  Murphy's Outlet has always been my go to for photography equipment. Their customer service is second to none. Lately, however, it seems items are back ordered. Just tried to buy Lexar Tough memory cards but wait time is 2-4 weeks. Same story on several other items. I know things are screwy from the pandemic and this may not be Murphy's Outlet fault, but it's very frustrating not being able to get what I need.

  Very knowledgeable staff. I purchased a Tamron lens which was in mint condition. I was looked after by Andrew in store. He was patient as he asked me about what sort of image I am hoping to produce and what camera I use. His suggestion was spot on. He let me try it out. D500 and Tamron 10-24mm was just perfect. I knew I wanted this lens straight away. Got it for a great price and received some fantastic advice from Andrew as well. GREAT SERVICE!!

  Excited to get my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III I've been considering all kinds of smaller than dslr cameras for convenience. Check out Murphy's OUTLET and they had all of the lens I want and I got to take advantage of the Olympus bundling discounts. I did have to dig for one of the lens as it wasn't included in the original display but I found it. Otherwise, an excellent excellent experience.

  They advertised a Nikon D750 for about 10% less than other retailers. But a few days after I ordered it they cancelled the order without any communication, whatsoever. I had to figure out from a PayPal refund that they apparently decided not to fulfill the order because they didn’t want to honor their advertised price. When I emailed them to ask what was gong on, they didn’t even reply. Super disappointed and upset by this place.

  After trying to repair my lens by myself, big mistake, I called upon the services of Murphy's Cameras. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable, and possibly the nicest guy you could wish to meet. Initially I had little hope for my $1000 lens, that was now in a million pieces, but thanks to Andrew's expertise the lens is as good as new. Very reasonably priced and a quick turn around time, I will be sure to use Andrew's services again! Many Thanks.

  Great shop with friendly staff who know what they are talking about. Me and my son were served by a young man called Andrew today. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and gave us very good, sound advice on purchasing a camera fit for my son's purposes.   Just bought a new Nikon D750 cheaper than it would be on B&H, or at any of the camera stores. I was surprised when they sent me a brand new one. I love the way it processes the photographs and very happy with it. Eagerly waiting for summary for more pictures. Very happy with products and prompt service from Murphy's outlet. I would recommend them over many of the other websites out there any day of the week.

  I wanted to upgrade my old DSLR and I read a lot of reviews to make the best pick for my new camera. When I had finally decided I went online to Murphy's outlet and found fantastic bundles for the D750 that I wanted to purchase.   Fantastic customer service! I have used this company several times, and although it sometimes takes about a week or so for deliveries to arrive, for me this is both expected and not a problem. My last purchase was for a Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 lens, which arrived very quickly and in all of its packaging, It has been a very good lens for me! Sometimes the auto focus struggles but other than that I haven't had any complaints. Exemplary service. next time I want something tech I will check them out first.

  Excellent Customer Service This is my first time dealing with Murphy's, I ordered a Film Camera and it arrived within three working days. Communication was timely and precise. I don't understand why anyone would pay Rip-off prices to greedy companies. I saved about 60 dollars on the camera. I've had it for a few days and it's functions are very easy to use. the final film products come out very nice and colorful. I'm extremely happy so far and I will definitely recommend Murphy's camera to my friends in the future. I'll never order from anywhere else again.

  I spent $300 dollars on a GoPro from Murphy's outlet but When it arrived the Battery life really was terrible, I'm already thinking the spare that came with the bundle might be fake. Don't buy from them, and certainly don't expect any kind of useful service. Their products are bad, their call center is non-existent, and they clearly don't care at all about customer support.

  Murphy's outlet has a huge selection of used equipment and a smaller, but still impressive, selection of new equipment. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for this time, but what I wanted is somewhat obscure, so I wasn't surprised. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. I would recommend and would buy again.

  I purchased a new Wide Angle lens and got it in new condition, did exactly what I wanted it to do. Absolutely amazing for the price. It took me a long while to get used to how it worked with my lens, as focusing is very weird, but once I figure it out it's great. 100% auto focus functionality when attached to the 18-55mm lens. Haven't tried it with a telephoto lens but so far I've No complaints. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Always a pleasure!

  The customer service has been extremely helpful. Needed a new Mirrorless and came across one that caught my eye at Murphy's camera. It was in my price range and it had everything I wanted. I usually don't buy from unknown companies but don't regret making this purchase. The camera is better than I thought, ordering was fast and easy and I received it quickly. The camera has an excellent grip and it feels good in the hands. Easy to use. I’m extremely pleased and I would recommend Murphy's camera.

  Nikon FTZ II Every time I put this FTZ on my Z7 camera it reports that it is incompatible. I can't use it with any of my F mount lenses.

