  Do not order anything from this website! My experience of them has been completely unacceptable from start to finish. I ordered a camera and returned it and despite it arriving at their warehouse days ago, I have yet to been refunded or contacted. Lesson learnt, I will be choosing websites more carefully in future.

  Please avoid this company at all costs. They sold me a faulty camera and had poor picture quality. I was not expecting hd quality picture but all pictures came out dark and look like I was taking pictures at night. Customer services has basically just said it’s out of warranty and said I’ll just have to pay again. I’ve asked to speak to other members but just been ignored, this issue is still ongoing

  Always check Murphy's before you buy elsewhere. I did my homework on buying my first DSLR camera before walking into the store. Since I gave the impression I knew what I was doing, I was given the freedom to try any camera I wanted used or new and had a lot of fun trying a Nikon. Luke at the store was my go-to there and I thank him for the great buying experience. I bought a new Nikon D5600 and . I'm enjoying photography more right now than I have for many years. Can't wait to make more fun trips out to here!

  Amazing Camera - I'm very happy with the purchase I was surprised at how fast the camera was delivered considering I ordered during the weekend. I was expecting around a week but it got 3 days. When it arrived, I set it up with no issues and it was perfect, I used it for the first time yesterday and was satisfied with the results.   Excellent choice for photography and video This is the first time I have ordered from Murphy's outlet but I have to say that I am impressed. Shipment of the camera was right away and When the box arrived, I could not be happier with the performance of the camera. The focusing is so much faster and more accurate and has improved the performance of some of my older cameras. I couldn't give Murphy's a better recommendation

  This is the worst company ever to deal with. Stick with Murphy's Outlet. The service is horrible. And don't expect for your delivery to be on time. But they sure knows how to process your card transaction faster then a speeding bullet. Stay away!

  Excellent quality and fast shipping This was my first experience with Murphy's camera and I am very impressed. My order shipped the next day.   Great camera store that also sells lots of photography and video technology stuff. They put out lots of great lessons and demonstrations on YouTube. Very few independent small camera stores with real experts like them are left which is sad.

  Much better than usual price for real Canon product! I was looking to add a second Delkin backup battery. The price on the actual Canon battery was $35 or so cheaper than at Best Buy, $20 or so cheaper than at my local camera store, which certainly impelled me to go with the real thing. The reviews online suggested that it was a better product than the other brands you offered. Once I had decided what I was going to buy, the actual process was very fast & easy.

  Purchased an used Nikon 1.4III converter and I am really pleased with the product. It's matched with a D500 and a Nikon 300mm PF. Not quite as good as my big lens but worth the compromise due to weight.

  Canon EF-S 10-22mm. I Purchase my Canon 80D from Murphy's outlet and I wanted to add a lens that would help me better my depth to ratio skills. Well, this was a great buy.   They sent me a receipt, but it was for a purchase I had made the week before. I rang the store and told them. They said that they could not find any reference to my purchase. Because I had no receipt, I was unable to register the camera, They do not care about their customers so I will never give them business again.

  Sigma 35mm F/1.4 Murphy's outlet is so great to work with, when I purchased this lens, it came with the free upgrade lens protector and sigma usb port, it wasn't shipped with the lens. Customer service immediately shipped those out. I will only use Murphy's outlet for all of my photo needs!

  Great Camera and Great Photography Store So excited to start using my new Nikon D850. It looks and feels great, it is a nice upgrade from the D750. I'll be able to give a better review on this, after I've used it for a time. My first Murphy's purchase was a D750 in 2018. A friend told me to buy it from them. I've enjoyed the D750, the many lenses I've purchased, and the e-mails. They have happily honored their best price should the purchase price on the exact same item go down within the return period of the item, and I received my refund within days. Their online tools for shopping, searching, researching, comparing, and saving multiple wish lists makes it a breeze to find exactly what you are looking for. couldn't be better

  I purchased a new point and shoot online using the pre-order function. This failed to turn up. After searching for a month the delivery company had lost it! they have only responded slowly to selected emails to follow up. I am still waiting on a refund which has not occurred within the promised timeframe. Terrible customer service

  Ordered a Nikon Z6 II in May and was told delivery would be 3 days later but a month has gone. Still no camera and no communication, I contacted Murphy's and they do not know when it will arrive, the camera is now available at other stores. I would advise against using this service.

