  I recently bought a Z7ii and just yesterday a NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 lens . I dealt exclusively with Luke. He was extremely helpful with my camera. Price wise and I looked around pretty much best in Kentucky. Couldn't be happier with my Camera and Luke's help. Thank you Luke!

  I visited this store on 15th September 2022 to purchase Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8 lens. The store helped me with price match so I paid advance to book the lens. On 25th Sep I took the delivery of the lens. On the same day I checked their website again and the price was much lower than what I booked for. I contacted the store and spoke to Andrew. He helped me with the refund of the reduced price. I really liked the genuineness of Murphy's Camera.

  Went into Murphy's Outlet to be greeted by a staff member who could barely show any interest. Was looking for a specific product that you online service advised was available only to be told 'don't have that'. He would have walked away if I had not got him to read the advice from BH Photo online service. He finally did look up to see if Manhattan office had it. Then told it was a discontinued line and not available.. Could/would not say why Online service said product available. Think I will go somewhere else to find what I wanted.

  Very good store. I bought it through online. As it was an expensive item. And I live in Australia. I wasn’t quite sure if the transaction will go through smoothly. But everyone went really well.   I purchased a camera, lens, flashes, backpack, SD cards, and a lot more at Murphy's Outlet, which had already become my favorite place to spend my recreational time for various reasons. First, they got a comprehensive and great variety of equipment for photographers. Second, the prices are either the same or cheaper than the official retail price. Third, the staffs obtain broad knowledge pertaining to photography, and they are passionate about providing tailored advice with patience. The customer experience was great.

  A quaint little camera shop hidden in the bustling area of Kentucky. Andrew Mueller is very friendly and patient and took his time to explain everything to me. There was no pressure to buy and he spent an hour to explain all the different camera functions so I could be sure I was making the right choice. 100% would recommend.

  I went in to Murphy's seeking assistance with a repair to a canon DSLR only to be recieved with anunfriendly, borderline hostile staff member who offered no help and no alternatives. I walked down the street to Mike's Centre and my problem was sorted in a few minutes. Murphy's only gets two stars because they stock a decent range of gear. They have lost a customer though

  Great Product and Service! The a6400 that I purchased is a great piece of equipment and it arrived quickly. Definitely recommend the deluxe kit with the extra battery and charger, as these batteries drain quite rapidly.

  My favorite film stock ever! When I first bought from Murphy's outlet it was a great experience. They answered all my questions and the objects arrived on time and with very good quality. Since then I buy 120mm films here. Murphy's outlet always ships fresh stock. My favorite c41 film.

  Ordered a Canon EOS 6D Mark II and paid for it a week ago. On website it says it has shipped the next day, No tracking number was provided. I called and emailed customer service and they also don’t know or can give an idea of what happened to my order . So far I received an email only that they would look Into it and never heard from them since. Worst service I have ever had

  Nikon D850 d850 is working awesome at night! The ISO range is just great. Now I do use it a ton but auto ISO on the d850 for hand held indoor shots & on the go at night has been very impressive. Competitive prices and friendly and knowledgeable service. Staff explained the camera and it's technical benefits.

  Everything went just as promised and I love my new camera! I bought a Mirrorless Camera and it came in the exact condition as was described in their website. Bokeh is great.   Excellent Lens - Worth every Penny! Thanks Murphy's! I needed a second lens for my Canon Rebel SL3 before going on vacation. I found a used one at Murphy's outlet, ordered it and received it quickly. I couldn't tell that the lens wasn't brand new.. It came with not a single mark on it and worked as If nobody ever used it. I'm assuming someone returned it once they found out it was a cropped sensor and wouldn't work properly on a mirrorless Camera. Luckily for me, the SL3 isn't mirrorless and it worked and looks amazing. I am excited and I will definitely do business with murphy's outlet again

  Sweet-Talked me into Purchase, Disappointing in Aftercare I purchased my camera, a few accessories and an extended warranty from this online store and was happy with their sales service. However, I did not receive any proof of the extended warranty. Upon contacting several times to get some confirmation of the warranty, I was told that it was coming or that they were restructuring the extended warranty packages but I could rest assured that I was covered. It is now the end of my manufacturer warranty, and still no paperwork or proof from them. Good sales service Poor support after sales, poor excuses given, bad warranty service

  Murphy's Outlet Daily Deals' Offer Recently bought a Fuji X-H2 together with a Fuji XF 18-120mm f/4 lens and found the manual daunting at 900 pages plus. Murphy's Outlet offers a 30-minute setup service which I decided to take. With this camera there are so many menus it's worth it as I intend to use this for photos rather than video and setting up took nearer 90 minutes. The Murphy's Outlet staff member took me through the whole range of settings many of which are new to me despite previously owning an x100v. A very patient staff member went through what some of the new features do and the camera is now set up for my needs.

