  Horrible experience. They take your order and your money but never deliver the products. Its now nearly 2 weeks later and I tried to get support regarding delivery. I was promised the items would be shipped and they have failed on multiple times to keep to the promised shipping dates.

  Very speedy service and excellent quality products!! I ordered a Canon EOS M50 camera for the best price around and received it quickly in mint condition. Everything is Brand spanking new, in its original packaging, never opened, I’ve played with it for some time and I think that it’s an absolutely awesome camera.   Quick and easy. Ordered a Rokinon SP 85mm f/1.2 Lens on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday very well packed and complete at an extremely good price, the box was clean and everything was wrapped nicely in the box. As soon as I got it out the box, I took photos with consistently excellent results. It's fast, sharp, easy to handle, with consistent results across the range, I couldn't be happier with this great purchase. I would 100% recommend Murphy's cameras.

  Very happy with the product and the quick delivery. My Sigma 35mm F/1.4 arrived before expected and was in immaculate condition. It was packaged very nicely. I tested it right after receiving it on my Canon EOS 70D body and had great results, will continue to purchase from Murphy's outlet again

  Perfect purchase I normally buy on B&H but could not find a particular Underwater Housing in stock. While searching for alternatives, I found Murphy's outlet. Everything went as expected but I called them at the last minute to check if I could upgrade my shipping to have the order sooner. They were very friendly and helpful and upgraded my order to overnight shipping without an issue. The package arrived the next day and have been working perfectly since being setup. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

  I bought a used Canon EOS Rebel T3 from these guys, I was nervous when placing an order but the camera arrived in perfect condition and within 3 days of ordering, The condition was like new and it came with the original box and software.   Everything was neat and came with everything I ordered. All items came well packed and I received my order within 3 days using the standard free shipping and have taken some stunning shots right out of the box. The camera itself is a step up for me and has been very easy to use and user friendly. I am still learning some of the new controls, but the images I have been able to capture are awesome.   Great lens at an excellent price. I purchased a Canon EF 70-200mm from Murphy's outlet and their service was excellent. The lens was shipped to me in 2 days and it has been awesome. Image stabilization and the extra light it captures are just what I needed. It is a great lens for basketball games, football games, and all types of outdoor sporting events.   I received my Camera Case for a bargain price. I paid with PayPal and it was delivered in 5 days! No problems of any kind. I'm happy to say that it has exceeded my expectations. My DSLR with the kit lens fits perfectly with some room to spare in the main compartment. And the additional side pockets offer plenty of room for two back-up batteries, the charger. I am pleased with the purchase.

  First time buying and returning I ordered a neutral density filter. It shipped free, arrived within days and on time.   Excellent Leica Bought an ex demo set of Leica 10-25 binoculars which are fantastic. Lightweight, but superb optics which work surprisingly well in low light. Delivery was punctual and the binoculars are superb! Thank you.

  Great service and price When no one else had a Canon RF100-500 I found MURPHY'S OUTLET had one in stock. I rang, got a good price $100 less than those who didn’t have it and it was sent promptly when I ordered. Delivery via FedEx was faultless and the way it was packed by MURPHY'S OUTLET was superb . One of the best wrapped and secure items of camera kit I have ever bought! Andrew was very helpful and patient with advice. I am sure it won’t be long before I buy from them again.

  Excellent Customer Service And Value For Money Superb Company 10/10 Recently bought the Canon eos m50 mark ii bundle from Murphy's Cameras and I'm incredibly happy with the service. I had never heard of this company before so did my research and also inquired about the canon bundle and the people on the other end of the phone were just perfect. They answered all my questions even though I rang them 3 times before ordering they were so friendly on the phone and that reassured me I could trust this company. I went with this company because I was confident I could trust this company and because they are the cheapest company around for what I wanted. Certainly value for money. I placed my order and the next day got an email saying the suppliers didn't have the case that was meant to come with the bundle but Murphy's Cameras had it sorted they offered me two different cases so I picked one and of course it was free of charge for the change over they were really sorry for any inconvenience and were fast to reply to my emails. I ordered my item on Wednesday and it came Sunday that's including needing to sort out the different case I was extremely happy with the shipping speed. I opened up everything and everything was there. The only slight tiny little problem was that they sent the case I didn't ask for but I opened it up and actually preferred that one. I rang them the next day just to say thank you that I have received my order and to let them know that unfortunately they sent the wrong case but I'm happy with that one so there's no further action to be took place. Andrew was on the phone to me when I rang up and he was very apologetic about the situation but was happy and ready to sort anything out if I needed too. He took some details from me so he could make a note of what had happened so in the future hopefully it won't happen again. Andrew was really helpful on the phone wished me the best with my new camera and reassured me if I had any problems or any other questions to just ring back and he would be happy to help. The service they offer is just perfect I can't speak high enough about this company. I 100% trust this company and I will certainly be a returning customer if I need any other bits for my camera.   My order arrived more quickly than I expected. The ordering process was easy, and Murphy's Outlet were flexible about the package they supplied. I was led to expect delivery in about one week, but it was within 5 days. One minor item, the screen protector film, was damaged by folding and only just usable, and there was no information about the manufacturer's warranty, but I am otherwise very satisfied with my order.

  Restrictions on shipping darkroom I'm really disappointed when I see an item I need is available for in-store pick-up only. I have ordered Kodak D-76 Developer from Murphy's Outlet so many times. Why the change? Maybe it's beyond there control. I hate to rate Murphy's Outlet less than 5 stars, but this is really inconvenient due to ValuJet Flight 592 plane crash.

  Canon EOS Rebel T7 Excellent transaction with Murphy's and the price was better than listed! I also got t some extra 8GB SD cards and a free camera bag. It's my first DSLR but I am extremely happy. At this time I can't say anything bad about it. I have found it to be very easy to adapt to the changes. Also Murphy's outlet has provided excellent service for all my camera & lens purchases. I plan on going to them in the future.

  Great product for the price! I had a great experience buying through Murphy's outlet. The tripod that I purchased was better than described, Being very compact makes it much easier to carry around. Although I have a more professional camera I still find it much easier to use and it's An overall pleasant experience. Would gladly recommend and do business with murphy's again.

  Smooth and Easy transaction Their Service has always been excellent. I have always been fully informed of the status of my orders which have been dispatched promptly.   Very poor customer service I do not recommend this company to anyone and was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service. I ended up cancelling the order because I didn't believe they would ever send the product to me. Felt like I was pushed into the decision.

  Great Experience. I have ordered from Murphy's cameras before so had no hesitation in ordering a Nikon COOLPIX P900 from them. After placing the order i was kept informed all the time and I was able to track its progress through the delivery process to my home address. The camera arrived in 3 days and It's everything I've ever wanted, it takes fantastic photos and It exceeds all my expectations. I'll be coming back to them for my future lens purchases.

  Excellent pricing and fast shipping. The price was by far the most competitive and the quoted delivery time was just a few days. I placed my order on 4th July and it arrived on the 9th. The camera was well packed and delivered safely by FedEx. So far it has exceeded my Expectations and as a beginner and I'm having a good time learning to use it.   Worst customer service ever. I ordered a dslr camera and lens kit and was waiting on delivery Information and I received an email saying that they had made a mistake on the advertised price and I needed to pay another $60 to have the package delivered. I will never support such a terrible store ever again.
