  Kase 4-In-1 UV & ND Clip-In Filter Would not snap into the opening of my Sony a7RIV. I tried 3 of the 4 filters in this kit, but none of them would snap into the opening. Very disappointing.

  Sony ZV-E10 Mirrorless Camera with Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III RXD Lens I’ve been shopping at Murphy's Outlet for the past year and a bit. I can honestly say it’s my go to store for anything I need, Andrew is very pleasant person to talk with and very knowledgeable he takes the time to go the extra mile and help with what you need, (a rarity in this hobby). Shipping is usually fairly quick. Thank you Murphy's Outlet for your hard work and support. Looking forward to more rig building in the future!

  Extremely unprofessional. Paid for next day delivery and due to "high volumes", couldn't get next day delivery. Stop advertising that option when clearly you can't provide it. On top of that, there was a blackout (understandable, it happens), but thanks to that I couldn't get my photos two days after. The LEAST you could do is give your costumers a heads up. Third day waiting. Don't go here if you're expecting efficiency!

  What a package deal! I have been wanting this camera for a little while and finally got to purchase it. I have been pricing this camera and Murphy's had this package deal that other tech stores sold only the camera for. My first photos I took with my mirrorless camera were beautiful.

  Great camera for product photography 👍🏽 I purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T8i and I just love it, delivery was a little longer than normal but the camera arrived in pristine condition. The camera is so easy to use and produces amazing results. I love the flip screen! The fact that it's touch screen is amazing. Very happy with the overall purchase.   Olympus OM-D EM-1 Mark III I bought this camera as an upgrade to my OMD EM10 Mark lll. It focuses super fast and takes great pictures. The grip is excellent and the camera overall feels very solid. I like the in-camera charging and that it also comes with a battery charger if you don't want to charge in-camera. As always, a great price and great service. Camera was very safely packed and arrived on time via FedEx. Thanks.

  Excellent Quality I am not interested in using products based off of price, having said that, this unit has become one of my favorites after having some exposure to it. The mechanics of it are in place, the associated costs are well below what one gets for the price. The warranty Vortex has in place is second to none, however, Id prefer to not have to ever use a warranty, but he no fault warranty is pretty darn good to know that you have it. This unit fits the bill when blending costs, performance, quality and warranty all factored in, you will not disappointed.

I wanted to buy a new Canon EOS 6D Mark II camera, and as I had a low budget, I couldn't find a good deal anywhere else until I landed on their website. shipping was fast and I got one that was not opened or purchased by another customer, The camera is awesome!   Amazing customer service. I ordered a Nikon D3500 that I noticed had a very small scratch on the screen. Chat help responded immediately and gave me instructions and paid postage to send it back. A replacement arrived a few days after. Can't fault them!

  I have rated them 5 stars in the past; however, the last order missed the promised cutoff date for overnight shipping. This caused me to not be able to use the camera and pay a costly service to perform the work for me. Murphy's has so far failed to refund the shipping charge, which was their fault. While l am asking them again and this is not over, I have to spend time dealing with not only the return of the product but fighting their dispute. In this case, I should have bought it locally.

  I placed an order and was given a guaranteed ship date. I called and confirmed that ship date. After my product was supposed to be delivered I called to see what happened and was informed they were back ordered and would have to wait over a week after being guaranteed they were ready to ship. Then I had to spend the remainder of the day on the phone trying to get a refund. stay away from them

  Always a great experience!! I ordered my Nikon D750 camera from Murphy's cameras and got a genuine Nikon US market product, the camera worked easily and it's everything I've been waiting for. For a DSLR camera, it is very reasonably-priced. The photo quality is excellent - with good lenses, the images are sharp and the colors are beautiful and accurate. I've used the camera for everything from fast-moving action shots, including portraits and nature photography. Images enlarged to poster size retain their sharpness and detail. they were so clear and detailed. Thank you so much Murphy's cameras!

  Great Experience I ordered a Canon EOS RP camera for a photoshoot and selected FedEx two day shipping. The camera body is great and I am excited to use it at the next wedding. The camera made such a big difference in picture and video quality that I'm now totally sold on full-frames. The pictures are clear and sharp, the menu is pretty easy to navigate and quality is good. looking forward to upping my skills again and having the camera for a long time.   Had three orders with them in the past. The first two times went really well, high quality equipment and prompt exchange process. Delivery has been a disaster through FedEx, and when I asked for a exchange, the customer service lacks basic professionalism. Wrong return form and no instruction at all, wasting my time. I guess their in-person shop experience might be better, but won’t be doing business with them online in the future.

  Canon RF 85mm f/2 The sales person at the store was very helpful in the purchase. The lens performs very well. Detail in photos is very sharp. I purchased this lens to photograph wildlife. I use it on a Nikon D800 with excellent results. The ordering process couldn't be better.

