  Nikon D7500-Fantastic camera, great package! The broad range lens is handy for general purpose. I use the camera for short range photography so I'll buy a lens appropriate. Beyond that, Murphy's outlet is top notch as always and I couldn't recommend a better source for photographic needs. This is a great package across the board!

  I ordered a Fujifilm X-T4 camera, there was a slight delay as the stock was a few days late, this was not a problem. Arrived quicker than I'd expected and I'm very pleased. I will definitely be dealing with Murphy's cameras again. Communications were first class, FedEx delivery was spot on, and the price was excellent. All praise!!!

  I have had the worse experience ever. This company has the worse customer service. They are irresponsible and reply to emails once in a week. It took them 4 weeks to refund me for a damaged camera which I returned. They also offered a replacement - which I wanted gladly to accept but instead no one ever reply to my email confirming the shipping of the replacement and no one bothered return my call.

  I bought a camera that turns out they have no stock off, and they have no clue when it would be delivered. Obviously I cancelled my order and now they are holding my funds for two weeks before returning them. Terrible service, stay away.

  The only place in Manhattan where I've found the wished one camera. The store is actually really small, but the product range is quietly wide and the prices are the best.   Just bought a Canon Pixma Pro-200 printer. My old Epson R800 had died. Murphy's Outlet website was super straightforward to use. Excellent communication and got my printer delivered by DHL the following day. So, far very pleased with my printer. Choose one with USB connection. Bit fiddly to set up. Murphy's Outlet offer help and advice to set up which was good to know. Happy with the results of my printer and Murphy's Outlet.

  Came in to get my sensor cleaned on my Sony a7S iii. They told me that it wouldn't be attended to until the following day so I would have to come back for it, but after 2 hours I got an email saying it was ready to be collected. Had I known I would have stayed for sure! Other than that they handled it well, got it back in the condition I left it cleaned. Fairly priced and honestly it was still quick so I'm grateful. I'll definitely be using it again, 5* next time if they can get it to me same day :)

  Professional and helpful I rang Murphy's camera's for advice and was pleased to speak to a knowledgeable man who gave me the advice and confidence to select the right camera. I had to ring back following the purchase to say I had to travel on the agreed delivery date. The young lady was most helpful and said it would be dispatched immediately and arrived the following day. Add that to the best price by far and I am very pleased with the experience.

  I'm very happy with my new camera and lens. Communication with Murphy's Outlet was very good and smooth. Before I made the purchase I checked that what I wanted was in stock. I chose to wait until the lens was in stock but everything was made very clear to me, so it was no problem, and when I did order the camera arrived the next day as promised. It was hard to resist such a good saving.

  Helpful staff, but you have to be willing to do the groundwork I probably wouldn't come back here, at least not if ordering online. The item I ordered was out of stock, which I had no issue with, however they did not attempt to make contact with me about this and instead the issue was resolved when I managed to call them. The person I spoke to was very helpful, recommended a similar charger and that charger arrived quickly. However, it feels like poor customer service initially, to not inform me of the lack of stock, hence I cannot give more than 3 stars

  I bought a Celestron StarSense Explorer 10" telescope to do astrophotography for $999. It was roughly $100 cheaper than most other retailers and it works brilliantly, much bigger and heavier than I thought. I would definitely use Murphy's Cameras again.

  Nikon flagship Z9 zero wait!! I tried to obtain the Nikon flagship mirrorless DSLR for months! Even tried Adorama in New York to my disappointment as I was scammed. Case and investigations still pending. Since I’ve frequented Murphysoutlet.com they have listed at least 2 for sale!!! and at a great price! Since buying here I’ve gone on to only buy all my photography products from here! When not in stock just put an alert when available. Great packaging and prompt insured delivery!!! All with tracking code sent immediately.

  Olympus OEM batteries and a whole week waiting. I ordered Olympus camera batteries on the 17th September(after physically calling to ensure they had stock) and it took a full 5 days to process the order. I paid a tenner...ten whole pounds for shipping on 2 batteries and expected a next day service but what I got was a week later service. The shoot I needed them for will take place and I have no spare batteries and will end up looking a fool....thank you Murphy's Cameras. This is not acceptable....it's 2022!!! Should've gone to Amazon

  Lens purchase Purchased a fairly expensive Tamron camera lens. It was delivered promptly, and I am delighted with the lens. Unfortunately, I was over charged by $12.50. When I queried this, the pleasant and helpful agent explained that sometimes this occurs when an item has free delivery. The $12.50 was refunded immediately. I went from irritated to appreciative.

  I found the best price on the market for the Nikon Z6 II and the shipping was super fast and the camera arrived in perfect condition. I haven't found anything not so great about it yet. Paired with a Tamron 70-300mm lens, it is an excellent camera being easy to handle and relatively compact. I am extremely satisfied and I Would recommend Murphy's outlet 100%

  Love my refurbished I received my Nikon D3000 today and was a little scared because the box had been smashed on top but Murphy's outlet did such a good job packaging the camera, so no damage was done. My camera is like brand-new and It takes great pics. will Definitely buy from them again and also recommend family and friends.

  Do not purchase anything from them. They sent out an item for next day delivery. After over a week it has not arrived and they refuse to refund my money. Their Email communication is entirely just copied & pasted standard responses.

  I purchased a Manfrotto tripod for my DSLR and there was an issue with the delivery. The customer service team of Murphy's outlet was very helpful, very fast to respond and they were able to suggest a solution. So I was able to resubmit my order and they shipped it quickly before the shoot. I'll definitely purchase again from that website. I highly recommend it.   Nikon Z7II with FTZ adapter & Sigma 150-600mm lens Nice upgrade from my Z5 and Murphy's made it easy to trade up. The imported variant is a genuine Nikon camera. The difference is that the imported cameras come with a 1 year warranty from Murphy's and not Nikon.