  I find this shop very helpful. They have the personal service I like. I wanted a particular kind of battery charger and they explained all the options and demonstrated how to use the one I selected. Nothing was too much trouble. They know their stuff and deserve to have plenty of customers.

  Recently I purchased my first ever Mirrorless camera. After swapping out a lens I managed to get dirt on my sensor. Being a Sony camera it has to be cleaned by someone who understands the sticky sensor set up they (Sony) have. 24 hour drop in lens cleaning service was very reasonably priced and the quality of my photos past f/15 or so now has no sign of sensor spots. When asked for advice it was clear and concise. It may be a round trip from Seattle to Kentucky but I see this trip as priceless. They, the store staff, were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. A-class service. If I had friends I would recommend Murphy's Cameras to all of them.

  Z CAM eND Module Z Cam eND As any other Zcam product this ND filter is built like a tank. This is an awesome filter. I don't need my heavy shade box anymore. This works well and works as advertised. Easy to install and take out.

  About 25 years of being a Murphy's Camera customer. I started using Murphy's when I was a professional photographer back in the 1990s, I think the first camera that I bought was a Canon 5D the original. I’m retired now but every camera that I have owned since then has been supplied by Murphy's. Their service has always been excellent due to their very knowledgeable staff. Five Stars easily.

  Very pleased with Canon 6D Mark II I transitioned from a Canon 60D. The 6D Mk II is superior in every way. More accurate autofocus. More accurate sensors to get lighting and color exactly right. The 24-105 F4L lens is versatile and practical for wildlife or portraits. I am not only satisfied, I'm impressed! The service at Murphy's was excellent to work with and I received my items right on time.

  Zeiss 10x42 Conquest Binoculars After talking with the Murphy's staff, I settled on 10x and the Zeiss. The the purchase of the Zeiss 10x42 Conquest binoculars was a good decision. We use them for bird watching and general use. They are light and easy to focus with a very respectable field of view. The Murphy's deal was the best I could find.

  I have the Mavic air, and even though it is a fantastic drone, I regret the purchase. I am now able to use my drone but two out of the three batteries of the fly more combo are totally dead. Not in hibernation, but dead. They now cost $99 each to replace which is a ridiculous state of affairs for a so called intelligent battery. A single battery is not enough, and I'm reluctant to spend so much money when it could happen again if I need to put the drone away for any period of time. Be aware of the really needy battery regime. I looked online to make contact about this but there wasn't a phone number or email address I could find and the online support page just sent you round in circles.

  Excellent product, I am very pleased with the service The Canon R6 is a joy to shot with! I have paired my R6 with the Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens and it is a stellar combination. Murphy's Cameras' was amazing as well, I ordered the camera and an additional lens. I wasn't expecting the arrival until Monday the following week but to my surprise Murphy's Cameras' rushed the order and I had it the very next day. Really happy with the whole transaction.

  Great Lens for the Money I was able to save a bunch buying this Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 DG Art over the Sony lens. My other two lenses are Sony. This one has been a great fit with the other two lenses I purchased from Murphy's Outlet, Kentucky. Very satisfied!!

  Very unsatisfied. I have tried and tried calling this place, none ever picks up the phone. Their voice machine said they are closed from the 19th to 23rd, that's alright figured, with it currently being the 25th I drove to the store to pickup a part I need to use my Hasselblad X1D II 50C. It is supposed to be clear out this Friday and Saturday with no extension, so it was important I needed it soon. I arrive, and they have a sign on the door saying they extended their closure from the 23rd to the 29th... seriously? You couldn't update your phone message? After an hour drive each way I go online and order the part with expedited shipping, since again I really need it soon, at checkout it says it will be delivered next day. After getting my shipping confirmation, it now says delivery Monday. Thanks, now I will miss both clear nights and have to wait until the next new moon to try my scope out... not impressed at all.

  Sony a6400s after market best accessory I found that the grip and shape of the a6400 was not a good fit for my hand. It was too small and too close to the lens. Murphy's Camera suggested this Vello BG-S4-2 grip and solved the problem. Now I am really happy with my a6400. Thank you Murphy's!😍👌
