pro1 and upgraded to the Pro2 after doing the research. It is amazing! It scans faster than the Pro 1 and 4K quality is amazing!!! Murphy's Outlet live chat was awesome as well. Fantastic Product!!!

  Fantastic. I had a bad experience with another supplier. I ordered from next day cameras (Nikon FTZ adaptor) the day I ordered I was told who was delivering the following day. I then got a message from the carrier to say it would be delivered. The next day it arrived on a one hour slot in a box with loads of packaging. Can’t ask for more! Recommend 100%.

  Wrong Monitor Cable Recommendation I purchased a new Dell monitor last month. The website suggested a separate cable to connect it to my new iMac. It did not have the correct cable ends so I had to run to my local Best Buy to get the correct one. The staff needs to verify that recommended items are comparable.

  From ordering to delivery I was amazed by the level of service. my order was placed easily on the phone and was Shipped promptly, at a decent price and the lens is exactly what I expected. I took several photos on automatic focus and they turned out good, but then I switched to manual focus and they turned out great. Overall, I'm very impressed!

  Very friendly staff, decent prices, good selection of cameras and accessories I didn't know Murphy's cameras until I needed a new Darkroom Timer and looked online.   Ordered a Canon EF/RF lens adaptor on Thursday evening and it arrived on Monday as promised, very well packaged and is a genuine Canon item. It was twice the retail price but unobtainable from mainstream Canon suppliers which is an affront to loyal Canon customers. I would use Murphy's Outlet again even though their website needs updating.

  The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and make the whole experience painless. I had a problem with a Canon EOS 6D once due to a manufacturer defect but the staff sorted me out with no issue. On top of that their prices are very competitive. The staff there are not just sales people, they actually know about the gear and are usually photographers themselves. This is an excellent camera store.

  Gave 5 stars due to quality, price, arrival time. I needed a more compact digital camera so that I could take on trips instead of bringing my heavy DSLR, So I contacted Murphy's outlet, Found the ordering easy and the follow up phone calls excellent. Delivery was on time and the camera arrived at my door 3 days before the promised delivery date. The camera takes amazing photos, The video recording is also pretty good quality and am enjoying the heck out of it. Would be happy to recommend Murphy's outlet.

  An amazing store with incredibly knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of cameras and equipment. Very helpful and polite. Great people to be around.   Simply will not talk to you on the phone My first experience with Murphy's Outlet was about six years ago. Even then they rarely answered the phone. Recently I started using them again and found that they were responsive via email and delivery was fine. However, I recently wanted to place an order of about $1,200 and needed to discuss a number of things concerning the order so asked them to ring me. I got the standard response "We find we can offer a better level of service via email" i.e we serve our customers better by not talking to them. Utterly ridiculous. I said ring me or the order goes elsewhere and they still refused. So be it. Shame.

  A reliable dealer for used equipment I was looking for a really good used compact camera for my grandson and was amazed to find so few available on-line.   The product is well designed, of good quality construction and easily operated and is recommended. However, delivery was far from satisfactory. The item was left on the doormat in a public place visible to and accessible to all comers and indeed there are very many visitors to the church. A texted photograph purported to confirm delivery but it could have been stolen without any difficulty which is absolutely appalling!! An alternate safe location no more than 20yards away had been provided in the event that delivery to the actual address was not possible.

  Mamiya 645 35mm film back. From my initial email enquiry about the Mamiya film back and the quick response with the information I needed, which led me to go ahead with the order, the item was in very good condition and fairly priced, I was kept up to date with the progress of my order,.   Couldn't be better. The order arrived exactly as stated within 2 days. When I ordered it I was like a kid in the candy shop waiting for the assistant to bag my sweets. It was an awesome step to buy an expensive camera, but you were by far the cheapest on the internet, and when it arrived so quickly I couldn't believe it. Thanks you guys.   Canon G7x mark II review This was a gift for our son's wedding. In the end, I turned to Murphy's Outlet who reliably serviced my needs for all the cameras I have purchased over the past few years. The camera does everything that my other cameras does not do! It allows me to manually adjust the focus, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and so much more, Well deserved five stars!   I am an amateur photographer and buy most of my equipment from Murphy's outlet. I recently worked with Andrew and he was awesome.   Great lens for the price point. I was in the market for a new lens and was referred to Murphy's cameras by a friend who had used before, their prices are competitive and It was very easy to place the order. I opted for the Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 lens and have been very pleased. The focus was spot on right out of the box and it’s a great lens for shooting indoors without flash or outdoors at dusk. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase and I would recommend and use Murphy's again.

  I spent several months looking for a Vlogging camera & a company to deal with, I made my decision from reading reviews as I wasn't sure what to expect. The service from Murphy's outlet was fantastic, before placing my order I rang jus to have a chat with them so I could get a feel for their customer service & I couldn't fault them. Finally my Canon EOS M200 and accessories shipped the same day that I ordered them and they arrived after 4 days. Everything was in perfect, brand new, unopened condition and worked perfect. Am learning many new capabilities with the camera and so far am very pleased with the results of a multitude of taken images. Couldn't be happier with Murphy's outlet.

  Great product selection I was looking for a DJI Mavic 3 drone and tried several places and couldn't find what I wanted...at the price I wanted. I then came across murphy's outlet and they not only had the product but also had it at a cheaper price. When I received the drone, only two days later, I was happy to find the item in excellent condition and it looked brand new right out of the box.   FedEx delayed return of a defective camera by 5 days. Murphy's outlet would not advance the replacement shipment and said I could order the replacement and get the refund on the defective produce once the return arrived at their warehouse. Give your money to a local business.
