  Fantastic and great service I wanted to upgrade from my Canon 90D to the R5 C and got a fabulous camera bag in the deal, they made it so easy to place the order and I received the camera very quickly. The bundle was an amazing deal. The low light performance and the new features made the upgrade worthwhile. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase!

  My Panasonic X1500 camcorder came in exactly as I had dreamed. It's stunning in every way. My experience with customer service was superb, my experience with shipping was just as great. I'm really blown away by how great my entire experience was. If you are on the fence about ordering from Murphy's, don't be, they are the real deal.

  Murphy's cameras made the purchasing experience very easy and was very professional. They contacted me to ensure I was indeed the one making the purchase as it is an expensive piece of equipment. I received the camera a day before the estimated arrival date. So I have had it only a week and I love how small it is and and how well it performs in a variety of lighting conditions. I will keep doing business with Murphy's for sure.

  My package turned up Crushed, torn and dented, I asked the delivery driver for a reason and said I was not going to except it, he handed it to me, took a picture and left. Never had this issue with other camera stores. I will not be purchasing anything more fragile, such as lenses from them.

  I’m very disappointed. I have been a customer of Murphy's outlet sine 2017. Have ordered many times. But recently ordered a camera Video Light that was supposed to be delivered in May, it’s mid August and I haven’t received the order yet. They shipped the wrong item twice. Very disappointed and that’s definitely my last order.

  Brilliant Service I found Murphy's outlet through online reviews. Several reviewers referenced them and stated they were a trusted company that was great. My entire experience of buying an underwater camera was in fact excellent. The company has excellent communication and worked with me to get the order shipped on time. The best part is that the camera shoots great high quality footage in 1080p and is so easy to carry around. So happy I made this purchase.

  Sony FX3 Cinema Camera I waited three weeks for this on backorder, and it finally came - in perfect condition as always from Murphy's outlet. Haven't used it a great deal yet but am very impressed with the clarity of the photos. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars!

  It's not often I post a review concerning my buying experience about a company, but when the transaction is great I think people should know. I recently bought a Nikon D780 and several Nikon lens from Murphy's Outlet and I could not be happier with their customer service, pricing, and shipping/handling time! The prices for equipment is unbelievably reasonable and I got free shipping on my products. I definitely would recommend for your photography needs!

  Murphy's Outlet did a good repair and service but forgot to send back the lens cap I had on my camera. After I let them know they located it and sent it back fast and did apologize. That was my only gripe, aside from that they did an awesome repair. Also they cleaned the camera up extremely well. The lens cap thing was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect experience. I would use them again without hesitation.

  I can't think of a word better than perfect to describe my experience. I dropped my camera and not only got a lens error but I also bent the part on the front that was pushing into the lens. This was part of the whole front of the camera. They straightened that so perfectly and repaired the lens. It's working so great now and the lens is smoother than I ever remember it being. Use this place if you need a repair. They're quality of workmanship is just above and beyond!

  Good comms. Note that camera will come from New York so delays possible. It seems that the Nikons at least covered by the Nikon warranty but you will not be able to claim cash back as this is not a Nikon authorized seller. Still cheaper than buying from US seller!

  I just received a Sony camera with accessories. It all came loose in the box, bouncing around in the UPS truck. They didn’t bubble wrap anything. This is a $2500 dollar camera, it needs to be protected. The camera box in the shipping box was dented. Definitely not happy...

  BAD COMPANY PRACTICE. Murphy's Outlet charges for items that are not in stock. Murphy's Outlet claimed it would be in stock and shipped within 7 to 10 days. I waited for over 30 days still no item. Finally I had to cancel due to the fact it was over thirty days and the item still was not in stock. I hope I don't have to wait that long for the refund of the money I paid for the out-of-stock item!. In short, this is a bad business practice!

  My 'go to' camera and optics company. Always good on advice and swift shipping is a given. However, they are willing to go the extra mile when there is a problem as when a DSLR that I had purchased from them failed just outside the manufacturer's warranty period. Can't recommend them enough as an ethical and customer orientated business.

  Excellent Customer Service I was very dubious about skeptical as i hadn’t heard of the website before and also that it was so much cheaper than elsewhere but couldn’t recommend enough. The LED Light came within 2 days of ordering and all in perfect working order, Love how solid it feels and to be honest, the functions are easy and straight forward. Used it on a video call today and its great. I am extremely satisfied.

  Great Experience at Murphy's Outlet I had a fine experience when purchasing a couple of flashguns from Murphy's Outlet, in New York, recently. One gun was bought in store by a very helpful, knowledgeable, young , attractive, sales person, and the other was posted to my home address, as promised, the following day. I also got a very good deal on the "second -hand" unit, which was in mint condition, and came packaged as if it was new, too!

  I've been buying my photographic equipment from murphy's outlet for years and I can honestly say that each order has turned up in full and on time. My recent purchase was a used Nikon D3500 that arrived packaged well and in excellent condition and a fraction of the cost for a new one. Will definitely use them again

  I am very satisfied with this website Tripod was at a great price. delivery was quick and arrived on time with constant updates and tracking available. The tripod was in great condition upon arrival and well packaged. I was very impressed when I first took it out of the box. It is light and compact. It is very smooth to use and has a nice feel to it. Can't wait to get out and put it to use. I highly recommend this store.

  Straightforward transaction. The experience was satisfying in that I found the camera I was searching for and was able to complete the transaction quickly. The delivery was quicker than was anticipated and the package was well wrapped and in good shape. It's definitely a step forward from my point and shoot, with a lot of modern features such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, but also it is easy to use and learn. I just love it, No issues so far shooting couple 4k videos. Looking forward to use it more.