  Very poor online ordering process I will never by another product again! I purchased a Sony a7 II less than 4 months ago and it will not turn on. I was on the phone for over an hour speaking with someone that did not speak English clearly who did not explain the proper way to ship my product so I had to make several trips to FedEx and it's taking them weeks to send me a refund. Poor customer service

  Tamron AF 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 As good as any budget zoom lens that I have owned. In perfect condition and shipped incredibly fast. I cannot compare it to a $3000 lens because I have never owned such a thing!! As sharp as any Nikon lens in the same category and at a great price. Looking forward to many years of shooting with it.   Canon EOS 6D Mark II Got this camera body from Murphy's outlet and have been testing it out for the last four days. The photo quality is outstanding rendering extremely sharp detail and it has passed my expectations. Price, form factor, excellent photos. Extremely happy with my purchase.   Just 1 young man working hard to both collect and hand over goods (which is the only reason I've given 2 stars) otherwise service was appalling several other members of staff were stood in the front of the store area chattering and showing no interest what so ever whilst customers were waiting to be served no wonder these shops are disappearing from the high street. I will think twice before shopping in Murphy's Outlet again.

  Have used Murphy's outlet for more than 20 years and have never had a problem. If you don't know if a product will work with your equipment talk to them and get their advice! Great place to do business, excellent prices! I always buy from them, two Tripods Two Nikon Cameras, several lenses!

  Easy to use website and cheap shipping, Thank you I recently bought a Canon EOS M200 Camera with a 15-45mm Lens and got the best pricing after checking through, plus free shipping within two days.   The staff is informed and competent and helps guide you to the right choice based on your needs and abilities. I particularly like their selection of used equipment. My last big transaction there was buying a new Nikon body. I was able to trade my prior body and its kit lens. The whole transaction was done quickly and efficiently, I will be sure to give them future business for my photography needs.

  Always busy and staff and not that knowledgeable. And the waiting times to receive your item is not great, average waiting time is about 10 to 15 minutes. Otherwise is a pretty good value for money Shop.

  Nikon Zfc This is my first Mirrorless camera. The camera meets and exceeds all my expectations. For what i use the camera for the AF eye tracking makes the camera well worth the price paid. It will take me a long time to explore everything that it will do. Also Murphy's outlet was very helpful, and very fast on the shipping once the camera was available to ship.

  Great Lens, Great Price, Great service The Canon 70-200mm IS f2.8 works great with my 5D body. As a wedding and portrait photographer, I rely heavily on the quality that a lens combined with a camera can produce. Murphy's Outlet is a no nonsense online retailer. No foolishness trying to sell you a bunch of nonsense you don't need. Just good prices, good service and great products. I would recommend this product and Murphy's Outlet to anyone who asks.   Canon EOS RP Mirrorless Camera Very satisfied and impressed by the quick , almost immediate response from the customer service department, it shows that this store is responsible and trustworthy! 2 customer services staffs offered the return authorization right away when I email them regarding the return process. this gesture showed they are sincere and honest.   Excellent Package Great camera, especially for this price point and for recording video. Haven't had any complaints about the autofocus, which I saw used to be a problem with the GH5 in the past. This is also a great bundle from Murphy's Outlet!

  Great Quality, Works Like a Charm Gets along fine with my Olympus OM-D EM1 Mk2. I had tried another brand from Amazon and had to send it back. Spoke to the representative here at Murphy's Outlet and he steered me to just the right product. Already got some outstanding shots of hummingbirds with my tripod and the Vello FreeWave Plus II. Great product and great service!

  Don't know how I lived without it! Having researched some of the alternatives, I believe that this gimbal may be the best value on the market. Well made, easy to operate. Just be certain your total camera/lens combo is less than the rated weight load. Very impressed, very happy.

  I recently made a purchase from Murphy's Camera Kentucky. It almost immediately became apparent to me that, in my infinite stupidity, I had made an error in what I wanted. I emailed the store (at the Kentucky) and explained my situation. They immediately replied telling me to come in and they would fix things. They did, quickly, efficiently, and courteously. If the highest customer rating is a 10, then I would, with immense thanks, assign these people an 11.

  Simply fantastic customer service. I accidentally damaged the treasured binoculars bought two years ago from Murphy's outlet. They organized their return to the manufacturers in mainland Europe and sorted the repair and their return with no charge to me. All along keeping me personally informed of progress and meeting or beating deadlines. Thank you very much.

  Murphy's outlet has excellent customer service! I had an issue with my Sigma sd Quattro H camera (No fault of theirs) and they were always quick to respond to emails and to reassure me that the issue would be resolved. The issue has now been fixed. Very helpful people. Definitely recommend.

  Very positive experience! Excellent turnaround time from order placement to delivery. Excellent online updates and tracking in real-time. Product arrived in a well protected container in perfect condition. All in all a positive experience. Could be more transparent regarding import fees and charges levied by the courier company. In spite of those extra fees, still cheaper than everyone else is selling this item for. Will buy from you again.

  Best Macro lens for a great price. Ordered a Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 lens but unfortunately the lens didn’t arrive at the estimated arrival date. The tracking status wasn’t updated anymore. I contacted Murphy's Outlet and thanks to their intervention I received the lens a couple of days later. Great lens for a great price.

  The costumer service is great, however the way that they managed the shipments is not good enough and might take up to 2 business weeks to deliver a package, when they told it takes 3-5 business days. Prices are affordable.
