  I took my camera to Murphy's Outlet for cleaning and recalibration this week and was very pleased with the results. The lens is focusing much better now, so money well spent!   I've been doing business with Murphy's outlet for 20 or more years as a wedding photographer and just for myself. I have never in all that time been disappointed with anything that I bought from them. I can always count on getting the best quality and the best price.

  I have never purchased from this store but have been there a couple of times with issues with my cameras purchased previously from another store. This did not make any difference. They are always very helpful and were successful in resolving my problems. I will definitely buy my next camera from them.

  Great service, highly recommended! From start to finish the process was really straightforward. Getting the original quote for my old equipment was very simple and the price offered was fair, it even increased on one when I sent my items in. Customer service was super quick and very helpful when I had cause to email about my quote. Once I had accepted the quote, delivery was very quick and my trade in item is so good, almost new. Highly recommended!

  Really good retailer and Andrew was extremely helpful. The product I had bought was actually cheaper at Murphy's Outlet than anywhere else online but this is just a bonus really, I simply happy to have been treated well and have received my order in a decent timeframe.   From out of town, but working near by. Popped in to have a look for a new Leica V-Lux. Was met by the most disinterested, apathetic, miserable sales man you could ever not wish to meet. Only to be palmed off to another, possibly even worse. I went in with the intention of spending up to $2000.00. however left feeling like I'd rather give my money to someone that welcomes my custom. Both salesmen are clearly too old and lost any interest in customer service. its time to retire gents your bad for business.

  Ordered an item last May 28. Between that day until October 27 I have been making follow-ups about my order. Only to find out that it was in our post office since May 30! Howard kept giving me the wrong tracking number and I will only know the status of my order If I make a follow-up. Terrible customer experience.

  I had a lens that I was having issues with and needed it fixed rapidly before a trip. Andrew at Murphy's Outlet fixed the problem for me on the spot and was super helpful. The shop has an amazing selection of vintage lenses and accessories for great value and the staff are super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

  I would definitely recommend this camera shop. Bought my first DSLR here recently. There is a great selection of stock available. The store assistants were incredibly knowledgeable and patient when checking Canon DSLR and did not pressure me to buy anything.

  I found information on the site that the store is open until 20:00, I arrived - and he is until 19:00. I was upset, but the store employees promptly offered a delivery option for tomorrow morning (I was urgent 😅), and I really liked this reaction. The choice of backpacks is large.

  Wanted a replacement camera tripod, but needed a "hands on" tryout of available models. Murphy's Outlet is one of the few high street stores where it is possible to do this. They have a good selection of mid-range heavier standing studio tripods & light and reliable travel tripods, and I was happy to choose one of these.

  The price for developing a film is not the lowest in the neighborhood, but for a scan it is frankly expensive ($15 per spool). Plus there were problems with the timing of development and delivery. It is necessary to eliminate these shortcomings

  I bought a camera and a monopod from here. All quality products. The manager offered a good selection of monopods, I could hold everything in my hands, try it on the camera, they even printed out details for me. The store is tucked away in a high-rise new building with a closed area, you just need to press the call on the bell and say that you are going to the store. Unlike many online stores, all products are in stock right now. I really liked both the choice of goods and the service. I recommend with pleasure.

  I purchased a camera from Murphy's outlet. The courier company lost it, They promised to call me back, they didn't. They rarely responded to my emails. They took three weeks to refund my money and the whole experience was extremely stressful. I would not recommend this company at all.

  The flash worked great the pictures were illuminated perfectly from 3 feet all the way to 30 feet. I purchased my new D850 from Murphy's outlet over a month ago, and then they sent me an email advertising this flash for less than a third of the price for the compatible Nikon flash, it made sense to try it.   I bought a Sony a6000. Murphy's had the lowest price. They are an authorized dealer. And they included a bag, sd card, free software, sd card wallet, lens filter, and cleaning kit for free.   Nikon D7500 This is the third Nikon digital body I have purchased from Murphy's outlet. I haven't had any problems with any of them over the span of four years. The D7500 shows seven previous exposures of the shutter! The D7100 I purchased a couple years ago had over 30,000. The D7500 seems fine so far, Although there was a learning curve operating it coming from my old camera, but brushing up by reading the manual, blogs and watching YouTube videos helped me very quickly.

  Nikon Z6 II I consulted a friend who is an experienced photographer about getting a good camera for vacations, etc. He recommended this package from Murphy's outlet, with a 24-70mm f/4 Lens. In no time I was taking great photos and some movies. Although I am still learning I am impressed with the photos and movie quality so far. I would recommend Murphy's outlet to someone who wants a great camera.

  I purchased a camera from Murphy's outlet. The courier company lost it and the customer service was absolutely diabolical. They promised to call me back, they didn't. They rarely responded to my emails. They took three weeks to refund my money and the whole experience was extremely stressful. I would not recommend this company at all.

  Really loved that I could find a Kodak Developer at Murphy's outlet for an affordable price. The paper developer works great and customer service has always been really helpful in answering questions for me. I have been ordering from Murphy's for more than 2 years and apparently they are the best in quality price. Will definitely be going back for more darkroom equipment.

  My Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 lens arrived before expected and was in immaculate condition. It was packaged very nicely. I tested it right after receiving it on my Canon EOS 1D X body and had a great result! The autofocus was fast, the pictures were extremely sharp and above as expected. I have been using it for about a week now and it performs like no other lens I have ever owned. All together, I was very pleased with the service, and I will certainly order from Murphy's outlet again

  I bought a lens from them at a price that was almost too good to be true and on top of that, they added as freebies a couple of filters worth around $30. I checked them out online before ordering, crossed my fingers - and ordered! The lens came promptly, perfectly well packed. Would not hesitate to shop again.