  Great Lens For Good Price I ordered a Nikon AF-S 55-300mm lens and It was as described and shipped in a timely manner. I have used it successfully from the day it arrived, and I haven't had any problem with it's creep when I'm aiming it downward. Even when I point the camera downward and shake it, it won't creep. I'm just beginning to get into testing it but my preliminary pictures are coming out nice - really nice. The sharpness is amazing and the lens produces a very nice bokeh. Very impressed and will definitely use Murphy's again. Many thanks

  Super processing and fast shipping! I went down to my local photo shop and asked a little about a camera I wanted to buy, they seemed disinterested and deviant to say the least and they weren't really able to answer my questions. I then went to Murphy's Outlet's website and emailed them about my questions. There was a quick and friendly response, so I ordered the camera, received it soon after, and am incredibly happy about it! :)

  Gets no information about the product I have bought and their support does not answer me... Really feel a bad service, the only thing I've got is a receipt with a order number that doesn't exist yet so it's just valid. Now get into the fight and learn to communicate the first time I buy from you... You could learn something from the camera body and photography. Nice to get some answers :) Thank you

  I visited Murphy's Outlet torn between a D750 and Panasonic Lumix S5. They had what I was looking for - very new hot Panasonic DC-S5 bundle- something I didn't manage to get from few other places. Very good advice, the S5 won me over since it is better in low light for its ISO. The Lumix S5 also shoots faster videos for slow motion scenes. No concerns. Everything that was offered was done swiftly and efficiently. Great service deserving of five stars.

  Happy end after initial disappointment. I originally wanted to buy a Canon EOS 7D MK II, but it turned out to be discontinued at Canon. Of course, this was a pity, but they suggested me an excellent alternative in the form of the Canon 6d mark ii. It was in the same price range (actually a little cheaper) and just as good (actually a little better), so it was fine enough. From there, it went blow by blow without a hitch. All in all a fine experience.

  Murphy's Outlet is amazing As a former sports photographer shooting both indoor and outdoor events in all kinds of weather, this Canon BG-R10 Battery Grip was necessary. I allowed for quick vertical shots without having to change hand position from horizontal shooting. Product was exactly as pictured, fast shipping and delivery. And I will definitely be ordering from Murphy's in the future!!

  Good guide I have received really nice guidance via mail to buy photo equipment (camera, lens, tripod accessories, etc.). In the store, I was also shown how to operate one of the tripod dollies so that I could save some time on familiarizing myself with it. I would like to shop there again - even if the delivery time has been a little longer than expected. That is far offset by the qualified service.

  Communication throughout the process following placing an order was excellent, I had to call them as the camera i had ordered was delayed, the agent who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me choose another camera. At first I thought it was a little pricey but after working with it and seeing the results, it was worth the money I paid for it. This is why I get all my camera equipment from Murphy's outlet.

  I returned my Canon EOS 7d the next day after receiving it because It was poorly packaged and looked used. I can not say that it was used but When it comes to something like a camera, just purchase it in person and avoid these online jokers like the plague.

  Good NYC outlet with 2 beauty spots The store has a modern ambiance and with newly realized items are available, but some are outdated versions (Nikon D800 for example) and the 'We're quality certified!' the pop-up reappears on every single page and covers a large chunk of the right side. Hence only the 4 stars; 5 if you clean up the item lists and remove pop-ups.

  Professional photo supplier One never goes in vain to Murphy's Outlet. At the forefront technically on all fronts, from photo, light, underwater photography, printers, electronics, video, &photo accessories..... and the best of all is that the prices are competitive.   I received my Sony a6000 today and was a little scared because the box had been smashed on top but Murphy's outlet did such a good job packaging the camera, so no damage was done. My camera is like brand-new. The shutter count was 152. It takes great pics. I am always happy with my orders from here. Plus, it was $60.00 cheaper than other places . I am very happy. I would hesitate buying refurbished.

  Best purchase ever, My Panasonic LUMIX ZS80 was delivered earlier than I expected, I bought the camera for macro photography and I have not been disappointed. I use it especially for photographing insects, flowers, etc. it also takes good telephoto shots as well as regular photos. The battery lasts a long time.   I bought a Nikon 70-200mm lens before a trip to Africa. It worked great for a few days - then I started getting error messages. Some of the photos appeared to show the shutter half closed. I switched lenses and confirmed it wasn't the camera. I sent it back to have it repaired. It was returned and still had the same problem. Avoid at all costs!

  Was kept up to date the whole time as to what was happening. Quick and efficient and extremely happy with the product. I made a couple of changes during the process and they were picked up very quickly and added on to the order with no problem, Waiting was long but murphy's surprised me!   Great Services. I have ordered with Murphy's outlet twice and always found the product delivered good and reliable. on this case I ordered a Nikon D7000 and I received it a few weeks ago. It's new, it has everything I ordered and it works well so far. My biggest reason for buying the camera was the features and I haven't been disappointed so far. I've had it for almost a week now, and I can say that it is a very nice camera, the image quality is superb. If you're looking for a DSLR camera I highly recommend Murphy's outlet.

  My camera data showed this battery to be only 75% charged before and after putting it in the recharger. Murphy's outlet promptly sent a replacement and told me to keep the defective battery. The replacement they sent holds a 95% charge. Good enough. Now I sort of have two spare batteries for the price of one.

  I have recently bought a new Nikon D3200 from Murphy's cameras. I was a little apprehensive to use a company that was online but after reading many positive reviews and doing some independent research my worries subsided. Very happy with this purchase, the camera Arrived quickly. Easy setup and great performance. Picture and sound exceeds expectations for the price. It has met all of my expectations.