  Sigma 150-600mm. Excellent lens, good price, and it arrived promptly and in excellent packaging. The lens was $300 less than what I am sure is a very good lens as well. Murphy's outlet carried this particular lens, along with the major competitor, while I could not find it at two very good local camera stores with which I am Familia. As always, great buying experience.

The package includes the tripod, a neat bag to carry it, a phone holder that fits most phones, a manual and a warranty card, Upon using it it is very sturdy and just what I wanted.   One year ago I bought a Canon EOS R from your store. It had 2 years warranty. And then 1 year later it broke. So I went to get it fixed because it had warranty. The staff just said give it to us and we will fix it so I did. However, they won’t fix it. they just gave me back my amplifier still broken. I am very angry with this service because I payed good money for my item and the staff won’t even fix it. Not a good experience.

  Much better than expected Purchased a Gimbal Tripod Head from Murphy's cameras, and have been very happy with both the price and the quality. The head has adequate features. Easy to use, reliable, great price. Once unpackaged, there is nothing to complain about in terms of quality. It doesn’t wobble or have any excessive play. My camera fits perfectly into the holder.   Fast resolution of problem The next day delivery option brought the tripod head to my door by lunchtime but unfortunately the head was faulty. I phoned the Murphy's Outlet number, discussed the fault, collection for return was arranged and the faulty unit collected within two hours! A replacement was reserved for me, which after the original was checked following return, was delivered six days later. A bit longer than I would have liked but the weekend got in the way and Saturday delivery did not materialize. All in all though great service.

  I ordered an Scientific Explorer 82 degrees 6.7 mm lens. I initially purchased a lens then changed my mind as I had seen another I preferred. So I called the store and the member of staff swiftly cancelled my initial order and was able to dispatch the new order that very same day and made things totally stress free. I paid for next day delivery and DHL were very prompt with their service too. I found the staff to be very helpful and informative. I am a beginner and just getting started with it, I would absolutely return and use this service again when upgrading products.

  Insist on the Owner level support/chat/inquires - anything less is gambling ! This NEW order was just fine, my LOW RATING is due to a chat approximately a week or so ago... I specifically asked if the K&F Concept 100 x 100mm pricing was a temporary sale price or a new lower price and was told; no need to rush your order, it's the new price! Of course, the next day when I went to place my order the item jumped in price twenty dollars and again increased a couple of more dollars a few days later...

  This is a good place to buy birding and wildlife photography, however don't trust their online stock checker because they don't usually have much in stock even they say they do online. You can get a few good deals but most things are cheaper to buy online.

  My purchase was a pre-order for a new camera so I knew the delivery time would be long. It finally came into stock just before I was going on holiday and so Murphy's Outlet said they would hold my allocated stock for me to pay and arrange delivery when I was back. When I called them to arrange delivery they had re-allocated the camera to someone else and I was then in for what turned out to be another month waiting for stock to come in again. To be fair they apologized and gave some money off as an apology but their stock control was not good on this occasion. I do trust Murphy's Outlet though as a company and yes I will continue as a customer

  I purchased the lowepro aw100 roller camera case for travelling around for my wedding photographer daughter. Easy to pull along with extended handle. Lots of Velcro compartments inside to adjust your cameras lenses etc. Zipped compartments for batteries chips etc and laptop compartment. Couldn’t fault it. Delivered promptly.

  Awful company, DO NOT USE I ordered a camera from this company and unfortunately it never turned up. I was not at home when it was supposedly delivered and FedEx have given no evidence whatsoever that the camera was delivered. Despite this, Murphy's Cameras are not issuing me with a refund or a replacement and FedEx are being very difficult to communicate with. Murphy's Cameras are siding with the courier and not the customer - disgusting. Murphy's Cameras have been particularly unhelpful and untrustworthy in aiding the situation which has now gone on for over a month and half!!
